Einstein Bros. Bagels

I just had my second horrible experience at this location in the past few months. Both times I walked in to order a box of bagels, and both times staff left me hanging even though the line in the drive through was short and there was only one person ahead of me inside who had already ordered. No acknowledgement of existence occurred. This first time this happened I spoke up and said, "Hello, is anyone taking orders inside?" No apologies were given but my order was taken. Today I just left. If the staff can't be bothered with helping customers then I guess they can do without them. It's strange because sometimes I go there and the staff is so nice. I guess they have some bad eggs in there. Bummer! I'll have to buy bagels somewhere else.

Okay! They have stepped it up over the last few months! Food is generally always good! The staff I feel like could be a little more friendly but they definitely aren't rude, so I'll take it! The fall decorations and changes made to the inside are not going unnoticed! It was so cute in there today and I loved having the condiments and water cups accessible now. Maybe that was changed when Covid happened. But they are out and available now! My kids and I enjoy coming to this location!

I am obsessed! Plus it is really cheap. Around $8 for a bagel and one drink. That's a score. Also the people working there were really nice; it was busy and they were rushing but they were nice.

Nope nope nope went there one time and never again !!! Order a onion bagel and it was pre toasted and cold and then got brushed off by staff

When the lady manager is present then is ok. But when she is not here, people are just incompetent or lazy. I come here a lot and almost either I had issue with my order or I saw other customers had issues. Or the people work here just chatting away. I guess labor shortages in Keller so nothing they can do about it.

This is a nice location. it is one of the nicest Einsteins I have been at. I Liked the seating options. come high and low top tables. Lots of good bagels/pastries even later in the morning (unlike the one closer to me) I love all the coffee options and the prices are always reasonable at Einsteins. If you don't have to app yet go ahead and download it as they will load rewards often.Also, get one of the mags they sell and you get a discount when you bring it back for refills

Went there today for a Bakers Dozen. Came back home to see there were couple of them missing , tried calling them but couldn't get through, Asked for bagels to be sliced. Only half of them were sliced.Sucks when you drive there pay for the up charge on certain bagels and then come home and find them not there. Limited options as well on bagels Might try a different brand or a different location.

I love this location. It's always supper clean the staff is supper nice . The manager Veronica always goes above and beyond for every customer. Would definitely recommend.

Excited to go in and try for the first time and was very disappointed in the customer service and food. No one greeted us we just stood there for a while. Nayli had a rude, standoff attitude, not informative at all on the prices and failed to notify us certain bagels were "gourmet" and cost more. We asked what are the best selling bagels as it was our first time here she just looked at us like we spoke a different language. Nayli asked if we wanted them warmed up and sliced, we said yes. She then proceeded to throw all the bagels in a bag and only half cut one all 6 bagels were ice cold. Ambiance was lifeless, all the workers seemed unhappy. Will not be going back to this establishment again. Zero stars if I could. Update, I'm missing bagels.

Arrived at 6:30 through the drive through. I said I wanted the bakers dozen special but didn't want the flavors listed. The young woman said to just enter it in the app and they would change it. I told her I'd get out of line and be back. I got out of line, placed my order for 2 dozen and then drove up to the speaker. I told her I was back and she told me to pull up. When I did she said she couldn't split up the flavors. reminded her I told her what I wanted before she told me to place the order in the app. She said she was trying to tell me but this thing and pointed to her headset. Not true. I was the only 1 in line and it was quiet. So I asked now what as I had paid. She told me she'd give me one and to reach out to customer service through the app for a refund. This was the second mistake in 2 weeks. Last visit they didn't give my husband my coffee. Customer service said it would be a few days and then in the end didn't refund me the full amount!Update: I did contact customer service again they issued a refund but still not for the entire cost of what I paid for the bagels I never received. I went in yesterday, to pick up several orders that were placed in advance. The orders were ready and behind the counter instead of in the rack for pick up. Although there were 5 people behind the counter, one working drive-thru, and only 1 customer in line, I had to wait for the cashier who was helping them. What is the point of putting in an online order for a certain time if you just have to get in line and wait? I wouldn't have updated this had I need been asked, but you asked. This location needs improvement.
