I love seeing how quickly my infant has adapted to a new daycare and know he feels comfortable with his teachers at Children's Lighthouse heritage!

My daughter has been going to this school since she was 6weeks and now she's 13/14 months I want to give this school a good rating but I just can't. Miss Cheyenne is in the infant room does a amazing job. However I have given them multiple wishes that were never actually done. At 6 weeks they had my daughter sleeping on her stomach knowing she has no head control, I address to them that this is not okay and highly increases the risks of SIDS. There's been many times I've walked in and the teacher to kid ratio has been out of control like 7 infants to 1 teacher. I can't believe this place is still even open. After noticing on camera that she is still sleeping on her stomach weeks after, already being addressed I had to call up there and ask them to get her out of the crib immediately. Secondly in the transition to her new one year old class the teacher had put my daughter in another class room and didn't realize that none of the kids in the current class room belong to my husband. How scary to know that teacher don't know what dads or moms belong to which kids. This is a HUGE security problem. Did not make me feel safe leaving her at school knowing some stranger could swoop her up and no one would even know. The last straw! I've always paid daycare the week of and the following week. I've gotten a notice the I'm a week behind? Which is new news to me. The director is the only one who has taken my payments every other Thursday. I guess back over a month ago she messed up my payments and all the sudden I'm missing a whole weeks payment of school. And owing a late fee. Don't walk away, RUN! We will be pulling her out of this daycare very very soon!

My daughter went to this school for about a month and a half and it seemed like a great fit at first. Then she started coming home once a week with new bruises on her face and back and incident reports seemed to be filled out pretty often. Kind of thought it was odd but children at age of 2 are very active so kind of dismissed it although at her last place we never had these issues. Then cameras were installed which I thought was great as I can check in on her every so often. One day I decide to check in close to lunch time and see my daughter standing on top of her cot getting ready for nap time. Class teacher starts walking her way and literally shoved my daughter down with 2 hands and then walks over to a friends child and grabs him roughly by the arm by his armpit and swings him behind her so she could put his blanket down. Then she grabbed him and laid him down forcefully and covered him up and then she makes her way back to my daughter and does the same. I watch her go around the room and comes back to my daughter who had scooted up a little towards the end of the cot and she grabs her by her legs and yanks her down forcefully and tucks her in. I was completely shocked at how the teacher handled the children and advised the mother of the other child what had happened. She immediately called in and while she was dialing in she logged in as well and saw the teacher shove another child down with her own eyes. Facility would not let her see the footage on the tape and basically told her they would be hiring a 3rd person to watch over the class and will get the teacher more training on handling toddlers. I don't know what type of training you can give someone who obviously doesn't have the patience to handle children of that age. Now they basically kicked her 2 children out saying she was being a trouble to the school. What kind of school that watches over kids would rather kick out the kids rather than handle the teacher. Definitely want ppl to avoid this kind of school, I understand people make mistakes but for the Director and staff to act so nonchalantly over complaints of abuse over little kids has to be troublesome.

My granddaughter has attended this day care for about a year now. She has learned so much and seems to really like it there. When I've picked her up I'm impressed with the welcoming staff and cleanliness of the classroom.

We attended this daycare for 1.5 years until leaving last month. We really loved it until a few months ago, the infant teachers are wonderful and were truly missed. The administration changed a few months ago and it has gone downhill a lot. We rarely received pictures and the app was rarely updated (meals, diapers, naps were not logged often). There was a huge amount of teacher turnover where we didn't even know who our children's teacher was because it was constantly changing. Administrators will make decisions for your children without so much as consulting you about class changes nor are these changes up for discussion. They wanted to separate our twins and did not care to discuss it with us as their parents first. Overall, we were not well informed on what was happening with our children during their day and were very disheartened by the teacher turnover and the lack of care for our children by the administration. I would NOT recommend this daycare to anyone. Our children have been thriving since removing them from this facility and going elsewhere.

Absolutely awful place to leave your children. They don't know how to manage accounts, and harass you through an email every day of the week about a new amount you owe every week, The teachers and office people are not trained like at all, they hire anybody at this point, and they like to write reports everyday about what your children do wrong. It's always about what your kids did wrong, nobody says anything positive about your children or what they did good. Since April left, My kids have not been happy here. The people at the front desk are rude and very disrespectful. You can't even talk to these people, they will talk at you like you one of the kids there. My kids didn't even go here all day so I truly feel sorry for the people leaving their kids here all day in there care. This place is a nightmare. The owner of this establishment is unethical and acts like she is hands on. LOL. But really don't even have a clue what goes on in her own facility, She also likes too trash talk the people who keep her in business. If you love your children, take them anywhere but here!!!

So glad we found Children's Lighthouse Heritage! Such a great location. From the front desk to the teachers, everyone is very friendly and always greet us by name as we arrive and leave. My daughter loves the activities they provide and always comes home telling me about a great day. Competitive pricing for the area as well. I definitely recommend!

If I could give 0 stars, I would have. Staff is rude , unprofessional and greedy. My grandson went to this school for a few months and got bullied . He also got head lice. When I told them , they need to notify other parents they refused. They lost so many good teachers Dan and Alexis Please don't send your kids or grandkids here. You will regret it.

I thought this place was great at first. The camera was so reassuring even though the quality is not that great ..... Until i showed up early one day and my son had a pacifier in his mouth. My son has NEVER used one! I did Not provide it. A random pacifier was in my son's mouth and the staff did not know where this pacifier came from!! I made sure from the beginning that everyone knew that my son did not use a pacifier. After 3months of not using one he should not even have taken it, which tells me they have been going against my parenting from the beginning. It also tells me that they made sure to take it out of his mouth in time so I would not see it. When i address the staffed they blamed Joann and said they have been complaining about her for a while. When i asked how long ago did Joan leave the room they said 15mins ago. So now I'm left to believe that either my son was left without being checked on for 15mins or they knew what joann did was against my wishes and did not care. How do i even know he was getting My breastmilk!? Joan is constantly left alone with these children. If employees have been continuing to complain about this lady and she still works there that tells me they are not looking out for the best thing for the kids and their parents. I cannot in good faith recommend this place. I cannot take my child here with peace of mind.
