Key Lime cookie had absolutely no key lime flavor. Over priced and poor representation of key lime. Tres Leches cake was solid but also over priced. Not a fan of this chain...

Not the greatest experience at this location. The rocky road cookie was missing the almonds besides like couple small shaved pieces on top and part was torn off. The peanut butter chip cookie was a lot smaller than normal. I asked for them to be replaced and the owner offered to change them out, didn't mention that the offer was only good for the end of the weekend until Monday when I was told the offer was expired. Not very professional. With cookies this expensive I would appreciate better customer service.

Stopped by today for birthday 4 packI asked for 4 specific ones... I even Made the comment she does NOT do chocolate but loves several flavors... I delivered to my daughter only to find a chocolate chip Bundt cake beyond upset ... she was not busy .. help me understand when you give an order for preferences why would she put a NONO in it as well

Cookies-good enough but obviously overpriced.Service-marginal, lacking attention To detail. Please don't give people a box that has a bunch of frosting on its underside! C'mon! Why do I, the customer need to clean up frosting off of the outside of the box?For the little bit of attention needed, keeping the mess inside the box is basically the point of the box and also tell me there might be a bigger problem with cleanliness where the boxes are being put together. I'm curious if that is considered... ok rant over, do better

They must use shortening, the cookie made me sick. I cant understand why they are popular?! Super GROSS and soft.

Save your self the hassle and make homemade!! They need to do better in many areas. Sticky nasty floors. Slowwww service. Cookies not that great.

Quality and standards have gone down. Long wait time, very unclean store, & less appealing cookies in the box-the box cut through one cookie when it was closed. The employees don't interact with customers anymore and expect them to order ahead or figure out the crumbl kiosks (when they aren't out of order). The employees don't open the box to verify the order is correct like they used to. One employee was touching her face off and on and I was glad to see she wasn't handling cookies (didn't have gloves, must be cleaning?) but then I saw her handling boxes, opening them and getting them ready for another employee to fill orders. My box was handed to me covered in icing/sticky ingredients but mine was not as bad as the customer in front of me. Her order had smears of chocolate frosting all over the bottom of her box. It was so bad she came back after she had just left for napkins-her hands were totally covered in chocolate just from holding her box.

everytime I have come here they've been out of at least 1, but sometimes multiple cookies. Go to a different store if you want what's on the weekly menu.

Absolutely terrible service! Don't bother placing a pickup order because it won't be ready anywhere near on time! I placed an order for pickup yesterday and decided to wait and get it first thing this morning. Arrived this morning Nd they hadn't even started on it. Told them I would be back in two hours and when I returned they still hadn't made my order! I then had to stand there for 30 minutes!
