Circle R Ranch

We had a blast at the Amazon annual picnic. The kiddos love it and it was a great day to get out the house and have some fun!!!!!The had good food, great music, snacks, treats, face painting, bingo, rock climbing,some rides, and games. The staff was amazing and kept everything running smoothly. The restrooms were clean and smelled citrusy. We just had a blast fellowshipping and hanging out with everyone.

I had the pleasure of attending my arbonne team dinner here! First we were welcomed with smiles! She staff was so nice! Then dinner time. I have allergies so I asked the chef (he was standing right outside so super easy) about my options. Little did I know everything was marked with easy-to-read allergen labels! Vegan, vegetarian, gf only disappointment was bbq sauce wasn't gf . Music, games, rosco the bull. I have an off grid ranch in eastern Colorado so most things "country" don't impress me because well I live it. But this was well done. Only wish band wouldn't played more classic country than pop. But the food was awesome. If you can go for drink specials. I have to do a gf grain option which is top shelf and $15 for a single. Ouch.

A super fun place to throw a conference "After Party." I was pleasantly surprised at how much fun this place had to offer. When I saw it on the agenda for the conference I figured it would be small bites and a bit of country themed music / dancing. However, they had much more to offer than I thought!We arrived via bus and it took about 15 minutes to get there from the Gaylord. They had buffet style food out and it looked really tasty. I mistakenly ate prior to going as I assumed small bites, but I heard good things about all the food.They did indeed have a band playing country music, which was lively and fun. They even led a line dance at one point. After the band left it moved to a DJ who played more main stream music, so there was something for everyone.About 3/4 of the way through the evening they hosted a rodeo show outside with bulls and cowboys. It was fun to see the horses and you could get up close and pet them if you wanted, after the show.Downside? The wait for drinks. If you wanted something other than sode, you would have to wait a fair amount of time at the bar line. Average wait was around 10-15 minutes, so most people were ordering two at a time to avoid waiting again.Overall: AGreat venue with lots of fun offerings for a conference send off.

We recently attended a company party here and had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either.Some of the activities available to us:Mechanical bullPool, ping pong, and shuffleboard tablesBingoBubbles, chalk art, bounce house, pony rides, and playground for the kidsSmores around the campfire (during daylight)Organized relay races and gamesHorseshoesLife-size mazeHay ridesSnocones and popcorn in addition to the BBQ lunch that was served, and unlimited drinks (beer and soda)Overall it was a great experience and I would love to come back for another event.

Great location for large scale events.Visited recently for a special needs children related event.1. Interior is Texas /western style and very clean2. Exterior - spacious and neatly maintained3. Food served was good quality - barbeque and 'hdog style

Circle R Ranch is where I attended a Christmas party for the second year in a row. The staff was super friendly. The place is huge, with several buildings filled with music, food and fun activities. It has a western flavor for the décor and very spacious for large gatherings. The foods were a number of appetizers from small taquitos, hamburger sliders, chips and salsa to wings that were pretty tasty for such a large gathering. The food I would give about an eighty five out of a one hundred. This night they had live music, another building had a DJ, while another building had food - drink - and casino like games. Nicely done Circle R Ranch, I'm giving thumbs up to an eighty-five for the great work from the staff and food!

I went to a work function at the Circle R Ranch while traveling and I can't say enough good things. The staff are so hospitable and make sure everyone feels at home. The night began with meeting Amigo the Longhorn! We were serenaded by a real life cowboy. We then had classic BBQ (steak, chicken, corn, corn bread, potatoes) and then played a corn hole tournament ( they had so many corn hole boards!) Don't leave without taking the wagon ride around the property to see the beautiful land and wildlife. There's also a mechanical bull and lasso lessons! Such a fun place!!

Circle R does a good job of hosting corporate and large group entertaining parties. They will help create whatever theme you want and have in house catering. They have fireworks shows, rodeo shows, music, swimming, hay rides, trail rides, and more. What makes me NOT like Circle R Ranch is how poorly they treat their animals. Bad food and/or not enough food for horses and cattle. Not keeping horses regularly trimmed or shod. Not grooming horses. Not providing medical care to horses or cattle. Not providing shelter to horses and cattle. Having muddy boggy areas for them to stand in. All these things are not excusable and just plain awful. Shame on you...that's just lazy and greedy. Those animals help you make money and you can't give them proper care? Backwards...to say the least....

Attended a large company party for employees & their families & was truly impressed with the facility, variety of activities & delicious barbecue! Beautiful country setting, plenty of parking & truly, just a wonderful experience.

I just threw my birthday bash here and it truly was an amazing and memorable experience. The Bbq Buffet was some of the best bbq in Texas. The Brisket was tender and moist, the chicken had a smoked taste and the sausage was fantastic. My planner Hillary title should be changed to event planner guru of the South. She was professional, responsive and pleasant from start to end. The service overall from the banquet team, bartender even the cowboy who tirelessly tried to show us how to rope a mechanical steer was outstanding. The ranch felt like a private cabin with a lake and was a unique atmosphere compared to your typical banquet hall or hotel. Circle R Ranch is a true gem
