CN Catering

CN Catering did an outstanding job for our company Christmas party last night! We've used their services multiple times, and each experience has been consistently positive. They offer a great variety of menu options! Noah was wonderful, great attitude, upbeat, and personable. Cruz and his team were equally impressive, providing courteous and helpful service throughout. The event was seamless from start to finish.

This is a TERRIBLE BUSINESS that is forcing Brides to have weddings during a pandemic or charging them $3500 to move their wedding and even then making them move to a certain month of THEIR choosing. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED! Also at the tasting the food was very bland like it hadn't been salted. Very strange.

We love CN catering! They were wonderful! From the first time I talked to Andrew, to the night of the wedding. The food was amazing, and the service was spot on! If your having a party or a wedding in Dallas please use them you won't be disappointed! And the brake and clutch warehouse is a awesome venue for a wedding.

The CN Catering team is like a well-oiled machine. You can definitely tell they know what they are doing. They executed everything flawlessly and our wedding day was like a dream come true.I'm a huge foodie, so having good food at the wedding was a major priority to me. We got married at the Windsor on June 9th and my guests are still raving about how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food was. CN Catering did a phenomenal job. My parents even loved it and they have very discerning taste! Many people have even told me that it was some of the best food they've ever had at a wedding.I honestly cannot say enough great things about working with them and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you to the CN Catering team for playing such a big role in making our wedding day PERFECT.

CN Catering was truly a pleasure to work with. They made things easy for us, were so flexible, and there was NO pressure to spend more or add anything on - they truly wanted you to have exactly what you wanted and needed. We were on a budget and they respected that. Everyone we worked with and communicated with was very positive, timely in their responses, and helpful with updating things. We probably updated our event details at least 10 times and it was never a problem to remove/add/change things. The CN rep that we were in communication with (Michael Webb) was so kind and helpful and was actually on-site wedding day too, which was awesome and reassuring. So, for the important part: the FOOD! The food was THE biggest hit at the wedding!!! It was absolutely delicious and perfect. We truly enjoyed selecting everything at the tasting event (tough decisions - everything is delicious!) and we truly could not wait to eat dinner on our wedding day. I highly recommend CN if you want an AMAZING meal that will keep people talking long after the wedding!!! Thank you, CN Catering for your amazing food, lovely staff, and professionalism!

CN Catering was the exclusive for my wedding venue the room on main. The food was great, lots of options and they worked on several quotes during the process. David is great - extremely over extended but great. I did reach a frustration point about 30 days before my wedding when I couldn't get a response from him. It was crunch time and I needed answers. But in the end it was great and our guests enjoyed the food

Honestly terrible customer service. After booking, we tried to cancel (months in advance) and was not allowed because they didn't have other events for that day. When the time came, WE had to go pick it up from them because they were busy setting up for another event?? Never offered any kind of help, discount, or understanding, and were honestly kind of rude over the phone. For a company that's in the customer service industry, they are completely void of any.

Mother of the Bride here. Our experience with CN Catering was DISAPPOINTING. Details are in my review on Wedding Wire and The Knot. Be sure to read to the end!For those of you who engage CNC, this is my advice:1. Skip the Non-alcoholic Beverage Package if only a small percentage of your guests will benefit. It is not cheap. If you do provide this, be sure to announce that it is available.2. Skip the fancy dance floor, stage facade and spot lights. Put your dollars on the Band. We had an awesome band (Royal Dukes) that absolutely MADE the reception!3. If you order the Tumbleweed dessert drink, make sure you understand WHEN it will be served. Very important!4. If you choose buffet, understand that guests may not be allowed to select their items. Order accordingly. We over-ordered and incurred HUGE WASTE of food and money.5. HANG ON TO YOUR DRINKS! Waitstaff cleared drinks while guests danced or turned their backs to visit. Guests did not complain to me but family sure did! I suggest instructing attendants to only clear away empty glasses and water.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, but i guess i could leave them 1 star. The mood from the beginning was hostile and angry. They seemed as if my family was hassle even though we hired them to cater for US. This company reeks of toxic masculinity, which is very disappointing to see given its 2021. The owners, which were the first quitters of the amazing race, something they wouldn't let us forget... (shows their commitment to things) were awful and rude. All they care about is making their money. DO NOT HIRE THEM THEY WILL RUIN YOUR EVENT. I could've done a better job myself!! Cheap food and the experience was even worse.

Our wedding is planned for Sep 2020 but due to COVID we have had close family members (sisters, grandparents, parents) that cannot attend. We also do not want to subject any of our family to potentially catching the Coronavirus at our event, and potentially dying as a result. Due to the inability to have close family attend and the desire to not put our loved ones in danger, we immediately reached out to CN Catering to see whether we may be able to get our deposit back, or have some other option. I was immediately told by CN that there was absolutely no way that our deposit would be returned (~$8,000 for venue and catering). My fiancee and I have been devastated since this money was put down out of our own pockets, for our special day, and despite the fact that we now can't have all of the people that we are close to attend, CN is forcing us to have the event. CN has even involved their lawyer who has told us that we must submit to binding arbitration, threatening that if we lose the arbitration then we will also have to cover CN's legal costs. This caterer and venue (Brake and Clutch) have shown absolutely no sympathy to our terrible situation and I would therefore very strongly recommend you stay away from them at all costs.Of additional note is that we honestly were not very impressed with the food that CN provided at our tasting a couple months ago.
