The store has a huge selection of vape products. They have things from beginners to advanced so that's always great. They also keep the latest vape product in stock. Customer service is exceptional. Never been here before until today. Used to get my vape stuff out in north Richland hills. I was Absolutely shocked at how much stuff that they had at this place ...they had so many new Vape's and so many juices to choose from And the staff was super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable I will definitely be back to this Vape store if you haven't been here you guys all to try this place out plus I saved about 10 bucks from going here rather than to the other Vape store are used to go to their prices rock. Found him on a lark search of the app, and Zee was the consumate, friendly professional. He answered my questions, was never pushy or short and always polite. They had massive product! Had at least four juices that fit my flavor profile! He even recommended some juices that I have on my try list. I will be back!

This place use to be good and consistent. Now the product quality is crap. It seems that they are now selling fake, damage and defective merchandise. Just bought a Lost Mary vape, went outside opened the box and noticed oil all in the package. Went back inside and they wouldn't even exchange it! The rubber end caps were still on it! They must be aware of this problem and just don't care. Due to the sign on the door, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Plus my review earlier had been taken down and removed. I've spent way too much money here to be declined for an exchange. There's too many other vape stores in town with better customer service. Don't waist your or your parents money here.

Doesn't respect troops, left my military ID but have DV plates on my truck and a Navy Federal Card which is only given to those who served, and she didn't honor the discount. Absolutely disrespectful the measures that we have to go through to get a measly 10%.

The employee sold me damaged products that he broke himself. Before the incident the employee told me he was afraid of being fired after taking time off to go deal with his brother's funeral in New Orleans and that his boss was being irrational. It appears to me he felt it was easier to just blame me for breaking the products to cover himself. Instead of acting in good faith and providing me with stored credit or the value of the merchandise, the manager made his employee call the police. It seems the manager refused to show up or provide the camera footage to the police because it would expose the dishonest actions of his employee.
