I came back and tried their birria tacos and they were delicious. I also ordered a churro and that was good but didn't take a picture. My ordered was prepared fresh and it didn't take long.

I'm struggling with food truck ratings. How do you rate a taco truck? It's not my 5 star experience, 4 stars seems a little much, but 3 stars isn't a place I would normally go back to??So, 3.85 lol Ambiance lol it's an old food truck parked along Golden Triangle. There is a little covered seating area with two tables and I appreciate the umbrellas in front of the truck so your bit waiting to order in the sun. Service was prompt but I was the only one there. The young man at the window was just starting today. Does this food truck spot rotate? I thought the truck that was there last week was black? I've wanted to stop to check it out and finally had the opportunity. I took home 2 plates for lunch. Carnitas and Pastor. Both were good, not great. 3 tacos on each plate with rice and beans. The salsa verde was excellent, the red sauce was spicy. be warned. The only draw back was the price. $26 just seemed a bit much compared to our normal street taco place. And on the sign it said $10 but was charged $12. This wouldn't hinder me from stopping again I'll just pay more attention. They did have cute little sporks, haven't seen those since Toy Story. Just an ok lunch.
