El Rancho Supermercado

Prices are great and when groceries are on sale, that's even a better deal! I have bought hot food and it has not left me disappointed, great food and taste. The service is great as well I have not had any bad experience yet. When I go to the store I tend to go early when they open or 1hr before they close so I won't get a lot of people traffic in the store, but so far the ambience is good and I don't I have any bad reviews about this location.

This review is for the ELOTES FANNY out front not for the actual store. The store itself is clean and pretty average.So the wait gets long as people tend to stop to get their fix after shopping. They offer a couple of sizes for elote starting with large($3.50) then jumbo($6.00), and then GODZILLA($11-12). The elotes are prepared with a base layer of cheese, then corn, then mayonnaise, and then repeat until the cup is full. After that they leave the rest up to you with different types of chili sauces ranging in spice level, lemon juice, and tajin powder along with Mexican paprika. You add as much or as little as you want and then after you pay then you're on your way.They also offer other things as you can see from the photo of the menu.I wish I could say I loved the elote but I felt like the corn was kind of on the hard side, meaning the texture of the type of corn they used wasn't like the regular yellow sweet corn but more like the blander pale yellow corn. Other than that though it wasn't bad.

Wow, this place closed for a while and now reopened. Awesome! Totally different, the food is spectacular and the prices are good. Stupid app wants a longer review, don't really know what else to say so now I'm just writing whatever comes to mind in order to make this review long enough.

I regularly drive 135 miles to shop here. Grocery store is very well stocked and don't believe their prices can be beat. Plus, they have a deli area where you can get all kinds of Mexican food fare. I especially like the bakery goods always fresh and delicious.If I lived in the area I would regularly shop for the salsas they have in small containers for about 3 dollars. In the same deli case are other foods like Mexican rice and guacamole. Yum.There are places really good customer service is a lost art, not here. The place is usually so full of people it's challenging to get around but even during those busy times, the workers go out of their way to help in any way they can. I can't say enough good about this grocery location. On my last visit, I felt I was leaving family behind. The hometown feel is so strong in that place. Oh they have nopales and sugarcane too.

I love the wide selection of fresh vegetables, baked goods and products El Rancho offers. The empanada's we bought left me wanting more. And the meat selection is one of the best.

The workers were friendly and helpful. This place has great prices, and a large selection of delicious goods.

This is what you do ... wait for ad for this supermarket to come in the mail.. go on the day they have meat special. I believe it is on Thursdays .. they have a huge butcher area -- along with a area of amazing sauces , a deli , a bakery , a tortilla area, great selection of vegetables, a cheese and seafood area as well.. anyways ... the prices can not be beat for the marinated fajitas and they are amazing .. they have great sales .. give it a try ..

customer service is terrible. I wanted a cake to be made and was told they don't make chocolate cakes or have blue icing. The lady on the phone had attitude for no reason.

This was supposed to be an EDIBLE pennywise cake. I told the lady named IRIS, I wanted this picture to be printed (EATABLE) on the cake with red boarders on TOP & BOTTOM. I told her i needed it to say "Happy Birthday Isaiah" on the bottom where the cardboard is that way its not on the face of the cake. She even said she would do that herself as the rest of the people didn't know how.This is what I received...How did you let someone walk out of your store with this trash? UNACCEPTABLE!!Prior to picking up, I called the bakery to tell them I had lost the receipt for the cake and if there was any other way I can prove the cake is mine. The manager said NOPE! Can't take it without a receipt so I was like ok well there has to be another way. Let me talk to someone above you. The lady didn't even ask for a full name or requested a phone number when ordering so I'm like this is how you do business? After going back and fourth and requesting to speak to HIS manager he asks me what kind of cake it is and since I knew what it was, he said I could go get it. As if he couldn't ask me that from the beginning?? This whole situation was extremely unprofessional. Management was NOT trying to help me AT ALL, he laughed on the phone after I asked him to repeat himself and played stupid after arguing over me not being able to pick it up. Overall, Customer service was terrible..from start to finish. DO NOT SHOP FOR CAKES HERE! I was in a hurry to get something so simple done in matter of days and they couldn't even accomplish that. PLEASE HIRE A NEW BAKERY STAFF! THIS IS A JOKE!!
