"Absolutely delicious food and wonderful staff!! The ambiance is warm and inviting. A genuine Parisian feel."
"came here while on a work trip after it being recommended by a friend.highly would recommend this spot. the service was great - the gentlemen that waited me kept checking in to make sure i was okay. complimentary bread was good.the wagyu beef meatballs were good but i had a unique taste, not sure if it was the gravy that added to it. had the cesar salad as a app as well before i had my bone in ribe-eye which was cooked perfectly medium rare with a side of truffle oil mushrooms. food was very good. the ambiance was classic new york style dark dining room. afterwards took a visit to their cigar lounge for a nice after dinner cigar."

"My husband and I have visited this location a few times in the last two years and the meals are consistently good and the service is unparalleled. This evening we went and our third course was running behind and the manager apologized and comped us our entire meal. We were fine just sitting and chatting but they insisted on making it up to us. They asked us what else we wanted for the night and my husband jokingly said he wanted a puppy and the restaurant manager actually brought us a puppy stuffed animal at the end of dinner. What a great night, another great dinner and a fun memory! Thank you Alfredo and Jake!"
"I originally found this steakhouse on a random google search when my fiancé and I visited Dallas 3 years ago, and I'm so glad I stumbled across it! Everything from the crab cake lollipops, sides, and my favorite: the beef wellington is immaculately prepared. Of course the bill is pricey, but that is the expectation when dining at an upscale restaurant. The complimentary valet parking, the elevator entrance, the piano, and the waterfall all give this restaurant that extra push towards a lavish experience. If the food wasn't reason enough to come here, the staff is just as incredible. Everyone is helpful and goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs. They decorated the table for our anniversary, took lots of photos for us, and even ran after us when I left a souvenir I purchased earlier behind at our table. Whenever we have family in town and we want to make them feel like royalty, we take them to Dakota's."
"Great food, the menu is limited and pricey but items always taste great. Get a shareable board or chips--they're all amazing. The wine list is extensive! There are other drinks but I cannot go here and not get my favorite wine, F Bomb. This is the only place I've ever seen have it. They do take reservations which I highly recommend. The inside doesn't have much seating. The patio has a great ambiance. Sometimes there's live music. End your night outside with a s'mores board!"
"Aaron was our server very attentive, the food was delicious, we had the Chicken Fried Steak, mashed potatoes and green beans.... We were celebrating our grandsons birthday, he had the Bison Meatloaf, it was yummy as well. They brought him a slice of cake with a sparkler!!! Nice!! Will definitely return!!! Great decor!"
"Delish! Such a pretty restaurant and patio area. The kids portions were huge. We weren't fans of the bolognese but it was still great. The burrata appetizer was AMAZING! And although$$$ for the poker ravioli (bc I had to try them all) I had leftovers for lunch the next day. All the raviolis were fantastic. I'm already planning my next dinner back. The service was great ."
"Had a great time with our friends. The chili was fantastic, the wings were great and our server John was very good and pleasant"
"I've been to Piaf Kitchen so many times within the last two years. They have the best of both worlds as far as dining. If you're having a date night with your man or lady I recommend sitting downstairs it's classy. If you are a bunch of women that just wanna have a good time sit upstairs . Good food good drinks. Make a reservation as they fill up quickly. On weekends they have live music, which makes it entertaining especially when everybody sing along. And obviously the food is delicious. What I'm most impressed about is the service it's not only your waiter that's going to help your table, all the waiters help each other out which I find fantastic. They are all quick and courteous and fun Bunch of individuals. I usually order anything I do not make at home in the past few times I've ordered their lamb shank. All I can say is melting your mouth."
"Food is AMAZING, $10 lunch specials are awesome, service was great.. we love this restaurant! 10/10 Ribeye meatballs and mashed potatoes are mouth watering. Rolls are super soft and delicious. Ranch is fantastic and the perfect combination with their extra crispy battered house fries! my husband got the chicken fried ribeye sandwich and that sucker was HUGE"
"Ascension is so special to my husband and I. As a nod to how my husband proposed, we had our wedding rehearsal at Ascension and the staff was phenomenal. They were extremely helpful and responsive and bent over backwards to make the evening unforgettable. Cannot recommend them enough!"
"I used to love this restaurant, but unfortunately it has changed. One of the things I LOVED about it was the Frank Sinatra/Michael Buble music that would be playing. It gave it the whole classy, old NY vibe. At some point they started playing different music, but when my husband and I went a couple weeks ago, they were playing an entire live Billy Joel album. It just went from one Billy Joel song to the next with long, awkward pauses in between, along with talking and applause since it was live. So weird. Totally changed the vibe from romantic/classy to kind of depressing. On top of that, the zucchini chips and our calamari were both undersalted. We've never had that problem before. We ended up not even staying for dinner and went somewhere else. I just couldn't handle the whole music thing going on! Hopefully it will go back to the way it used to be!"

My husband and I made a last minute reservation for our anniversary tonight, and it was so worth it! I mentioned having a dairy allergy on OpenTable and from the "host desk" to the service (and kitchen) I felt acknowledged for that. (THANK YOU!) I had the ribeye and scallop special, and my husband had the a5 wagyu. I got broccolini and he got gratin potatoes (his one complaint is a little too watery), and outside of finding a hair in my broccolini (it totally happens and I was in no way upset!), the meal was fabulous. Both steaks and scallops cooked to perfection. The service was great, I honestly felt bad letting Adam know about the hair just wanted to make sure the kitchen knew about it, lol. Our cocktails (bourbon smash and boulevardier) were excellent! And the suggested, "on sale" Elouan" Pinot Noir was fantastic! We cannot wait to go back again, thank you so much to the excellent service all

We went for my wife's birthday and Javier was our server and he was amazing he was really nice and knew the menu well. It was a little bougie, but still really nice. Everyone was friendly and we had a really good time. The food was good. The capers made the fish a little salty, but not too bad still good . The truffle fries were really good too. The lobster tale was my favorite it was taken out of the shell table side and was tender and delicious. The experience as a whole was really nice. We came in early afternoon so it wasn't too busy. Our food came out relatively quickly. It was hot and fresh and overall a good time.

Great service, very attentive staff. The drinks were amazing, and the sides were the show stoppers. Warming they are very big so do not get 1 side per person, it is more of a sharing with the table format. We got the fries (best fries in the world), loved the au grantin potatoes, brussel sprouts, and Mac and cheese. For appetizers, we got the calamari and crab claws which came with the most amazing sauce. It had citrus in it that complemented the crab very well. The steaks, on the other hand, did not meet up to my expectation. It was not seasoned that well. However it was cooked very well. The sides paired well with the steak. Food overall was good, and service was amazing. Might only come again if I was in the area.

I love the fact they have an entirely separate vegan menu with a couple different options. The eggplant dish was really good but I didn't love the vegan raviolis and would recommend skipping those which was disappointing. Service was nice and attentive. When we got there though, there was a bug in the wine glass sitting on our table which I think was a freak accident as the place looked incredibly clean, but was definitely off putting.

"Located down in the Addison Circle it's a great area to spend an evening and walk around afterward. Atmosphere: Tons of seating, both inside and out. Double table-clothed tables add a sense of elegance all the while being a place that invites both romantic dates or casual walk-ins. Running fountains outside add a nice counter to any street noise from passing cars. 1 StarService: I mean, it doesn't get any better. Sergio was out waiter and he was top-notch. Polite. Informative (rattled off 4 separate specials for the night without hesitation), and very attentive. We wanted for nothing. I could not decide between two dishes (Penne Alla Piriano or the Italian Sausage Ravioli), so I told Sergio to just bring me one of his choosing. He did not disappoint. 2 StarsFood: Sergio ordered me the Penne and it was amazing. The sausage was the highlight. So tasty. And the sauce had just that little bit of Italian spiciness that set it off. My dinner buddy tonight ordered the Chicken Parm and WOW!!! Not only was it two HUGE crispy fried chicken cutlets, but they were so tender, they seemed to just melt in your mouth. It came with the pasta of the day, which happened to be farfalle in a delicate marinara sauce. Overall: We will be back and we will sit outside. We will also ask for Sergio by name. Such a great evening."
"The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. It was everything that you expect a steakhouse to be. The waiters were very thorough without being intrusive."
"I always get great food and great service at cheer point. This visit was no exception. Started with what knot, main entree of blackened chicken with angel hair creme pasta, finished with bread pudding with cognac based bead sauce."
"A friend and I were hungry so we decided to stop by and get something to eat while we waited for a friend. Our server Mia was really nice and the food was pretty good. I was afraid that the shrimp and grits would be too spicy because of that cheese but it was really good! I don't know when I'll be back in Texas but I'd stop back by there again. Oh and Mia I'll tell my cat you said hello lol"
"Very nice place to have an ordinary dinner with family. Good service, clean and authentic tasty Thai food"
"LocationArlington just of the 30.You will think its an office building-it is but sign is out front. Signage directs you to the 9th floor.ParkingLarge open lot. AtmosphereClassy-upscaleLive piano musicServiceAttentive in a quiet mannerMenuWhere do I start! Everything so good! We had a Hogue cabernet-perfect. Other yelpers recommended the crab cakes but we ordered the sampler-filet mignon cigars-crispy wonton like wrapper filled with steak. Crab cakes to melt in your mouth! Lamb lollipops on a polenta and pesto sauce. Seasoned well and delectable. The jumbo shrimp were the biggest ever- chilled well. The wedge salad was fresh and tasty. We each got a different entree. Two had steak- the filet and another ( not sure of cut) both beautifully cooked and served. SummaryElegant restaurant, conveniently located. Outstanding food. Love this place!"
"Yes, I'm behind on my reviews, but I keep copious notes to remind me of the details the visit and the dining experience. First off, my wife and I've been dining at Aventinos for decades. We love the restaurant, the phenomenal food and the superior service. Aventino's has never disappointed us.Our visit, one of the busiest days at a restaurant, was on Valentine's Day. It's a very special day for couples to go out to eat. Many restaurants roll out special prix fixe menus for a special dining experience. When we learned that Aventinos was staying with their standard menu, which we love, I booked our reservations in a heartbeat early. I am glad I did because they were sold out for the day. I'm not against prix fixe menus for special occasions, but sometimes the prices are so expensive. My wife and I arrived at our scheduled reservation. It was wonderful to be back in their serene atmosphere with the music playing quietly in the background. Aventinos has a wonderful ambience, the venue is so inviting for its patrons. Our table was ready, they already had a chair pulled out since I am in a wheelchair. I had noted that when making our reservation. Just as a sidenote, we are very close friends with the owners, Erica and Chris. They know, I'd never sugar-coat or whitewash a Yelp review in favor or the restaurant when it wasn't deserved. After being seated and getting to say hi to Erica, our server took our drink orders. We chose a glass of our favorite wines and ordered our favorite entrees. Unfortunately, we rarely vary what we order. My wife LOVES Aventino's incredible lasagna, and I LOVE their Chicken Scallopini (aka Chicken Piccata). I like anything that has lemon in it!Our wine arrived so we did a toast to Valentine's Day. Our incredible house salads following our wine. We also ordered a basket of garlic bread. It was SO good. Aventinos signature salad dressing is so good, you just want to drink it. I believe its red wine vinegar based, but that's it. Their salads are the perfect size and served on a cold plate. What a wonderful way to start our celebratory dinner. After a short wait our entrees arrived, and they were absolutely perfect. If I could jump into my plate of Chicken Scallopini, I would have, it was SO delicious. As my wife was devouring her lasagna, not a word was being said. She finally said, "I have a VERY happy pallet and tummy! I am so glad we came here for Valentine's Day." I knew I had hit a homerun. We didn't have dessert since we had a red velvet cake at home to top the night off with. Erica and Chris, thank you for the wonderful evening. You've never failed us. We'll see you again soon."
"I love this restaurant! They serve the most perfect fettuccine alfredo, and the best Caesar salad with anchovies that I have ever eaten in my life! The atmosphere is romantic and it's not The staff is very friendly. I can't wait to more dishes.PROS1) Plenty of parking 2) Great staff3) Perfect fettuccine alfredo4) Perfect Caesar salad with anchovies5) Good calamari6) Calming atmosphere"
"Date night at Winslow's! We came the eve of New years Eve and it was busy. Luckily, we got a table close to their wood fire brick oven, which added to the ambiance. It was happy hour, so I ordered the truffle fries and the pecan seasonal old fashion. We also ordered the meatballs, bbq pizza, and a glass of Robert Hall Cabernet. My old fashion was way too sweet. Our waitress told me it was sweet, so I asked for them to make it less sweet. Unfortunately, I had to ask for them to remake it. Later, I found on the bill that I was charged the full amount for the drink instead of the happy hour price. My husband's cabernet was delightful. The truffle fries were crisp and full of truffle flavor. The meatballs were truly the best I've had in years. Packed with Italian seasoning, juicy and tender, and then smothered in the best marinara sauce. The waitress asked us if we wanted more bread for the sauce, and we said yes. Later, I found out we were charged $2 for the extra bread. Our pizza arrived next, and oh my gosh, it was awesome. The jalapeño was spicy, haha, but I really enjoyed the heat. We did have a side of ranch to help, and I needed it. Every jalapeño is different, so it might be different for you, but try it as it was made first and then decide to take off the jalapeños.Lastly, we got a lemon and blueberry bread pudding to go. It is the reason I'm writing this review. It was the best damn bread pudding I've had in my life. Creamy, soft, and balanced in flavor. The mint and lemon make this usually overly sweet and heavy dessert to be comforting and refreshing. Hats off to the chef!Overall, go have a date night at Winslow's. They have delicious bites that will surely make you happy, and if that doesn't do it, the wine will."
"I met a friend for an early lunch today at River House Grill. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the owner she was very nice and attentive. The ambience in this place is so warm and inviting perfect for a great lunch with a friend. We then met her husband, who is the chef there and he went over the specials which sounded wonderful, but we both ended up getting salad which was very good.I look forward to coming back for dinner with my husband and daughter. Hopefully soon !!This restaurant is a very sweet place inGlen Rose. Please try it if you get a chance."
"My wife and I did the classic dinner and we had a blast! Here's what we ordered:The classic dinner: $59/adult 1. choice of Cheese Fondue appetizer (aged cheddar, Soicy Jack, French Oniom Swiss, Smoked Gouda (with or without bacon) and a "monthly melt" some unique concoction they come with to create options. 2. Pick 3 meats per adult3. Defaults to Chocolate fondue for dessert. For $11, you can upgrade to one of over a dozen dessert fondues like Snickerdoodle, Sea salt Carmel, of bananas fosters to name a few) We ordered the Smoked Gouda cheese appetizerMeats: 2 x 6 pepper tenderloin, Jumbo shrimp, salmon, garlic chicken breast and whiskey glazed chicken. You might be inclined to order one or two more meats because they sound good, but you the amount they bring you is plenty! We did the bananas foster dessert fondue-UNREAL!Came with marshmallows, rice crispy treats, brownies, strawberries, and cookie dough. Get extra strawberries-just sayin. Love this place for date night or when you wanna have dinner with friends and catch up. It's more of a protracted dining process, so take that in account if you have plans after. The also have options to just do the appetizer or only dessert if you dine somewhere else. I highly recommend!"
"I recently went to this restaurant with my leadership team from work and I really enjoyed my meal. This restaurant was unique, It was really dark inside and the menus were huge for how reason. I got a good laugh out of it with my team. We had calamari as a starter and it was not good, it was a bit too chewy for my liking. I ordered the salmon entree with mashed potatoes and cream spinach. I absolutely loved it! It was cooked perfect and tasted delicious to me. My coworkers ordered the braised short rib and did not enjoy it. They said they were cooked too long and the food was bland. The drinks were just ok, I ordered an espresso martini and it was not bad but I would recommend ordering something that you normally get that's not on their cocktail drink menu.Overall, I would say that this restaurant is good for a couples dinner date but I would choose another place if coming with a larger party."
"Beautiful and cozy local gem. Unique menu and very attentive staff. Feels like a special occasion each time we go. Happy with most of our choices. We all left satisfied and smiling. Say yes to the halibut, caprese salad, martini, ravioli, goat cheese app, and desserts!"
"I've been coming here since I was a teen!! Love that's it's not a chain and the staff is always welcoming! Now, onto the star of the show - those crab legs! Fresh, succulent, they were an absolute treat for the taste buds. The owners dedication to excellence was evident! Whether you're a seafood lover or simply appreciate good food and great company, Ernie's is a must-visit. Trust me, you'll be thanking yourself later!"
"Friendly and fast service, good food, has a market on the inside as well. This will become a regular spot for me."
"Never had pizza this good !!! Cute little place in Arlington! Clean and friendly place. Highly recommend"
"Came here tonight for the Frank Sinatra theme dinner. What a great time this was! Great food, atmosphere, Kevin sang Franks songs. We had a blast!!!"
"It appears that this restaurant is fairly new but service was great. Pleasant, attentive but not overly. Food was yummy and very fresh. I had the Fish n Chips. I chose the sweet potato fries instead of potato fries. Delish, great seasoning. Cod was tender, batter crisp and pleased it wasn't greasy. Coleslaw was crisp as well. Many TVs on but nothing overbearing so I was able to carry on a conversation. I don't drink but the bar look very well stocked. I would recommend you check this place out and spread the word!"
