Dry Rub

The chicken was good, it was well seasoned and moist. The service was quick and it's inside legacy hall. You don't expect much for a food stall inside a cafeteria. It's pretty causal and laid back. I would comeback but wouldn't go out of my way to do so.

Go head and try the brisket nachos. They were so good and not heavy. No itis, just good smokey flavor

I ordered the brisket nachos and okra. The okra was fried to perfection but the nachos were beyond amazing. They were huge, took up the whole tray and loaded with toppings! The chips were fresh and every single chip had something on it: cheese, sour cream, onions, tomatoes, brisket, you name it, these nachos had it! I took more than half home with me and ate them for the lunch the next day, still just as good as the day before.

The service was okay here. The brisket nachos were good, only con here was more cheese and more brisket and fewer chips would have made it perfect! The ambiance was nice in Legacy Hall and enjoyed watching the Super Bowl on all the tvs!

Just like Dallas Tex Mex, Dallas BBQ must not have any flavor. Not much smoke flavor, no smoke ring, tough, add that together and you get truly tasteless BBQ. The four cheese mac n' cheese tasted like it should have been called no cheese mac.

Service was great, the stuff came out super quick. Definitely would've liked more brisket on it but honestly they put enough stuff on these nachos that if you spread it around you can get enough in most bites. The serving is beyond ridiculous in size, it was enough for two people to eat plus have leftovers. The flavor was honestly pretty good. Would definitely try again when at Legacy Hall.

Delicious! Good portion of Brisket mixed in with a healthy serving of Mac & Cheese. Would 100% get it again!

Ordered brisket nachos. Was really excited. They gave me a plate of chips with sauce on the top and flakes of brisket. Not even a whole bite size piece of brisket was on the entire thing. I took it back to the counter and asked if I can have more brisket and if this was the usual amount. Without even looking at my plate, they said no and that they do a double layer of brisket.I can guarantee there was not a double layer of anything cause the chips were dry under mound of sauce and tomatoes on top. Very disappointing and a rip off for $15.

Their brisket sandwich is my go to when i can't decide what to eat at legacy hall, they new menu has lots of options though.

Let me state, my family ate there and brought home an order for me. The black beans had a good flavor, I wish I could say the same for the rest. The rub was bland and offered no additional flavor to the brisket. I received two slices of prime brisket and it was loaded with fat, I get that brisket can be fatty, I would have not served the slices I received. The jalapeño cheese sausage was burnt, not sure how. I smoke fresh sausage all the time and never burn it when smoking. Also, it was loaded with cheese and jalapeño. way too greasy. The only flavor to the sausage was the jalapeño and the rest, just a greasy taste. The mac n cheese was in a cheese sauce and had bread crumbs on top, not good. My wife and daughter said the nachos good, but the potato skins were not good. The Dry Rub seems to be relying too much on the bbq sauce to offset the rest of the mess. I'm sorry I cannot recommend.
