My favorite Korean BBQ in DFW. Hands down. Highest quality meat - especially if you get the Cowboy Beef Combo. If you've never had intestines before, highly recommended trying it. My favorite is Daechang, which is the large intestines. They also have a combo where you can try different types!In terms of soups, the spicy tofu soup with intestines, or the pork soup (돼지국밥) is a great addition to make the meal well rounded. Don't forget the dessert aka fried rice..!

The service was great. They cooked everything for us and the food tasted amazing.Only thing was - the lady accidentally got some raw meat in the sauce and she never changed out the sauce for us.If we want to order takeout they don't cook it for us.

The gopchang here is very good! No chemical smell at all, slightly biley but not too much. Most importantly, service is exceptional- side dishes were very good and coming at a consistently fast rate. Daechang is also awesome, though harder to mess up than gopchang. The happy hour prices made Dalgopchang blow the competition out of the water- not only were the prices reasonable but everything was delicious and hit well above his price point. Pork rib is also included in the happy hour and was sweet and juicy. It is no wonder that all the people there at 4PM were fobs, they know what's good here!

I came here with one goal in mind: to try the intestines, and boy, did they deliver! These weren't just any intestines; they were epic, hitting the spot in ways I didn't know were possible. If you're an offal aficionado, this is the place to be. While the intestines were the star of the show, there's more to rave about.Let's talk about the staff--super nice and amazingly attentive. They made the experience even more enjoyable with their warm hospitality. Now, onto the food. Everything was cooked to absolute perfection. The textures, the flavors--it all came together beautifully.But the real surprise was the kimchi. I've had my fair share of kimchi from various places, but this one was in a league of its own. I could tell right away--it was tangy, spicy, and bursting with flavor. It complemented the meal perfectly and left a lasting impression.Overall, this place isn't just about the intestines (though they are incredible). The whole experience, from the friendly staff to the exceptional cooking, was top-notch. If you're looking for a culinary adventure, this spot should be at the top of your list.

The food isn't the best and it came out super slow but you can't really find this kind of meat anywhere else so I'm giving these guys 3 stars. Their speciality is beef intestine. They have some other stuff on the menu of course but their main thing is the small and large intestines. The portions are quite small so adding a rice dish or an additional side is helpful to use as a filler. We usually order then Texas combo and it barely feeds 2 adults for $74.99. Their parking is ample so that's nice. They use wax paper for their fried rice so consumer beware. Wax coating on wax paper will melt if the paper is exposed to direct heat - which is what they do here. Just FYI.

Staff service was excellent. We ordered the Dallas combo and a side order of beef fingers. The beef finger were good. The Dallas combo, it was not what we expected. I would have preferred if they did some seasonings on them. While i know thats why there are dipping sauces, it was not enough for combo to have flavor.The banchans were good. They cook the meats for you.

I can't imagine going anywhere else to get my intestine fix. Hasn't failed me yet from the couple of times I've been here so far. Service was always great for me whenever I went. They know what they're doing when they're grilling the intestines for you and were pretty fast considering they were grilling for other tables at the same time as well.Interior has booths and circle tables with a grill in the middle of the table. They had a vent above almost every table but you'll still end up smelling like meat when you leave. It also had a modern flair and going for dinner, you'll get a lively mood from all the people. Our go-to is the gopchang and the daechang set and they've been good quality for the looks and taste of it. It wasn't really that smelly.They provide various dipping sauces. My favorite is their secret sauce. It looked like 1000 island sauce but can't confirm, but it cuts through the grease great. Comes with standard banchan of kimchi, green onion salad, cheese corn, etc. The kimchi was a lot spicier than other places so just a heads up. Also comes with a side of fish cake soup which ends up also helping with that sharp grease from the intestines. We also got the $3.99 fried rice add on that you can add towards the end of the meal. It was just okay. Standard Korean-style fried rice that was pre-made in the kitchen that they just place on top of the grill. If you've already filled yourself with white rice, you can pass on this.Overall, a place we'll be constantly going to back to get that intestine goodness.

I've been watching too many Korean shows yah! That craving was real. Definitely got my fill from the grilled to the stew intestines. This restaurant does what the name says it does best. Seriously if you've never tried you need to. Price is steep for just intestines but we really enjoyed it so it's worth it. They also cook for you which is nice so you don't undercook. I love grilled intestines. So for my birthday, boyfriend took me here. Ambiance was nice and quiet for a Thursday evening. Everything was yummy! Service was great! I'd come back because I don't think there's another place in the DFW area.

First time coming here following to my friend's recommendation. Service was topped-notch. Foods were excellent. Highly recommend and will definitely come back
