This shop opened about a month ago. Everything I've tried so far has been delicious. The owner, April, is very friendly and knowledgeable. Today, I tried the seasonal pumpkin caramel cheesecake shake and it was so flavorful! They have a family room in the back with toys for kids to play and a welcoming lobby in which to sit and relax. She said they host a community workout every Saturday at 9am (free with purchase of a $15 tea & shake combo - energizing tea before the workout & the protein shake afterwards), so I'm really looking forward to checking that out!

If your looking for a healthy nutrition shop look no further! Cowtown Nutrition is the place to go! I will drive 20 minutes to grab my nutrition shake and boosted tea while I'm running errands or going to a Golf Lesson. They also do a Mega Fit Camp on Saturday's. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the Herbalife products. They are helpful in making recommendations and letting you know about events at the club or in their Fitcamp community. Come check them out! I promise you won't be disappointed!
