Celebration Event Center & Ballroom

Celebration Event Center and Ballroom is a wonderful venue. My wife and I got married here on April 29th and they were very accommodating to our needs as well as fairly priced. Also the venue is beautiful with a slightly New Orleans vibe

I'm a Zumba instructor and Ive been to several events and a recent Zumba class with Carlos Garcia. I actually love it. Spacious for a good amount of people. I will say that it is next to the Walgreens but towards the back when you pull in and can be hard to see the building if you come to an evening class. My first visit was during the day, so I knew where to look each time after. Maybe a building light shining on the banner/building address, would help. Water fountain is not functional for whatever reason so I suggest you bring water if you are attending classes. I didn't know this but luckily I teach a lot so I'm use to no water break within an hour of class time.

This is a quirky venue but very nice for basic party needs. Plenty of space in the one large open room. You can work with caterers of your choice and you need to get linens and the like. The venue's restrooms are a little small for the size of the space and you can really feel the outside temps (especially cold) through the walls. It feels like there must not be a lot of in-wall insulation. I do recommend this space as a centrally located venue space for large groups.

We had my daughters Quinceañera here and everything turned out beautifully! From start to finish, Brenda helped us so much! We were referred to fantastic vendors, guided on potential layouts for the party decor and anything else we needed assistance with. The day of the party went so smoothly and my daughter had a day to remember! Love the venue.

My sister and I had signed up for a belly dance class at this event center. Located in an obscure corner of the parking lot, we were a little bit hesitant about the location and venue. We got there about 30 minutes prior to the class starting. There was no one at the front desk to greet us nor was there a sign letting us know where to go for the class. There were about two or three people practicing some kind of dancing in the large event space, but no one came out to greet us. We waited for about 20 minutes, knowing we were early to see if anyone else came in for the class or perhaps the instructor would arrive 10 minutes prior. We got nothing.After 20 minutes of sitting there with no one paying attention to us or knowing where to go, we decided to leave.I doubt I will ever go back to this venue because of the obscure location, unless it was during the day, and definitely no evening classes.

I come here to practice dance due to the wide open area... but I can see weddings here are very pretty in terms of the layout

My organization has used this event center for 2 teen party evening events. We were pleased with the center and the ratings is based on use for a teen or youth event:Staff- The staff is helpful and friendly. They were present and accompanying. Location- Central to Plano and very easy to get to however you may need to remind guests of the corner they are location in it (conveniently) sits back away from the street. Venue: Had one large room for events. We used a smaller room (size of a dance rehearsal room) for coat check. They had racks and hangers for this use. Note that the restrooms are few and small. Two single restrooms open into the event so room divider are used to "hide" the entrance. Parking: Plenty for our evening event.

They are took strict and the lady just ruined everything and no one enjoyed the party bc the lady kept complaining and stopping the party
