Great place for a graduation ceremony. The event center was accommodating for hundreds of people comfortably.

I wish I could give this place a 0. Staff is completely arrogant and rude. This was our first visit for a graduation. I'm not sure what types of humans (if they can be called that) would deny a child to come back in to the bldg to use the restroom. It was just one staff person, it was multiple, as we made our way around the doors. If these are the rules, they should have made an announcement at the beginning of the commencement ceremony.

I came here for 2 graduations (my sons-High school and then his Associate degree-woohoo!) the past month and both times they were very nice, clean, organized. The only complaint I have is that you cannot bring anything and def no food etc. They make you buy their food and gifts (flowers, bears, etc) inside. The food is like baseball game food-it's decent ish. Lol. I heard a lot of people complain about not being about to bring their own water/gifts.

This is a very nice facility. We host 2-3 cheerleading competitions a year here. It houses enough room for our athletes and parents. No matter where you sit, there isnt a bad seat in the house. The suites given for coaches rooms, employees rooms, etc are very nice. Simple but exactly what you need for the event. The bathrooms are incredibly clean! Plenty of stalls so theres never a line!Security is wonderful. Not only do they have someone posted around every corner but there is security up in a crows nest watching everything in the stands, etc. For people who dont live in the area there is a newly renovated hotel right across the street. Theres also plenty of restaurants within walking distance.My only complaint is that the convention center staff hired is incredibly rude. Customer service should be a main focus since thats the industry they are in. Sadly they fall short. Upon walking in, they are the customers first experience. It should be a positive one. Not one that leaves customers feeling annoyed, bothered, and pushed around.

they are charging $10 to park at graduations. ........... high school graduations. not college , but high school. this place is a joke and its run down with nasty restrooms. i need all isd's in texas to stop using this trash box

Staff moves people with strollers to disabled sits and leaves no room for those in wheelchairs or the ppl accompanying them

Conveniently located and needed venue. Service and food are good. Has large screens and good audio.

Rude staff expensive and pay to park? Rediculous. Won't be back. Horrible trash place.

I don't even want to give this facility a 1 star rating The staff is completely full of themselves, arrogant, and rude!!!! They don't allow food or drinks in the facility and only one bottle of water for an athlete. What!?!?! Let me see them go out and compete on 5 teams and throw 2 passes with fulls right after another and see if 1 water bottle is sufficient. I had my daughter's flat iron box and opened it and they wouldn't allow me to bring it in. They said she could come out and get it but she was already in warm ups to compete. I also had to take our grandmothers purse back to the car that they literally allowed in yesterday. This facility also needs to realize not everyone wants a damn pretzel or nachos at 7 am for breakfast. Some people have gluten allergies, have small children, and like myself are pregnant. I'm NOT eating nachos for breakfast. I am excited to just hear we may not be coming back to this competition next year!!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place at this point even if it were free

What a horrible experience! Just want to watch a high-school volleyball game and over-the-top control and enforcement of rules and regulations ruined it. Its a convention center not Auschwitz.
