Crumbl - Burleson

I've loved that Crumbl is now offering other tasty treats like banana pudding, spice cakes, and cookie dough bites. These are a hit for me! This visit I really enjoyed the churros and strawberry cheesecake cookies. The flavors and texture were superb!

Delicious as always. Will always get cookies here! Burleson location has great customer service as well.

The cookies are phenomenal; but the service is not as great. I ordered through Uber Eats a 6 pk of cookies as a Get Well Gift for my Sister. She only received 5 cookies. So, I called Crumbl and they said it wasn't their problem. The next time I ordered from them; I didn't receive my cookie dough bites. They knew they didn't send them. But, I was told I would have to email them for a refund! What a hassle. Customer care is definitely not their specialty!

Yum, Crumbl cookies. I had tasted a Crumbl cookie before but had never been in a store to pick out my flavor.They had weekly flavors - cookie butter lava and brownie batter were two of them when we went in, and both were absolutely delicious. (I'm a sucker for cookie butter and love chocolate.) The cookie are giant, so you could definitely split one or save some for later, but this time, I went for it and ate my entire cookie!They also have smaller cookies, but you have to order those in advance and in a fairly large quantity. I don't remember the exact number, but it was several dozen.Good thing I don't live closer, or I would be here all the time to try new flavors! Another note - there is no seating, so you have to eat your delicious cookies elsewhere.

Wandered in here quite by accident...or maybe it was Devine intervention. They had a convenient kiosk to order from, complete with pictures and availability of cookies ~ OR ~ if you prefer you can order at the counter. Believe me when I say I had no idea what I was ordering. I got a box of four cookies for $15, which I thought was outrageously expensive...until I received my order. Holy cow! These cookies are HUGE! Bigger than the palm of my hand by far and super thick. I think I could share one cookie with 3 people! I had to taste them all of course and I have to say that some are better than others. They chocolate chip and the iced oatmeal are pretty much what you would expect. Good but nothing extraordinary. The blueberry and the snickerdoodle however had my tail wagging and my toes tapping! SO. DANG. GOOD!!!!! Can't wait to try all the flavors when I go back...and I WILL be back!

06/29/2021 Tuesday 8:45pm. This was the 2nd time I have tried their cookies. The first was a banana cream cookie the week they first opened. I will say the service is top notch!! The cookies are fresh and fairly large. They are pricey though. The cookies are good, but I found them both times to be overly sweet and the flavor left me wishing the cookie actually tasted as advertised. It tastes like very sweet lightly flavored coconut lime frosting over an above average sugar cookie. The chocolate chip was uninspired. Toll House Chocolate Chip are better. Disappointing. We won't be back.

I try not to stop in weekly but the change in variety week to week makes it hard. They are always so nice and fast here and if i don't want to go in, curbside is always fast and friendly as well.

First time here and wow is all I have to say. It was delicious, moist, n perfectly baked cookies. We went at night and the cookies tasted like they had just came out of the oven. The cookie w/teddy grahams taste like a biscuit w/honey from KFC but still good!

Been wanting to try Crumbl Cookies for a while now. So happy they opened a location in Burleson. We were there for their grand opening and boy was it busy. We had gotten their 4 pack with chocolate chip, peanut butter brownie, fruit pizza, and oatmeal chocolate chip. They definitely serve it to you how it's stated online. They chocolate chip, oatmeal chocolate chip, and peanut butter brownie were all served warm and the fruit pizza chilled. We absolutely loved the chocolate chip and peanut butter brownie. I love how flavorful, soft, and big they were. You definitely are getting you're money's worth. Loved it so much the next week we came back to try more of their flavors. Loved the ultimate peanut butter cookie.

awful service and rude workers that are not friendly. i will never go back to this location
