Cowboy Channel Sports Bar - Stockyards

The place is nice. But.. all the bartenders 2 of them just talked to each other and bank red bull. One came over to the table and told us we have to go to the bar 3 foot away. Hardly anyone was drinking and the service was just poor with a bad attitude!!

We stopped in for a spot to cool down and a few drinks. Place was cool and the bartenders were kind and attentive.

Poor service! They don't help customers sitting at the tables. Not even when they have nothing else to do!

Came in on a weekday and enjoyed some drinks in the bar with my family. It was relaxing and drinks were great and laid back atmosphere. Definitely, enjoyed the cow town experience.

My boyfriend and I (who are both senior citizens) stopped there for a drink last night. He ordered a martini which the female bartender made. It was in a very small plastic cup and it did not look like a martini nor taste like one. He requested another and the "manager" said he could make another but he would have to charge him. It should be normal practice to just make another and satisfy the customer instead of saying he would have to charge to replace. Very rude and poor customer service and management.

Alli was awesome tonight! We had a large corporate group randomly pop in and she handled it with great service!

Zero stars because the staff we dealt with needs better customer service skills (especially the brunette). Attitude for absolute no reason! Giving one star since the aesthetic of the place was actually nice. Makes sense why it was the slowest bar on the strip though.

I honestly was very disappointed the way we were treat it at this bar. First off I walked in by using the restroom when the young man (worker) try to get me out then I told him "what's wrong with you" I am gonna be here for a while which he didn't said anything to me. Second I was waiting for my friends to arrive (from California) everything was going fine till our second round the servers girls they didn't want to serve us anymore. I asked them why??? which none of them had a good explanation. TO ME THIS WAS SOME KIND OF RACIAL SITUATION. In no way we were being loud or acting inappropriate way for them to treated this way. In my opinion manager needs to take a look at this and have a good explanation. FELT VERY DISCRIMINATE!!! People was there wayyy before us which they were getting served good. And why not us as Hispanic people not. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE IN THIS BAR IN MY OPINION THEY WERE BEING RACES TOUR US!!!!

ridiculous. ordered 2 double shot drinks and a t-shirt. we're on vacation, I'm a bartender and get we're gonna spend some money. then I look at the bill and they charge auto-grat on anything over $50. soooooo THEY CHARGE AUTO GRAT ON RETAIL. nope. returned the t-shirt out of principal but still owed auto grat on two double shots. they're out to exploit tourists. I'll frequent the bars that don't, thank you! corporate bullshit

Absolutely a 0 star!! I have never posted on yelp, but never have felt so disrespected by a group of people. The service and bartenders were absolutely awful. We We're judged as a group of 21 year olds by the staff: Will never come back with a group again.
