They had plenty of staff working so no wait.I had the egg noodle pho. The noodles were a chewy al dente and plenty of them. The broth wasn't as rich as o would have liked. The seafood was cooked well but the sliced pork was like dry leather.The hubs had Korean bbq ribs. The flavor was excellent but the quality of meat was not good. The meat was so tough. The ribs came with fried rice that was very tasty, a small salad and some broth. We paid $36 before tip. Reasonable prices overall. I wouldn't order the bbq ribs again"

"I was hoping I would enjoy this place, but not all was bad, the place is nice looking, clean and nice servers,but my Pho was just plain boring and bland, is there anything as overcooked noodles? Some of the protein was very gamey. The tendon was thick and very chewy, trust me I love tendon, this was just beyond chewy, the soup base was waaaay off, no flavor whatsoever and no matter how much Sriracha, lime and other condiments, I just could not fix it. On the bright side the Speing rolls were good but even that had hiccups, shell on the Shrimp, so yeah had some spitting out to do. If this is the best in Irving, you can stay there."

Our group really liked everything they got and the sushi is fresh and delicious. Take your friends out to this one and hang out and enjoy the time."

The noodles to vegetable ratio was proportioned perfectly. I was very happy with the pork vermicelli. The sauce was perfect - not spicy, but not bland. My husband enjoyed the broth and side vegetables - bean sprouts, basil leaves, jalapeño, and lime.There was a large group in front of us - about 6 people. The staff worked together to put tables together and make it work with the party and the smaller groups - like myself and my husband. "We visitied recently for the second time and I swear.....some other folks need to go with me and hubby next time so we can justify ordering the showstopping whole catfish! However, we ordered the delicous shrimp spring rolls that came with probably the cleanest peanut sauce I have ever had. Tasted homemade for sure. My husband and I ordered vermicilli bowls with grilled beef and chicken. The bowls had an abundance of veggies and flavorful meat. The little tiny eggroll bites were like eating the most delicous crunchy crouton that was a nice addition to the bowls. The freshness of the ingredients is what I appreciate the most. The service is outstanding and attentive. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. We have only gone for lunch but would like to see what the dinner atmosphere is like and of course, get that catfish!!!!!"

My Lan was the top one on my list for com tam after seeing so many positive reviews and delicious photos.The parking lot was pretty bumpy with a few potholes, but that's a sign I'm about to eat some authentic Vietnamese food (similar to Garland). There wasn't much on the outside, it was just a restaurant in a long strip with the name at the top. My sister and I came around 1 PM and it was pretty empty. There were 3 tables at the time so we got seated right away. The restaurant was clean, with multiple booths on both sides and some tables in the center-- definitely enough to serve big groups of people. The server was fast and gave us the water and menu right away, and he kept coming back to check if we were ready to order.Since it was my first time, and they had some dishes that I never see at other places, I took my time. We ordered egg rolls, cafe sua da, com tam, and banh hoi, and omg, they came out SO fast. I seriously thought they just had the egg rolls lying around on the counter and brought it over. The egg rolls were CRISPY, and hot, and they came with veggies on the side to wrap. That was a big point for me because other Vietnamese restaurants just give you two egg rolls with fish sauce and call it good. My Lan actually gave me veggies to wrap my egg rolls in, along with really good Vietnamese fish sauce.The food came out after 10 mins, which gave us time to finish half of our egg rolls. The portions are pretty big and my banh hoi has so much meat to rice noodle ratio. I was so impressed with the portion, but the taste was 11/10. I love the chao tom, thit nuong, and cha gio I got with my banh hoi. Wrapping it with some lettuce wrap and mint made it a delicious meal. Each dish was around $12 which is fairly decent compared to other restaurants charging $15+. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area again!"

"We went to the restaurant on a cold day specifically for the filet spicy pho. I have been craving pho and my partner said he had the best spicy pho a few years back in south Fort Worth. So of course we had to go. The restaurant is located on the corner of a small strip shopping center. It is clean and has ample seating. I have to mention the bathroom is one of the cleanest I've seen and they had mouthwash and flossers in there if you needed. Our waitress was friendly and welcoming and greeted us as soon as we walked in. We ordered the eggrolls and two regular bowls of the filet spicy pho. The eggrolls came out fresh and hot. Very tasty!! The soup had great flavor. It is definitely not for anyone who does not like spice. My face was flushed and my sinuses cleared by the time I finished the bowl. We both left satisfied and will return the next time we're craving spicy pho."

So I decided to try something else and went with the spicy beef noodle soup with rare steak, and I got plain pho broth for later. Holy. Smokes.Their broth is insane. The flavor, I've never had a noodle soup or pho with that kind of depth before. Absolutely excellent, just look at the color in the spicy beef broth, and the pho is just as complex. They had to have cooked these all day. I'm still sad I can't get a banh mi, but I'm so happy I tried their soups. I won't ever be able to go back to the fried rice.
