Cheeky Monkeys Plano

Super cute place for the kids to have fun or for birthday parties! One of my cousins babies was having a birthday party here and the staff planned the entire party for the kids. They danced, sang and did many activities while the parents were entertained.They have food available that are suitable for kids. I think this concept is fantastic! Parking is great however your GPS may take you to the back of the building so keep in mind that you'll have to be attentive.

What an awesome place.! I love how welcoming the employees were. Love that they were attentive. Not rude. Facility was clean and age appropriate. My twin 4 year olds had a blast. And their special needs sibling smile until her cheeks were rosy. Great job you cheeky monkeys! Keep up the good work!

I'm disappointed! This place is filthy! I've taken my son to multiple indoor playgrounds and this has to be the most expensive and dirtiest place. Their entrance door is broken. The toys look super old and have stuff written all over it. The floor is dirty! Will be the first and last time here

This place is filled with filth. Parents who are able to just sit at the tables would not see this. I took my toddler here and have to be with him the entire time. The playground is dirty with balls of hair everywhere. Some of the balls in the ball pit area are all crushed and some even cut open. They should have routine measures in place to check these sort of things. This is a safety hazard. The place overall is not well kept. There is only one person working the kitchen area. 30 mins for an order of fries is not acceptable. Will not be returning. I hope inspector comes in and fines this owner!

This place is really fun if you enjoy playing with your kids. We had a blast (adults included)!! Unexpectedly, we came on a day there was an event - Easter Egg Extravaganza! This included admission, Easter bunny, egg hunt and kids lunch. We were lucky to get in as tickets were pre-sold and only had a few spots left. The place was open, clean and there are options for food/drink. My toddler enjoyed playing in both areas and the other kids big and small were very respectful and helpful to one another. We made some great connections and everyone was friendly. The staff here is outstanding. You can tell they enjoy what they do and were so helpful and courteous even with the chaos of parents and children. Most of my interactions were with Ashley. She took very good care of me and our needs. Big shout out to her for going above and beyond my expectations. We will be returning!One recommendation is that they upgrade their PA system. We couldn't understand a word.

Cheeky Monkeys is a great place to bring your child to run off some of that energy! Some parents kick back and chill while their children play and others watch like a hawk to ensure their child is safe (guilty). Pros: There are a ton of different activities and play areas to keep children busy! There are areas that are more active and areas that are less active but still fosters an environment for children to learn and play. We hosted our daughters 2nd birthday party here and enjoyed it! Cons: It is definitely time for some updates. There is a ton of wear and tear and on the weekends it seems difficult for them to maintain the cleanliness of the establishment. I was playing around with my daughter and saw the area above the bouncy house was filled with trash and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Also, there are ALWAYS big kids in the toddler play section. I've had to rescue my daughter a couple times off of the spinning wheel with balls because the big kids will take over and cause the wheel to spin entirely too fast for a toddler - I think Cheeky Monkeys can do a much better job of administering this.

We were here for a birthday party which was nicely done. 2 hours included playtime, some employee-led games and dances, pizza in a private room, and cake time. Everything seemed clean and overall well maintained. There were small spots on the play equipment that needed mending but nothing unsafe. There's no outside food allowed but there's a small food counter with the usual food and drinks available. The staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, it seems like a nice place to have a kid's party. This place can also be enjoyed as just an indoor play place.

SUPPORT THIS LOCATION!I had my daughter's birthday party at this location and when I placed the order, the website says "no outside food or drink allowed", so I didn't get a cake because of this rule/policy. Even when I got the confirmation call the week before, that was not discussed. When we arrived and was welcomed by the staff, they asked me if I had a cake, of which I replied no due to the policy. They said someone should've told me it was ok before now. Fast forward to I'm reviewing the bill and one of the staff members walks by with both hands full of stuff and slides a cake in front of us and keeps walking. They wrote happy birthday to my daughter on the cake. All of the parents there for the party all looked at each other in shock trying to figure out what just happened, including myself. Our host said that the staff felt bad for the mix up and wanted to make it right. They even brought the monkey costume out for the kids! They went above and beyond! I went from not only questioning if I would ever spend another dollar in there, I will now specifically go to this location and tell everyone that I can to go to this location as well! Everyone in our party said the same thing. Thank you for going above and beyond to make a little girl's special day even more special!

First of all... let me say this! The GM KAY is 10/10, highly recommend! We drove far to have the best party for my two year old and she and the staff (Alyssa was our GIRLLLLL!!!) made everything so amazing! The place was nice, the kids had THE BEST time EVER! The experience was unforgettable! My babies and all of the party guests were worn out from playing and exploring (so were we!). I recommend the Plano location! Everyone was attentive and very friendly and welcoming. Love the staff here- on down to the ladies making the food!
