This facility has the WORST customer service. Beware. After my husband signed my son up for some lessons, he was not getting confirmation emails, they were going to my spam. My husband called them to reschedule a lesson and the facility did not notate that. When they emailed confirming the lesson, they sent it to me instead of my husband bc "his number or email was not on file" yet when they charged us for the lesson that we didn't go to, they had his email on file then. Some rude young child did not try to rectify this and all they did was say they didn't know why no one notated the change but we still had to pay for it. Don'tCome here. The instructors aren't that good anyways either. Bad customer service and they apparently aren't organized enough to reschedule appointments!!!!!!
