Etage Events

The owner loves ripping people off he waits until the day before your event & day of to throw in additional charges after you are "paid on full" you are stuck between a rock & a hard place because you cannot cancel your event & you are force to pay him! He tried to ruin my 60th birthday celebration by making me pay for his bartender knowing he never said I owed him for one not to mention he left a stage in the party room that o told him I didn't want there. He will never succeed & my guests are now fully aware of him & his establishment we met on 4 occasions and not once did he tell me there was an additional charge for the bartenders he only said I couldn't use my bartenders because of his insurance in the state law, which was not true I am not sure how someone can treat people like this, and think they will stay in business!

This place is horrible! The owner Naveen will add on charges that you didn't ask for. This happened to a friend and his mom. They paid in full and told the owner they didn't need any extras because his add ons were too expensive. They paid in full, got a receipt and then the day of the party he says they owe $450 for a bartender they didn't ask for. He knew they wouldn't cancel so he shook them down for extra money. He tried to get them for $900.00 DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! The owner is a crook!!

We celebrated my daughter's graduation and it was magnificent. Everyone enjoyed themselves and more importantly, my daughter was eagerly pleased. Mr. Reddy and staff were very professional and made my daughter's celebration a success. We created unforgettable memories. We will definitely utilized Etage Events in the future. This celebration gets two thumbs up. If you are looking to capture memories, Etage Events is your venue.

Pulled up to this place and was less than impressed by the looks of the parking lot. There are potholes, trash strewn about, and weeds growing from the cracks. We tried to remain optimistic in hopes the inside would be much better. Well never had the opportunity to view the inside. We had a 10 appt this morning to discuss potentially booking the space for my wedding, but no one was there to meet us. I replied to our email correspondence, called, and text, but no response. to. I will say I'm glad this occurred prior to us booking or handing over any money. I would not recommend this place due to the initial lack of professionalism. There are many other places in DFW to consider with much better service.

Was told 2 chandeliers with the additional purchase of the vip section, arrived and they didn't have the bride and groom table which was most important. Owner was over an hour late on meeting us. Owner didn't want to refund the deposit, and lied and falsely said I threatened him. I will be filing a complaint and going to court. He was very unprofessional.

This is a very nice place with lots of possibilities, just wait until you take a look inside. This is a venue that will not break the bank or your budget. I had my birthday party here and it was really a blast, thanks to the Marketing Director, Rachelle Nicholson. She was so helpful and attentive. Thank you very much Rachelle.

This is not the place to have your event. I choose to have my reception there on July 30th, as the potential was there, the end results was horrible. The day of my wedding reception it air condition was not working and in stead of being informed of this matter, the manager there used fans to try and cool the room. If you think the owner will compensate you for the inconvenience think again. If you want a nice place to host a party or event over look this place and spend your money on a business that takes pride in doing business and making sure their facilities is up to par.
