Came here for a music festival and it was a pretty cool venue. This was my first time going to music festival that was mostly indoors, so it was a pleasant surprise. The reason I am not giving it five stars is because there was an extremely limited amount of trash cans which caused people to throw trash wherever they felt like. That could be improved so the staff has an easier time cleaning up after. Otherwise I would recommend checking out a show here !

I came to Dallas Market Hall today for my first COVID-19 shot through UT Southwestern. The entire process was seamless, but since this review is for the actual location of receiving the vaccine I will share my thoughts on this venue. It was great! Yes, it's not brand new and has been around for a number of years, but it still did the job. The parking lot that we were directed to park in was on the smaller side, but there were lots of people leaving so it was easy to find a fairly close FREE parking spot. Everything was well marked, including markers spaced apart so everyone could remain socially and spatially distant. There was a friendly officer greeting everyone that was entering the building. Someone was checking everyone's temperature as we got to the door. The check-in process was smooth, you then stood in another line to wait to get your vaccine. After the shot was administered you were asked to wait 15 minutes to make sure you were feeling fine. Chairs were spaced apart for you to wait and small juice boxes and crackers were provided while you waited. It's easy in/out of Dallas Market Hall made it the perfect venue to get to quickly, right next to 35/Stemmons Freeway. I would rather go there than to Fair Park. I recommend Dallas Market Hall.

This building has served DALLAS for many years. It is versatile and holds many events every year. From the Chi Omega Christmas Bazaar going on right now, to Franchise Shows, Hot Tub Shows, Reptile Shows, and quite frankly and number of other shows that come rolling into Dallas.Interesting fact, John F. Kennedy was actually scheduled to attend a luncheon here immediately following the parade he was shot at in Dallas. For any of us who follow presidential history, it is difficult to come here without being reminded of that tragic event.

I attended this venue because of the fleastyle. It was extremely cute and HUGE. Makes me thing of reasons why I would want to rent that place out for myself. It was freezing out today and the heat and there was perfect. I really appreciate that. I always enjoyed indoor functions and this place is perfect for it. If another event is held in this location I will accept the invite in a hurry.

Here for a sweepstakes assignment for Great Danes. Gotta say I was impressed to see they have valet parking available.I came here a day early to survey the scene, get a feel of for the driving time, familiarize myself with the parking lot, entrances, etc. It's sorta chaoitic outside because they're doing construction on the Rennaissance Hotel next door. Parking lot seemed very full and spaces were limited. The event I was here for was set up well. I was able to see all of the ring numbers, find the show superintendents table, various entrance/exits, vendors, restrooms.I thought the crating area was well planned and not excessivly far from any of the show rings.Have already put in my mind that it may be worth the drive for shows here in the future.

What a terrible festival venue!!! LAN (Lights All Night) 2015 was a ****storm because of a variety of factors. Let's begin with the fact that they were way over capacity with 30K festival goers, and had to turn ticket-buyers away in the middle of the fest. Welp, I'm sure you shouldn't be getting that kind of treatment after paying $160-250! The restrooms were so outdated. Like, the men's restroom flooded on Day 1, and the larger women's also was messed up on Day 2. The pathetic "water-stations" were the old-fashioned 4 water fountains, 2 per stage area. When you miss an entire set for water and a single restroom break, you'd understand my anger. Good thing Thomas Jack wasn't that great lol.And don't get me started on the LAN security. I have heard about how DFW festivals are a huge pain because of security measures and stuff but it was a whole different level here. These people would not let people in from the smaller stage area to the main stage because there was a fire hazard and they were waiting on the fire marshall to come by and check it. Wow. You stall festival goers for HOURS and expect us to be happy? My girl had to use the restroom on Day 2 and we mistakenly went to the small stage area and got locked in until 30 min and then had to wait another 20 for the restrooms on the other side. The sound system was shotty on the main stage. C'mon, LAN staff, make sure the freaking MAIN STAGE is on-point. That's what makes the quality of the festival worth it. Porter Robinson (bae) had some technical difficulty at one point but the overall quality was in-and-out. Like, we want to hear more than just low bass... If we were far away from the stage we just heard the bass lol.Thankfully, I didn't have to deal with that awful parking situation because my friends and I found free parking. We braced the chilly weather and saved a gnarly $40!~ and boosted our immune system.Move it back to the Convention Center, y'all. That way, you greedy LAN people will regain some respect and trust. IT'S ALL ABOUT THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and a fun time. Don't deprive us of it just because the venue is cheaper...

Came here today for the RV Show! It was my very first one and I was excited to say the least. I had talked to a few people who had been but had no idea what to expect on my own.The showcase was nice I did notice that many of the RV'S info was not out on display and many people were wanting questions answered on certain things. Guess they got a late startThey had so many of them in every price range you could imagine from $17,000 all the way up to $1 million dollars. I have never so much beauty on wheels. My family and i will going home and praying about this one! Since we Love to Travel I have a strange feeling this won't be the last time they hear from us. Lol

There is not much to say about the Dallas Market Hall. The convention center is a little outdated and not very large. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The best thing about Market Hall is its location to hotels, restaurants and shopping. Exhibitor parking is near the loading dock, which makes it easier to haul things into the exhibit hall.

Maybe my review wont be all that great considering I came here alone. The place isn't hard to find, if you miss it, then you probably have really really bad eyesight and that's coming from someone who has really really bad eyesight.Besides that, the place is big. Okay, huge. The parking was easy to get which was great. The grass is clean, and the place itself is decently kept. I came here for a Pet Expo Event. I should've brought my dog. The place inside was huge, it's like a big garage. It's really big, like, you can actually have a car show in there (I'm sure they have). There is a restroom so that's good. Theres not much to say considering the inside is just a big area that's empty. Nothing fancy. Nothing's suppose to be fancy, you setup venues in there.

Decent place that can hold quite a lot of people. Attended the half price book sale here. It was enough room for people to move around freely, all the boxes of books, tables, and food stalls. The bathrooms were clean. The place seemed slightly run down though. Parking behind the building. Enough to accommodate.
