Fantastic food, I had been really wanting to find good okonomiyaki to inspire my own cooking, and I feel like this place has got the sauce! The atmosphere is good. It has an izakaya vibe while blending in some okonomiyaki info, which I found informative. The service was good but a little busy. It seems like they may have a mixed zoning strategy for the wait staff as I 4 different waiters hit my table with one seeming to be the primary.

-Disclaimer-This review might be extremely biased given that I have been to Japan over 100 times and sometimes just to go there to eat. Oh boy. This might be the worst okonomiyaki I have ever had.l to a point that I asked a server if this is a legitimate chain from Japan and had to google it. Maybe it's their style but layers, noodles inside (which I have never had), toppings, things are not mixed together...just not what I used to have in Japan. My wife's comment was "their cabbage is good" Yeah, not coming here again.

We went at 7pm during their grand opening and it was so busy we had to join the waitlist that said estimated time was between 80-90 mins. But we only had to wait about 45 mins to get seated thankfully! The atmosphere was fun and we got to watch the chefs cook up the dishes through their open concept glass window kitchen. Our server Zach was awesome! He was eager to help us pick the best items from their menu by thoroughly explaining each dish and its components to us. Being an indecisive person, that was so helpful and allowed us to order within just a few minutes! The food also came out pretty quickly, taking maybe only about 15 minutes. We ordered the Chinchikurinyaki, the loaded Kaisen, and the spicy GOAM. We cut them like pizza slices to share. My favorite was the loaded Kaisen since it was more balanced with seafood and veggies. All the dishes had a lot of noodles and was very carb heavy so that wasn't my favorite. It was also a little heavy on the sauces in my opinion, but still delicious. You could also choose between crispy or soft noodles, which I recommend crispy. Overall cool concept!

I'm thrilled that we can finally enjoy authentic Hiroshima okonomiyaki in Dallas.Since it's an overseas location of Chinchikurin from Hiroshima, the taste was quite good. However, it's disappointing that by the time it was brought to the table, it was already cold, only slightly warm. Are they afraid of getting sued for burns, like in the McDonald's lawsuit?

Tip 1:When available, try to join the Waitlist on Yelp because it's so insanely busy here. If that option is closed it's usually because the restaurant is slammed pack so when you enter this restaurant, immediately check in to the waitlist on the kiosk on your right.Tip 2:At the current moment, try to place all your orders immediately because it's so crowded. This place has only been open a few days and each time, it's been packed here. The food here is phenomenal and the staff here are so sweet and cheerful. The Okonomiyaki (savory grilled Japanese pancake) is made very traditional to Japan and I LOVE it! It had wonderful layers of meat, tempura, cabbage, noodles, and all these other magical goodness. Feel free to use their Mayo and Okonomi sauces to add to your dish. I didn't feel bloated at all and although the food was hearty, it was also really refreshing. A forewarning, the portions are huge! We tried two appetizers and while I'm not familiar with Hiroshima style Takoyaki, these were delicious. The spicy Kurobata sausages were a great prelude to our epic meal. I can't wait to come back to this place.

Came here right when they opened on a Wednesday and had an incredible experience! The food exceeded our expectations and was cooked perfectly - the okonomiyaki were so flavorful! I loved my B&C (basil and cheese) and my fiance got the popular shrimp and broccoli. Both came with a layer of grilled pork, shredded cabbage, egg and pastry. The ambience is clean, inviting and the service was spot-on friendly and fast. We can't wait to bring our friends and family here!

This is one of my new favorite places. I went during lunch and it was busy but no line. Restaurant had plenty of seating. The host sat us down and did a great job explaining the menu to us. We ordered the GOMA and the corn cheese. We sort of knew it was going to be too much food for us but wanted to try two different varieties. The okonomiyaki was delicious and well seasoned. There are sauces on the table side that you can add and everything was very umami. I got the noodles soft vs the crispy option and loved my dish. You can also add mayo to it. They give you these cute spatulas you can eat off of. Made everything very bite sized which was great. The only layer of it that I was not a fan of was the chicken that came with my corn cheese and the pork that came with my husbands goma. I will probably just get it without it next time since I don't think it added much to it. Was just sort of a ground meat layer. The rest of the pancake tasted amazing!!! It's also close to chi cha which is nice.

Delicious but takes FOREVER during lunch rush. I came in at 11:40AM. Was supposed to be seated between 11:55-12:06. 12:09 I ordered take out instead bc there was 3 parties infront of me and it would take another hour to be seated. I ordered and it took another 30 mins to make my okonomiyagi. Omg my blood sugar was so low, I almost fainted. The food was bomb but come during weird hours or else you will be waiting a hella long time.

New spot in town. It was a full house when I arrived, but waited only about ten minutes after joining their waitlist for dinner. Staff were very attentive; food came out really quick considering how packed the place was. Had the loaded Kaisen and looking forward to visit again to try more of their plates. Would not order the Kaisen again as I was not a fan of the texture of the squid. Other than that, really liked this place.
