Quick dinner after a long drive. Ordered a Stone IPA and they were out. Only near IPA sub was a hazy so I decided to try it. Turned out to be a hazy brewed by Kolach (?) and it was really really good. Wife and I both decided on burgers. Hers was a Classic and mine was named after Albert somebody! Both burgers were cooked perfectly and were nice and juicy. The buns, frankly, we're uninspired and the fries matched. But the great beer and the tasty and well-prepped burgers made up for the minuses!

This place has some staffing issues which I'm sure is Covid related. The staff they have is amazing and do a great job. The food is always really good and the bonus chips and salsa is nice if you are a rewards member.

First, The southwestern egg roll appetizers are pretty darn good and came out quick. I ended up getting the full rack of ribs which gave you two flavors instead of just one for an extra 5 bucks. I'm glad I did because although I didn't like the honey habanero, I did like the dry rub with the bbq sauce on the side. The honey habanero is mostly sweet and wasn't spicy in the slightest. The coleslaw was surprisingly good with a hint of sweetness and that's on someone who doesn't like veggies. The street corn was one of a kind, I recommend to everyone since this is normally hard to find anywhere and it tasted close to the real thing. Lastly, my wife got the rib-eye steak and honestly it was better than any of my ribs. The steak was perfectly tender and yet crispy in the outside, I definitely will try that next time instead. One downside is the little device on the table where you pay, it was so sticky and disgusting! They need to start cleaning those and not just the table.

Chilis is one of my favorite restaurants. They constantly have consistent food quality and it's always delicious. The service was great as always and we were seated immediately. Our server was very attentive making sure we had a full drink and plenty of napkins. The atmosphere is always pleasant and the ambiance modern. We'll be back again and again. I really enjoy the triple play platter. Yum yum

My extra ranch was supposed to go with the ranch that already came on the burger, to accommodate this heaping pile of meat, but the 1.5oz ranch I ordered is still not enough. I mean, 1.5oz of ranch SHOULD be enough, however they only fill these 1.5oz cups half way. Good service and food is hard to come by anymore.

Don't go with in 2 hours of closing time! Apparently they don't keep enough servers to take care of customers. I will never go back. Thought there would have been enough time to order and get out but manager scout said that they wouldn't be able to sit us down with enough time for the kitchen to make our order. I don't know any manager that would send away paying customers cause they don't want to stay open later if needed to accommodate customers that are there at the establishment before they close with plenty time to spare.

Decided against my better judgement to try Chili's because of the good press it has been getting lately...It was "fine"...just too plain...nothing I said WOW about...I suppose if you think Applebees, Olive Garden, and Outback are top notch restaurants then you will enjoy your Chili's meal...for me...not worth the cost for average run of the mill Apps and Burgers...

Not sure what to expect anymore from chains. Went in last week. Wife ordered a NY strip. No sear at all. Cooked to med rare like she asked but it wasn't seared. It was very gummy. Fat wasn't rendered. I like Chili's. But now know better than go for steak. This happened twice. Sorry guys. Pub food and ribs are always great. But the cook on the red meats is lacking.
