Denton Arts And Jazz Festival

The best live music event in Denton, Texas is undoubtedly the best sampling of three day weekend event in the Autumn month of October; the big event is the Sunday night finale of local Nuclear Polka band, Grammy Awards winners and home town heroes, Brave Combo; band leader Carl Finch and saxophonist Jeffrey Barnes, and their background vocals and instrumentals from University of North Texas will groove you to finality and peace.Cheers,Mark F.

Always a great time at Denton Jazz Festival! The weather was beautiful! It's crowded but not to the point of not being able to enjoy the outing. The music and arts are great as always!

I try to make it every year, I really enjoy this event. The event is large and free to attend. I've heard some good music here and love the fair food offerings. I would suggest coming here to anyone and I'll definitely continue to come as long as they continue having it

This event ranks high on my to do list from now on. It was a free, large, well attended event with several stages highlighting different genres of music. Nothing special about the food options--typical run of the mill festival food but there was plenty of it. There were several artists there making it easy to find your poison. My favorite event of the weekend and one that I will do again next year.

It was my first time visiting this fest. I enjoyed it even though it was really muddy that day. Other than that, it was fun having festival like this in and around the Dallas metroplex. We will be back next year!

I am becoming something of an Art Festival connoisseur, and this festival was really great. It was as good as the Deep Ellum art festival for sure, and it was bigger. One thing though is there wasnt as much art as the Deep Ellum one, but there was alot of music and other vendors such as a lady who brings handmade Nepalese items to sell. I was overall thoroughly impressed with the festival and with the city of Denton as a whole. This is definitely on our must return list.

First time at this festival. Way larger than I thought it was. We had a great time. And the music was good. I like looking at the art and the imagination of what the artist come up with. Great way to spend a Saturday.

This is a great jazzfest, good bands, several stages to select from, variety of food and beer options.
