Second location I'm trying. The service was so much better than my previous experience. I switched my bowl up a bit and it was almost perfect, but the lentils were undercooked which made an unpleasant texture experience, but despite that everything else was delicious. I would love for my next experience to be fully cooked food and good customer service. CAVA has great potential to me.

CAVA, where have you been all my life?! Seriously I consider myself to be a bonafide foodie and I just found out about this lovely gem a few weeks ago.Mediterranean food never seemed appealing to me because I wasn't sure it packed enough flavor to satisfy my taste buds but boy was I wrong. Healthy and tasty actually make a fine combination here. I typically get the grains and leafy greens bowl with the honey chicken, tons of toppings and of course the red pepper humus with a dollop of dressing. Each time I've visit the service has been impeccable and I left with a smile. I'm always greeted promptly by a staff member and helped throughout the ordering process.It gives chipotle vibes without the chaos. Plus they have locations all over. Get here before the masses find out and overcrowd them. Tell them Tam sent you.

So I've been meaning to try Cava for awhile now, and today I finally did!! While the food was good, the customer service at this location was PHENOMENAL!! Seeing as it was my first time, I had a few questions and the two ladies helping me were SO kind, patient, and helpful!! They made the BEST suggestions and went out of their way to make sure that I had a great experience!! I had a lot going on and now that I'm thinking about it, I don't remember what their names were, which is unfortunate, because they absolutely deserve to be recognized!! They truly went above and beyond for me, and after the day I had, it truly meant so much. I am so grateful for their kindness. Anyway - ON TO THE FOOD!! I had a greens and grains bowl with the Superfood greens and the Saffron Basmati Rice. For my protein I got the Honey Harissa Chicken. For my toppings I did the pita crisps, tomato and cucumber, pickled onions, tomato and onion, fire roasted corn, and Persian cucumbers. I got a variety of sauces, and I got them all on the side, (just in case I didn't like any of them). SO glad that I did that! There were a few I wasn't a fan of, but the ones that I liked and ended up putting in my bowl were the harissa spread, skhug, garlic dressing, and the hot harissa vinaigrette!! As someone who likes at least a little bit of spice, I think I had the perfect combination of sauces for my preference, so FYI - if you're like me, DO NOT SKIP the skhug, the harissa spread, and vinaigrette!! Then if you want, add some garlic dressing to balance it all out. SO GOOD!!There were SO many textures and flavor profiles going on in this bowl and somehow, it all worked together perfectly!! All the vegetables were super crisp and fresh, and the chicken was juicy and delightfully seasoned!! I figured the honey harissa chicken may be too sweet, but thankfully that wasn't the case. It had a touch of sweetness, but it was definitely more savory overall, so that was a nice surprise!! Oh and before I forget, I have to talk about the drinks!! I decided to put together a random concoction of the classic lemonade, cucumber mint lime, and the pineapple apple mint. Not quite sure what the ratios were, but I did mostly classic lemonade and a splash of the other two and somehow it turned out amazing!! It was light, super refreshing, and delicious!! So yeah - long story long, the customer service ALONE warranted 5 billion stars, but thankfully the food was fantastic as well!! DEFINITELY check this location out whenever you're in the area!!

Food wait line was short for a weekend night in Coppell. Servers were efficient and pleasant, food was provided in good portions. Only issue was the eating area was messy, some below age 10 kids had spilt straws all over the floor and were loud and noisy . We ended up eating outside on the patio.

Love the bowls at CAVA. I don't remember the name of it, but I usually get the one with the avocado.The service at cava is prompt, and polite.

If you order online they consistently forget to add items that you pay extra for. I'd only recommend going here in person if at all. They will not answer their phone or emails if you try to reach out for order corrections or concerns.

Great food and friend employees only down side is that it takes FOREVER, even when you order online. I've ordered online before and have waited 40 minutes past the pick up time to get my food. Don't order online and just go stand inline, you'll get it faster

The food was very great! Everything was very fresh! The restaurant is very clean and ambience is good.
