Service, even tho it was extremely busy the women behind the counter where so polite and patient. They where so kind we explained we where from out of town and it was our first time there, they informed us on all their services I ended up buying a bouquet of balloons and you can even choose the theme. Both my girls loved the place, as a mom the first thing is safety and cleanliness in these places. No complaints because the place was clean including the inside of the play grounds. Food was decent to snack on the tenders and fries where good. There is a baby area and a big kids area. Loved the place !

We came here to celebrate my nephew's first birthday and all 3 of my boys (7, 5, & 1.5) all had an absolute blast. It was tough to get them to step away from the jungle gym area for cake & food. And my kids LOVE cake and food (which were French fries & chicken nuggets). My youngest often is a bit hesitant to go up high or down slides, but he was drawn to all levels of the area from the ground floor to the 3rd floor. He had an absolute blast and had no qualms going around all the older kids running around. With that said, I will say there were several times when older kids came in to the area dedicated for younger kids and were playing a bit too rough. They were constantly bumping & knocking over not just my son, but other kids in that area as well. I get that it was unintentional and they were having fun, but it would've been nice if that area was policed a bit by employees to make sure any kids in that area were either of age or respecting the younger kids. The food itself was fine. For the adults there were pizzas that were totally passable. A tad undercooked, but nothing inedible. All the kids and all the adults ate just about every piece of food out during out time. The private room we had for the party was great. It was set up basically just for food and a place for parents to congregate but that's totally fine. There was no need for any activities for the kids. The kids wanted to spend as little time there as possible.So, if you're looking for a great place to let your kids run around and blow of steam/energy, while also maybe giving you some time to relax as there is an (admittedly) small seating area for adults, then Cheeky Monkeys is a great option for you.

Cheeky Monkey's new location is awesome! It's a huge, neat, and roomy place with tons of fun. My kids couldn't get enough of it! The indoor jungle gym, slides, ball pit, and trampoline...they have it all! We also had a blast with the arts and crafts activities they had for Easter including face painting. The staff was very kind, helpful, and watchful. They made sure everyone was safe and happy. The food options are what you expect. We celebrated our son's birthday at the Plano location but glad this is nearer to us. I highly recommend Cheeky Monkey's for a fun-filled family outing!

We went to Cheeky Monkeys - Castle Hills with our toddler for the first time today, and the frying oil fumes put a big damper on what would have been a great time otherwise.Our clothes and hair stunk and felt greasy as soon as we got back to our car, and we were only there for 45 minutes.I don't think breathing in frying oil particles (VOCs) would be good for anyone, let alone developing little lungs.I hope the owners figure out a way to fix this problem because it's a potential health hazard. Cooking oil is one of the worst indoor air pollutants as per many research studies.To be fair, this could be an issue at other similar kids' playgrounds that also serve such foods. I don't know.I'll be happy to change my rating once I can confirm that they've resolved this issue.

My son and I had a really good time! The staff were really friendly and mindful of keeping the older kids separate from the little tots which I really appreciated. The food/snacks were priced well and the restrooms were clean. We'll definitely return and I would recommend Cheeky Monkeys for birthday parties or just a fun place to take your little one!

Such a cute place. My 3 year old had a blast! This will be a weekly stop for us. Lots to play with and the food/ snacks was good.

Our first time with our toddler. This was a fantastic place. This a great option for toddlers to burn energy and also indoor activities.

CLEAN, New and Wonderful! Staff is friendly and helpful. Our kids always love coming here. Their party rooms are spacious and love the fact that they have balloon twisting here on weekends.

Good place all around other than one of the workers kicking my older daughter out of the toddler town area. I already addressed the situation that my older daughter is watching and playing with my younger daughter, but the worker didn't give two F's. So my older daughter can't have fun with her own younger sister and watch her in toddler town?
