We have visited several times and will return again. While on Main in Grapevine, this winery is off the "main drag" so you really feel like you are in an oasis. They have free parking right on site. The grounds are comfortable, with many seating options, both covered and uncovered. You can bring your friendly leashed dogs. They have lawn games and live music frequently. Also the wine is delicious. We especially enjoyed their partner wine from Mexico on this visit. Yum! Try a tasting flight. The servers are friendly and knowledgeable about the wines they serve.

I would NOT recommend this venue to anyone interested in booking an event here. My husband's company had their Christmas party for 150 people booked through them, and they called to cancel the reservation 2 days prior to the event, due to an error on their part of double booking with another event. They offered no solution to their error. There is nothing available to book at such short notice. Completely unprofessional on the part of Cross Timbers Winery to say the least.

This is a nice local establishment located inside an old farmhouse from the late 1800s. Luckily, they were spared, for the most part, effects from a recent tornado. The staff is very friendly and can speak informatively about their wines - I suggest their offerings from Mexican wineries. Live music is on stage here and helps to create the nice relaxing setting to be found on the grounds. The grounds are also home to a beautiful events venue.

This is my first experience doing something like this. As soon as I walked in, the staff was very helpful. They went over the menu and suggested the wine tasting. I went with the suggestion and was glad I did.I loved sitting outside and listening to the live band. They were very good and interacted with the audience asking for song suggestions and playing off each other. Overall, a great experience. Definitely a place you'd want to visit for some music and wine. Good music, good wine, and great atmosphere.

Visited to celebrate 34th wedding anniversary and was not disappointed! Great experience looking forward to visiting again very soon. The property is amazing, large oak tree and pecan tree, gazebo, large barn for events. Our wine tender, Chris, was very attentive and went out to the barn and brought the bottle of wine we ordered to our table. We also enjoyed the Teeter Twins live music. We will share our great experience with friends and will inquire about joining their wine club. Highly recommend the Grapevine White wine.

Happy accident that ended up being great. Live music, the outdoors and wine are my favorite things. Such a beautiful place. I almost want to get married again just to get married here. I'm sure it's a beautiful venue for events and just as lovely for a day of chillaxing! I can't wait to go back!

This is a cool spot for wine tasting. The weather couldn't have been any better than yesterday's weather, except that there were a butt load of gnats everywhere, to where if you weren't careful, they would land in your wine glass, which happen to me twice.Other than that, the land is beautiful for enjoying a nice glass of wine and relaxing. We decided to do the wine tasting to try out their different wines and ordered a little snack, which was the hummus and spinach dip, which wasn't all that. The wines were ok, their cab is a little bit more on the sweet side. I prefer a dryer cab for my liking, but overall we still enjoyed our time here yesterday.Btw, I hear that the grounds are haunted. :) Lots of history there in that old house.

We had the perfect Spring day for sitting g outside drinking wine with friends. I was completely shocked that it wasn't packed for a Saturday afternoon in April. The staff was nothing but excellent. Super friendly and answered all our questions. Now we didn't do a tour but rather just a bottle of wine and an appetizer. I honestly can't remember what wine we had. That's a good sign huh LOL. I do remember it was really good. That charcuterie board was out of this world good. The presentation alone was so impressive when they walked out with it. So many choices and all so scrumptious. Our friends were very happy with their wine and actually bought a bottle to take home too.We will be back for sure! Oh....the outdoor area is beautiful. Even a covered patio to enjoy.

Love this sweet spot! The selection of wines are great, and they often hold different events on the weekend. The ambiance is cool, calm and relaxed and its extremely family friendly. There's so much room for kids or dogs to run around.
