5 stars simply because of how awesome Ronnie at the front desk was during our entire stay. He handled wild guests with grace all while taking care of all the other guests. So friendly and helpful! Dude needs a raise!!!

Booked this hotel thru hotels.com. Upon arrival, the jerk of a man at the front desk told me that my reservation had been cancelled, although I had a confirmation email for the reservation. He told me he did have a room available and charged me for it. I contacted hotels.com to find out why my reservation had been cancelled. The representative there told me my reservation was still active and called the hotel directly to find out what was going on. When he came back on the line, he told me the hotel had cancelled my reservation for no reason. (Hotels.com was super nice). This morning, after returning to our room after breakfast, we were unable to access our room, as was our friends that had a room at the other end of the hall. They had locked us out of our rooms although it was still over an hour before check outThe hotel was very outdated; however, the bed was comfy. Housekeeping was very nice. The jerk at the front desk was a jerk. They get 2 stars (instead of 1) because of housekeeping staff (although you could tell they only did the bare minimum) and the free shuttle to the stockyards. Dustin that drives the shuttle is great.

The rooms are nice but they didn't clean them whike we were there, complimentary breakfast was cereal and some frozen items, was hoping to lounge by the pool but it was green, hot tub was broken.

The front desk personnel were discourteous and completely uninterested in answering questions or helping guests in any way. They never smiled and never volunteered any information. We were part of a group of 12 people that checked in at different times and everyone in the party commented on the lack of professionalism by the front desk personal.The hotel is in a great location but we will never stay there again.

We stayed here for an anniversary and had a lovey time. The hotel is located near the stockyards so we were able to enjoy great dinner choices and also we walked on the scenic river walk paths. We wished we would have brought out bikes but instead, we just walked.The hotel has a two room suite with TV's in both rooms, a couch and table in one and the bedroom had a two-person jacuzzi tub. It was a lovely room that was quite and comfortable.I see there are other reviews that are terrible but this was NOT our experience at all. Maybe they have had a change in management or new help since those were posted. We thought we would like to stay there again!The breakfast was small but we came for the comfort of the room and the location.

The hotel was clean, inviting and convenient to Will Rogers Coliseum and the Stockyards. Staff was very nice. We arrived early & were able to check in as soon as we got there. Huge plus! Breakfast was good & there was plenty of options. We will use this hotel again next you when we come back for the Mustang Magic.

Horrible customer service! I've called Rose the GM many times and no response, I've also emailed 2x no response. Hotel cancelled my reservation and kept my money, I had to go pay for another room elsewhere. Place is old, dirty and cheap.

Call tonight about a room. Explained to the woman that I was out of town visiting a deceased relative. And in her exact words were "all i needed to know was about the night you want to stay." INCREDIBLY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE TO THE FACT I LOST MY 3 year old nephew!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called at exactly 12:39am. Whoever works that shift needs to be fired immediately.

If you hate your back you will love their beds. Ok let start with the room. Walked in, paint missing around fixtures on ceiling. Stains on the duvet and sheets. Other person staying in room was diabetic so went to put insulin in fridge....fridge broken. Try to call front desk phone is barely working. Handicap bar in the shower was about to fall off the wall. Went out to my car one night had a homeless man offer me a beer, then change his clothes, then offer me pipe cleaner to get high. He then parked himself in front of the entrance to get back in. Felt very unsafe. Luckily another person pulled in and I was able to enter with them. Next day our cards to enter the building stopped working and we got locked out. Beds were like sleeping on a jail cot.

THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL! Expedia has deceived me for the last time. After check-in, I enter the elevator to find trash and a spill on the floor. On my way to the room, I find large stains on the carpet. Entering the room, I find the carpet dirty, the cabinet which houses the microwave and refrigerator damaged, a stained couch, a loud and broken-faced air conditioner, and mismatched paint touch-up on completely bare walls. Upon entering the bathroom, the tub is leaking, the sink drains slowly, and there is a broken-off prong stuck in the electrical socket. Additionally, if I did not keep the bathroom fan running, the room would smell like cigarette and marijuana smoke. Going down to the pool I find, the pool light floating from an electrical cord, chipping paint, and missing tiles all over the pool. Additionally, I find weeds growing in the cracks all over the pool deck. I look up on the building and find a piece of trim missing from the soffit. Where the missing piece is located it looks like mold or mildew is growing. When I checked out I provided a list of these issues to the front desk clerk, he never told me these items would be repaired or offered me a word of apology. I will never return and will never use Expedia again. I have had better accommodations in third-world countries.
