Great experience, the staff was so friendly we were paired with two other small groups totaling 8. Our theme was to escape our jail cells and prision.The only downside was one of the small group families really didn't participate so they ended up leaving the room midway. Nonetheless even without the extra 3 people we did eventually solve the puzzle and escape with 3 minutes left

I am writing an update to respond to the owners message. I appreciate their response and explanation about why this issue occurred. This was not provided the day of our game. I am glad steps are being taken to correct this from happening in the future. I do want to clarify that there was no offer or mention for a complimentary game as suggested by the owners. We were told we can 1) reschedule that same day or 2) get a refund. We were not told we would be given a refund AND an opportunity to schedule a complimentary game. This might be another miscommunication between whomever called us back to explain that we could not play at our time.

I organized a team building activity here and it was lots of fun! We went to Groupon and got a great deal. Then we booked the "lock me if you can" room and we finished it! It allowed our team to really listen to one another in order to solve this puzzle.Customer service is great! I spoke to her on the phone on suggestions of which one would be best as far as difficulty level and she provided a great recommendation!

EscapeXperience was pretty fun! We live in Dallas and met some friends who live in Fort Worth so we all decided on Euless as a good in-between. We booked online/over the phone and the man working was very helpful! It's also pretty close to a lot of casual dining/drinking spots so it makes a fun first stop on a night out.When we got there, it was just us, so the man set up the room for us and we got started with an introduction to the escape room Royal Heist and subsequent locking us in. There was a walkie talkie inside for communication with him including code checks or hints, and he watched us on the monitors to give us random hints, which we would not have escaped without! I've only done one escape room prior, so I don't have much to compare it to, but the room had some pretty impressive technological features. It also had some very cheap decorations. All in all, it was a fun experience with great customer service! Check it out if you're in the area.

This is a great place for team building activities or just hanging out. This is our 2nd time here, & my friends & I were able to figure out the Library of Secrets. It was definitely challenging, but we were able to escape with about 2 minutes to spare. Josh is a great host as well. He always provides customer service with a friendly, professional attitude & smile. Will come back again & try a different room!

We did the escape room for my birthday! There's 20 of us so we booked 2 rooms. The staff were very accommodating, I was able to join both groups. We got discounted price from Groupon and didn't have problem redeeming it online.The Lock Me If You Can group escaped with 59 seconds left in the clock. This room is more interactive and lots of clues you can find. The Library of Secrets group didn't made it on time...but we all had fun!!!

My nieces and nephew had a great time. We escaped Lock Me If You Can, had a blast, so stuck around to do The Royal Heist. My nephew and I have done several escape rooms, but this was the girls' first time. We all had fun with the challenges!

Really cool place. Fun for groups. We played the hardest one with no hints. Needless to say we didn't finish. Staff was new but did a good job

Had a great time. So much fun. Great rooms and love the themes. Staff was very nice. Very well organized.

Had a great time! Would recommend and probably go again :) I've been to only a few escapee rooms but my fiancé has been to several and felt like the same way I did!
