Edoko Sushi & Robata

The sushi is incredible. Expensive, but definitely worth it if you like great quality sushi. I feel like a lot of sushi places give me a little bit of anxiety due to the look/freshness of their food, but I have absolutely no fear when coming here. Presentation gets an A+ from me. The place is also well decorated, simple but elegant. Waitstaff has always been very accommodating, whether you have a group of 2 or 10.

Have been wanting to try Edoko for a while, as I have tried most sushi restaurants in the area. The hostess was friendly and we were seated quickly. Our server offered us drinks right away. I asked about changing a few things on the menu, and he was not very accommodating. All I really wanted, was a roll wrapped in soy or rice paper instead rice or cucumber. He said they couldn't really do that. I found this odd, as I request this at every sushi restaurant. I added misago to the top of my sushi, but it was missing when I received my order. They were quick to fix the mistake. The restaurant closed at 2:30, as a lot of sushi restaurants and then reopened for dinner. At 1:55 the server asked if we were done ordering and told us it was last call. I've never really had that happen anywhere except a bar, but we stated we were all good. We finished and payed the check before 2:30. I asked where the ladies room was before we left. They had shut all the lights off in the restaurant before 2:30. I'm sorry, but shutting the lights off on your diners is very rude, and I expect better when I'm paying almost $100 for two people at lunch. Won't be dining there again.

I can always expect a relaxing evening here with my wife and a tokkuri of sake midweek. Can't go wrong with the Temptation roll and/or the Speechless roll. I also really enjoyed the kick from the jalapeño in the Anaconda roll. #kampai

The food is amazing!!! Had sashimi and edamame. Were delicious, high quality and affordable!

Came to have dinner at Edoko and had a great experience! The food was amazing and our server Jordan was awesome! You could tell he was very knowledgeable and attentive. The food was delicious and the ambience of the restaurant was perfect. Definitely recommend!

Haven't been here in 10 years. There's really no excuse since I live right around the corner, but suffice it to say that I had some bad tuna (elsewhere, not Edoko) and paid the price dearly the following morning. This wrecked me, landed me in the ER, and left me with a rather unpleasant taste aversion - so much so that I swore off tuna and all sushi because I was afraid I would become ill, regardless of the venue. I was reluctant, but I decided to keep an open mind.My Aunt and Uncle are in town visiting from Toronto, and this is the place they requested for lunch today. Knowing what I knew from the last time we dined here, I was eagerly anticipating our long overdue visit - and at the same time - curious to see how different our experience would be and see how the food quality has changed over the years.I am happy to report that the food, service, and ambiance are all on point and much more improved than our visit in 2014.We were promptly greeted at the host stand and taken to a booth. The first thing I noticed was the ambiance - a delightfully adorned and elegantly designed intimate dining space with a clear aura and good vibes from start to finish. Started things off with some Hot Sake which was really smooth. We enjoyed that. Key was our server. He checked on us throughout our meal and made sure we had what we needed - including topping off our water glasses. I ordered the Paradise Roll (see attached pictures) which was solid! So fresh and so flavorful topped with just the right size of Mango. Next came the (not pictured) Teriyaki Chicken (which my Mom and Aunt ordered), followed by the Chicken Fried Rice (see attached picture) that my Mom and I shared. My Uncle ordered the Cajun Snapper (not pictured) and Dynamite Shrimp Roll (not pictured). We all enjoyed our meals and even had more than enough to box up the remainder to take home. Generous portions and reasonable prices - especially at lunch! For the 4 of us, the total after tax for 7 items came to $123.40. Will have to return for the Green Tea Cheesecake- that looked delicious, but our entire party was too full. Definitely adding this to our rotation. We will be back!

Went back to see our Chef Alfredo and AGAIN, this place rocked! The sushi is so FLAVORFUL and the menu has EVERYTHING you could want and more. The chefs and staff provided AWESOME service and the restaurant is a good size but quiet and very welcoming. I took more pics this time to post (after the first two rolls which went too quick).

Way too much sauce on their sushi! Disgusting! I tried wiping off the sauce prior to eating but the sushi was drenched in sauce.

I accompanied my family to this restaurant that celebrate my granddaughter's birthday. I don't eat sushi, but wanted to be in attendance for her birthday dinner. I selected edamame and then looked at robota selection. I asked the server about whether the wings meant a whole wing. She said yes a wing. When she brought my selection there were 2 parts of the wing flat side that were maybe the size of my pointing finger. $8.00!!!!!!!! Big mistake to go to this restaurant. If you select robata caveat emptor!

Just Delicious! I ordered edoko sushi and French kiss, both are worth the money! The presentation is so beautiful with the pink flower in the center and the sweet and sour sauce drizzled over it. I would definitely recommend this place for good food/service
