I attended a Quinceanera here and it was the best one I've ever been to. The decor was beautiful, and the staff was attentive and professional. The family was super happy working with Rhonda. They said she was extremely detail oriented and prompt with her responses. Highly highly recommend this venue!!

Beautiful venue! Ask for Angelica for bar tender. She's great! All hard working. Rhonda, Mercedes and Yuri all try to make sure your requests are known and fulfilled.

I give this event center one star review. The location was convenient and beautiful. The servers and waiter staff were hard working. However the event planning staff that I was in contact with were very unorganized and rude. They did not properly record my requests and made me stressed out and mad the day of my event saying they were going out of their way doing extra work when it was all already requested. Also the catering that we used through this place did not cooperate with us to setting aside the correct number of vegetarian plates. Also we had a beautiful picture presentation prepared but the staff could not get the projector to work. My brother in-law knew the buttons to push to connect the laptop to the projector and was not even thanked when he fixed it. Instead the staff gave him a rude attitude saying that's not how you do it and wasn't necessary. Over all the staff gave more frustration and stress to my family and myself the day of the event.
