Second time in Dallas, and got to slip something during hectice family wedding weekend. My cousin recommended this and we arrived here at 10 am in the morning on a Saturday , and we were so lucky because usually they close on Saturday and only opens the first Saturday of the month! We ended up waiting for an hour and it didn't disappoint (?) I still couldn't tell the difference between the other famous bbq place that my family took me last time. While waiting, I just realized that this place was part of Michelin guide restaurant collection and got more excited. We ordered bunch of their special weekend cuts. It was wagyu brisket and the other one was ribeye. They were very juicy, not gonna lie. They also have plenty of seats inside, so we got seats right away without waiting. Their vibe is welcoming with country music in the background.A lot of people ordered for to go and we also bought some for to go as well.

Cattleack keeps limited hours and is mainly open during lunch hours, so we were excited to finally catch them when they were open. Though we came in the last hour of when they were open for the day, they hadn't run out of anything yet.Our favorite was the beef rib, which was tasty and well-seasoned. I wanted to like the brisket, but it was drier than expected. The burnt end beans were delicious, and the mac was a bit too saucy for our taste. Overall, it wasn't hands down the best BBQ I've *ever* had, but I can still understand the hype!

I honestly liked this BBQ a lot better than Terry Blacks or Hutchins.Flavors were stronger and I think prices were cheaper overall for what I got. Mac and cheese was alright, kinda watery but I liked the shape of the pasta. Hella chill spot.

I thought I knew good BBQ but wow Cattleack's blows everything out of the water. With very special hours and lines wrapping around the corner early in the morning, this place totally lived up to the hype! My favorites were the brisket (so juicy!), Spicy sausage, and of course the famous pastrami beef Rib. Don't sleep on the sides either! Every single side they have is delicious and such a wonderful accompaniment. Fantastic sauces too. They have ample benches inside for groups to sit and enjoy, with tons of paper towels and water

This place has plenty of meat and side options. Majority of what we had which was ribs, chicken, elote and some other stuff. Which was good. Can't go wrong with what you pick. However, that coleslaw!!!!! The three of us were a hard pass on that one. The service from the guys behind the counter were spot on and friendly. They also answered our questions as first timers. The seating was a normal bbq seating. Wood style tables and benches. Sit up straight is the motto. Lol. Will go back if I am in the area and they are open.

This was my first time trying Cattleack Barbeque despite working less than 5 minutes away from this location for the past two years. I got here a little before they opened and there was already a line. When the doors opened at around 10:05, someone came out and greeted everybody which I thought was pretty cool. I ordered the Texas Trinity Plate, some burnt ends, and a side of the hatch chile mac and cheese. Personally, I think the best thing there were the burnt ends and I would go back solely for those. The brisket, hatch chile sausage, and pork ribs were great as well but those burnt ends are the true star of the show. As for the mac and cheese, I am kicking myself for not trying the potato salad or street corn because the mac and cheese was a bit disappointing. I wasn't able to taste the hatch chile flavor and the mac and cheese could've used a lot more flavor. I ordered to-go so I wasn't able to get the experience of sitting and eating in the restaurant but the place looked nice and clean. It would be a great place to stop by for lunch in the middle of the work day if you have a little extra time to wait in line. If you do go I recommend going fairly early because I ended up waiting around 30 minutes after getting there a bit before they opened. I would imagine the place getting even busier after their michelin bib gourmand designation.

Some of the best BBQ I've had in the DFW area! A friend and I arrived at Cattleack Barbeque around 9 AM to wait in line, and while it took us about two hours to get our food, it was absolutely worth the wait. The burnt ends were the standout. They melted in your mouth! The meat was incredibly tender and packed with flavor. Every side we tried was delicious, too, from the mac and cheese to the baked beans. By the time we finished, we were both stuffed but definitely left with leftovers to enjoy the next day. It's a bit of a wait, but if you're a BBQ lover, Cattleack is 100% worth it. Can't wait to go back!

From the service (soooo friendly and welcoming) to the food the experience was 10/10. I would definitely recommend going as a group to get your money's worth.I really enjoyed the sampler they had and I wish I could remember if it was the Texas trinity plate but you can never go wrong with a platter or sampler! The sausage (mild) honestly got us both it was surprisingly AMAZING. I think our favorite side was the Mexican street corn it definitely has a little spice to it!

I have wanted to try the pastrami beef ribs for quite some time and I wasn't sure if reality could live up to the anticipation. I am happy to say that they exceeded my expectations. Absolutely incredible bite of BBQ. The brisket and pork rib were also excellent. My only criticism is the sausage. The flavor was great but the texture was not my preference compared to other top notch BBQ spots. Cattleack BBQ is deserving of all the accolades and I cannot wait to come back.
