"First thing said (most unloved from Texas BUT been here 8 years) I'm from CA. Most Chinese places only have steamed pork in their food. THIS PLACE HAS BBQ PORK!!! Note: ask for it or your dish will be steamed. No extra cost for the better pork either!I've never eaten here but I've ordered for delivery and many times they call and make adjustments in price to LOWER it based on my requests. AMAZING! The food here is the closest in 8 years I've come to CA style Chinese. I craved it for years and now I get my happiness. Thank you!"
"The combination pho was perfect! Traditional spring rolls were perfect as well. I'll definitely be back and am thankful this place was recommended."

"Staff was on point and very nice, food was great and not that expensive. We had the lunch special and it was delicious"
"Came by with some friends and had a good dinner. I had the spring rolls and one of their beef pho. They give you a healthy plate of mixins that made the pho crunchy and delicious. If you like Vietnamese food, they have a bunch of different options that looked delicious."
"date visited: 09.13.2024ordered: soy garlic wings quantity was good but the sauce was so thick and gritty that it made the wings soggy. the batter was also too wet in my opinion, but the quantity is decent for the price.service took forever even though we were one of the only groups seated. radish cost extra and also the kimchi banchan was watery and a bit bland. their dry wings (the yangyum in particular) looked a lot better. fries were fine. would go somewhere else esp if you're in the carrollton area!"
"TAKEOUT Review only: stumbled upon this place on doordash. I have ordered at least 4-5 times and it has always been consistently good. It always arrives nicely packaged (they certainly have stepped up their packaging game since the main review photo of a spill here on yelp). Menu is super easy to follow as well. I like the large beef broth pho with brisket. I wouldn't say this is the best pho ever but it certainly does the job!"
"This place was highly recommended by friends over the years. It did not disappoint. If you're looking for a quieter setting than Bistro B (in same strip mall), and really tasty Vietnamese food, give this place a try. They provide some free cold Viet desserts to pick from during your dining experience. Coconut milk, sweet red beans, jelly/gummy-like add-ins that were delicious and perfect for people new to Viet culture and cuisine. I got the Bo Luc Lac (filet mignon with bell peppers and onions) and it had great flavor. They have great cooks and outdoor seating as well. Their service was great. All waitstaff checked in on us that weekend visit."
"The best Thai in the DFW! You can depend on your spice level being the number you provide. The curry is tasty. Fresh herbs and vegetables are in most dishes. The snapper is the best. The chicken spring rolls are crispy and are the perfect appetizer. This location is centralized with nice decor and BYOB service. The owners are friendly and remembered most of the customers by name."
"Clean restaurant in a strip-shopping center. This is located behind Liquor Land and next to Fossil Creek Liquor. Food is good -- they cook it up fresh. No buffet. Quick service, with no waiting."
"Amazing food and treats. Highly recommend! Especially if they have their lobster bisque!!"
"This place is amazing! Fast, fresh and delicious with a great atmosphere! You need to try this place! So happy FloMo finally has great Thai!"
"Been coming to this place for years and they have been one of the better Chinese restaurants I've been to. Their food is very flavorful! I enjoy the egg foo young, fried rice and shrimp and broccoli. Portion sizes are huge and we always leave satisfied and with plenty of leftovers."

Came by this place for lunch this past week and have been back twice since! It's some seriously good pho! It's a nice little restaurant that stays busy. Never a long wait for the food and the prices are lower than you might expect. CASH only but its worth stopping by the ATM to enjoy this amazing hole in the wall in Haltom.

I love this little sushi place so much! They have a great selection of sushi and drinks, and I love that they have clear soup! They are always so nice when I go in, and the food always comes out pretty quick. I'll keep going back!

Service is simple, do not expect too much. Was seated right away, order taken within 10 mins, and food came out within 10 mins. We love our fresh veggies, so they gave us another plate for free. Bun Bo Hue: the OG, have to order. Super flavorful, fresh ingredients. I have noticed that there are less meat selection in there than before, but still delicious. (5/5)I do recommend adding in the extra shrimp paste to taste. I love mine with more umami, so I added a lot of those.

This restaurant has such a cute and unique interior and I love how the restaurant is moderate size yet they made it spacious. We ordered the half and half (yangyum&honey garlic) and green onion chicken. The half and half chicken were super crispy and green onion chicken had one of the best marinated green onion I've ever had. To top it off, the service was great too! The servers came by in rounds to ask if we needed anything. This is definitely a good hang out place with friends!

I've only eaten here for lunch Good freshly made food. Generous portions. I am partial to the pork bun (vermicelli). I didn't order the shrimp spring rolls today but those are great with their peanut sauce Try it.

Wow. I love Vietnam. This place was absolutely ELECTRIC.First off, I'm a broke boy so the affordability for all this food was extremely good. The banh mi was like 5 bucks , in this economy??The coffee selection here is so cool, with so many different unique options and concepts to choose from. I tried the classic egg coffee and it tastes just like the ones I've had in Vietnam. The food itself was good, nothing bombastic to write home about but everything was well worth the price. They also give you free dessert?? Truly epic. Well worth the trek out here.

"Love their take & bake menu! What a perfect way to deliver a good meal to neighbors and loved ones. We enjoyed one of the meals, especially after a long week of work. My neighbor loved the lasagna and my family gave 2 thumbs up to the chicken spaghetti! Easy and delicious! Looking forward to trying other items from the menu."
"Food was fresh and delicious!!! Truly enjoyed every bite!!! The Sweet Caroline with shoe string potatoes and a cookie was just right!!!"
"Great sandwich from the Harvast Hall Food court. This place in the European style food court in downtown grapevine. The seating there is very generous, with different types of seats from high tables for large to cozy half booth and couchy areas. Sandwich was great. Very heavy, but they give you some lemon to ease it down. Oort gooey cheesy goodness. Lobster was slightly chewy, but still tasted great.Hard to judge the service as you just order from table and hope the food court runner isnt too busy, we usually just pick up food when ready."
"We order from here at least weekly. Sometimes it does take a long time for delivery but with the current staffing shortages most restaurants are experiencing it is to be expected. The food is always very tasty and they accommodate my picky eating with all my special instructions."
"Bookmark this restaurant! Oak and main is such a delicious gem. Great for date night, drinks with your crew or dinner with your family- yes, littles included! Perfect location so when you're done eating you can walk around the cute downtown. Now, about this menu that deserves a standing ovation. There were seriously so many mouth watering options. luckily, I was with a group that likes to share so I was able to try several items. Every bite from everything I had was delicious but my favorite, hands down, was the prime rib. They actually run a prime rib special on Sunday's for $29. Huge portions. definitely enough to share. The lobster BLT and barramundi fish were very close seconds. You cannot skip dessert. even though you will be too full, trust me, take it home and eat later. Your welcome. I highly recommend the chocolate layered cheese cake. I was scared it would be too rich but no-perfectly balanced and it's like 3 desserts in one! Service was impeccable. Our server was wonderful. The manager, Joey was the best! Everyone made sure we were all very well taken care of. It felt like a fine dining experience yet relaxed and warm. My new favorite restaurant and yours too!"
"Delicious hole in the wall!!! You would never expect from the outside but the food is so delicious and the inside decor is quite nice. I had the drunken noodles and some ginger tea! Both were so good. The owner also gave me wifi access which was helpful!"
"We came for late lunch . We were the only customer. The owner said they have just opened for lunch a couple of months ago. I forgot the names of what we ordered. The noodle soup had meat, shrimp, cuttlefish was pretty good. The soup, according to the other is made from boiling pork bones for a long time. The grilled pork rice plate with broken rice, came with fried egg , and a few other stuff.Food tasted pretty good. For the price, we thought the portion was pretty good."
"Came from the reviews and was not disappointed! I got the spicy beef pho and it was so tasty! I'm not around the area and did not have high hopes as I did not know what to expect.I would come back again. Service was awesome. My server was very attentive. This restaurant is not huge however when I came it was not busy but heard it gets packed from what I heard from other patrons."
"Discovered this place near my new office. Absolutely outstanding old-time Thai restaurant. Reasonably priced and good and fast service. My go to has been the chicken satay every time - love it, and it's peanut sauce. Tried multiple lunch specials also. All good! Recommended! When I read some of the other reviews either some people are incredibly fussy or we have the wrong restaurant."
"The food and service are so good. I can't wait to come back. The shrimp are fresh also."
"Chef's kiss! I had the shrimp pho and the shrimp were so big and well cooked, I got like 8 of them in a very large bowl. The broth was clear, warm, and aromatic. I really enjoyed the pre wrapped garnish plate, felt sanitary. I would skip the tofu appetizer. The man said he was short staff so he had us grab a menu, sit to claim a table and then approach the counter to order. They have a open face cooler with drinks to the left. He was super nice. The food took about 15-20mins to arrive to our table. Would come again next laundry day (:"
"I know it hasn't been very long since my last review, but I felt compelled to update after going in person a couple times now! I told yall we couldn't stop eating this food... and I still haven't taken many photos, ugh! I'm telling you once this food is in front of you there are no thoughts beyond "eat immediately." It's too good. I'm making my way through their curries and so far I've had the red most often but also the green, yellow, and massaman. That leaves panang and pineapple to look forward to, then maybe I'll move on to pad thai (I need to ask them about gluten free options). Meanwhile, the soup Jon loves is the Khao soi gai (I named the wrong soup in my last review oops) which is chicken and egg noodles in a yellow curry broth with crunchy egg noodles on top! He says he wants this to be his last meal before death... I would die happy eating the Tom Kha soup. The restaurant is in a busy strip mall on Collins with lots of neighboring Asian owned businesses. It's warmly lit and cozy inside, just one big, open, square room with lots of tables. Our waitress was lovely and recommended beer for Jon and made sure everything was just right. Obviously I thoroughly enjoyed my canned Coke poured fresh over ice, though I considered getting a Thai coffee. They also have Thai tea, green tea, boba, lemonade, sparkling lime, all your Coca Cola brand soft drinks, and chompoo (pink) milk which I want to try, because how cute?Prices here are fantastic especially for this food, which is truly insanely good. Somehow it's all just richer and better seasoned or better balanced than most, or something. The chef really is phenomenal and the staff and the menu won't let you down."
"Our new go to for seafood cravings. Oysters were fresh and juicy. Shrimp was nice & spicy, best seasoning I have EVER had! Service was great, people were great!!!"
"Posting this review after having been there twice. Umiya is known for really good value, I mean where else can you find all you can eat sashimi for $35?As with anything, you get what you pay for. Their salmon and tuna is far more "slimy" than what you usually get at other Japanese restaurants. They often don't cool their rice down enough so often times, you will be eating "warm" sushi and rolls. The price offers a good selection of cooked foods (hibachi steak was good as was the tempura vegetables), but the place to beat for all you can eat sushi remains SUSHI DAMU off Preston. For me, Umiya ranks a distant second as they don't balance value and quality well."
"Came here to celebrate my man's birthday and everything was FANTASTIC! First of all - it is SO cute in here. Seriously, the decor?? TOP TIER. Second - the customer service?? INCREDIBLE. Everyone was so sweet, helpful, and welcoming! What's crazy is, I actually had to cancel this reservation a few weeks prior due a family emergency, and ended up rebooking for a new date as soon as I had the chance. Somehow, the manager remembered my name and was like "I'm so glad you were able to make it in this time. I saw you had to cancel the previous reservation." That alone blew me away!! Like how on earth did she remember that tiny detail from a few weeks ago?!?! So unexpected and so thoughtful! ANYWAY - that sweet interaction set the tone for the rest of the evening and everything that followed was IMMACULATE!! To start we had: the Moo Ping, Coconut Shrimp, and the Thai Chicken wings. While everything was good, those WINGS?!?!?! NEXT LEVEL. I actually ended up ordering another batch immediately after because they were so delicious!! Perfectly crispy on the outside, super juicy on the inside and SO well seasoned. Seriously - THE BEST!! For entrees - my man did the Massaman curry and I did the Thai Charm Beef Salad. Both entrees were SO GOOD!! The salad was SO fresh and flavorful!! The beef was super tender and well seasoned, and the dressing added the PERFECT tangy zest!! Absolutely loved it!! The curry was delicious as well! We both loved it!! My man always loves everything super spicy, so he got the highest spice level for the curry - but still didn't think it was hot, meanwhile - it was spicy to me (I can tolerate a little bit of spice lol), so keep that in mind if you're a spice lover!! THEN - at the very end, they brought us a complimentary birthday cheesecake, which was such a sweet surprise!! It was so rich, creamy, and delicious. On top of that, we ordered the fried ice cream and it was an absolute DREAM!! Seriously - SO GOOD!! Honestly - I knew this place was going to be good but I guess I wasn't prepared for HOW GOOD!! Both of us absolutely LOVED IT and we will be back very soon!!"
"Absolutely incredible place!! Jose was very friendly and helpful. Small dining area but cozy and fun. We had a bunch of dumplings, and they were all fantastic. The Kimchi and Merry Me Chicken were the favorites, but the beef stew dumpling was also amazing. The apple cheesecake dumplings for dessert were also delicious. We also tried the smoked short rib pho, and it was out of this world! We absolutely will be back. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu."
"Delicious food, meant for sharing with a table. Wasn't too spicy and you can easily add in extra food into the pot if you want more of certain things. The auntie was super nice and provided great service and jokes."
"Such a great surprise. The food was incredible. Having tried nearly every Vietnamese restaurant in the greater Fort Worth area, this has been my one of, if not my favorite. I had the vermicelli with grilled pork and egg rolls. Definitely the best egg rolls I've found. Highly recommend this place. The veggies and meat were extremely fresh, which is a common issue at most places I've tried."
"One of my favorite spots! They used to be inside 99 ranch's food court and have now moved to the other plaza across the way next to kyuramen.I've tried almost all of the hotpot flavors here and there has not been one that I didn't like. I love a personal sized hot pot and theirs is always so flavorful with delicious ingredients and always leaves me satisfied. I usually get the medium spicy level which used to be spicier but the last few times I went, it seemed like the spicy level has come down some. I might do the highest level next time. Food always comes out pretty fast, service is straight forward. You order at the counter and they bring it out to you. They also have other foods and appetizers there if you're wanting to get other things besides hot pot. Their current new space is a bit small but I think they will be getting a bigger space soon and this one is just temporary."
"Just stumbled upon this new ramen spot and glad I came. They have an interesting menu. Ramen options are basic but they have a good selection of their buns and dumplings. Unfortunately I just ordered to-go today but will be coming back to dine-in their nice interior."
"MiYa Chinese has a vibrant and fun vibe with great music and a really lively atmosphere. The decor is modern and colorful and for a busy Friday night, we were seated fairly quickly upon arrival in spite of them pretty packed. We started off with drinks, the Casa Linda Mule is solid and the addition of the grapefruit juice and Aperol makes it extra refreshing and a little different. We also ordered the combo dumplings as an appetizer, they were juicy and savory but be careful not to scald your mouth (like I did) because they are really hot! *Worth it*For dinner I got the Kung Pao Shrimp and hubby, the Sesame Chicken. Both came out piping hot and were really delicious but I wasn't a huge fan of all the cut up pieces of chili peppers but I was easily able to scoot them aside.Overall they're a great addition to Casa Linda since we live nearby and look forward to visiting again soon!"
"Amazing flavorful broth but the noodles were not fresh. They were hard and broke part in the soup. I felt like I needed a spoon to scoop all the little pieces. I was really disappointed because the thought I found a pho spot that I would have loved but I can't get past the quality of the noodles."
"My good friend of mine - Byron S told me about this place called - "No. 1 Plus Chicken", so Bruddah man had to check 'em out!Are ya a fan of Korean Frrrrrrried Chicken? If so, then No. 1 Plus Chicken got ya covered!Located at a small strip mall in Dallas, you'll find many other Aisan eateries, as well as a Korean supermarket at this small strip mall.As I walked into No. 1 Plus Chicken, the small little restaurant was packed with folks, so I decided to do take out & eat my grub at my hotel room.Looking over the menu, I decided to get a 10 piece chicken wings with Yangyum sauce (sweet & spicy sauce) and a side of onion rings. What can I say about the grub? The Korean Frrrrrrried Chicken wings was OUTSTANDING! Good flavor, & very meaty pieces of chicken! As for the onion rings, the serving size really surprised me, as the serving was HUGE!Service here was on point, as the clerk who took my order was friendly & had advised me that my food order would take approximately 20 minutes or so (my actual time was a lot faster).Cravin' for KFC?Give No. 1 Plus Chicken a try!Bruddah Fran gives 'em a "shaka" sign!"
