Such a true shame! A nice selection of product, and nice classes offered but without communication and customer service a business is NOTHING! Please go to a big box craft store, you will be treated so much better, as this owner clearly doesn't give a crayon's wrapper!!

With the access to true scrapbook stores severely limited in the DFW area, this gem of a store doesn't disappoint. The store is large and brightly lit with everything you need to craft the day away. If you need something they don't have in the store, they will order it for you. They offer many classes and the class area is nicely sized. The staff is very knowledgeable and can help with any crafty question you have. It's truly worth the drive.

The crafty scrapper is my all-time favorite scrap store in the metroplex. They have a wide range of paper craft supplies and have now added sewing to their classes. And I just have to give an extra special shout out to the owner Carolyn Ross, because she is so generous with her tips and ideas to help take my projects to the next level.

Great store with access to a lot of great products. The owner, Carolyn, has designed some fabulous kits for memory keeping. Crop nights offered and several classes. Also, the Manager of the store, Mel, has designed some beautiful cards and is very knowledgeable and personable.

Nice selection of beautiful paper. A shop with lots of crafts and classes offered. Two stars for the lady who had no personal customer service as I was buying my product. It's rare to see a scrapbook shop these days as the big craft stores have taken over so therefore I would expect a small store to be personal with their customers. For example, do you scrapbook?, would you be interested in any classes we offer?, etc. I would be more inclined to visit the store again if the employee took a second to be interested in my craft.

Visited this shop on National Scrapbook Weekend (Saturday). The store is filled with products and fun little knick knacks to purchase. For that it should get 5 stars, however...there was a very loud mouthed teacher or employee in the crafting area at the back of the store who droned on and on while we were shopping telling stories of how miserable her in-laws make her. There was some sort of crop or class going on and you could see the grimacing faces of the attendees as this obnoxious woman went on and on complaining about her husband's family so loud you could hear it all over the store. It made the shopping experience unpleasant to say the least and I hope those ladies in the back weren't paying for the torture she put them through with her loud mouth.
