We love Dos Chiles! Excellent food, great prices, amazingly caring staff. We eat here about once a month and they don't disappoint.

Steaks Ranchero was excellent, plentiful and delicious. To go order was generous and prepared fast.

Too bad there isn't a No stars rating as this place earned one. Don't waste your time there's a better option in town. This place used to be the best for Tex Mex but that went away when the owners decided that they didn't need to make surprise visits anymore.The problem is in the kitchen, the wait staff and front end teams are great. The food not so great. They could benefit with cameras that watched the kitchen make the food and televise that to several of the sports TVs. We don't go there for futbol anyway and that would be a better use that would help increase the quality of the food.

I had the chili rellenos, hubs had the tortilla soup. The chips were light and crispy. We chose hot salsa and it was hot! The food was great, the service great and the restaurant was very clean and nice.

They give you 2 different choices in salsa spicy and not spicy. The service is good the menu is large and there is something for everyone.

Probably one of the worst places I've ever eaten. Food came out cold sent it back came back still cold.

Love the owners and service is good. I've had almost everything on the menu and it all lacks flavor. The queso blanco is the best, the mild salsa is just tomato paste and bad. Every meat lacks any seasoning or marinade, from fajitas to enchiladas. I hate that. I enjoy the bean and cheese nacho supreme (with no lettuce under my guacamole). Guac is decent, best refried beans I've ever had of any Mexican food restaurant period-no contest. The quesadillas (despite the dry no flavor chicken) needs sautéed veggies.
