"The food here is delicious, but plan to come here on a weekday late in the afternoon when they aren't busy. We came during the Lunar New Year celebrations when the City of Richardson was having a festival in the Chinatown plaza where this restaurant is located. The restaurant was packed!We sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes before a table cleared. Once seated, we ordered drinks and foods immediately, but waited at least an hour for our hakata noodle ramen to show up. The food was delicious, but the wait was so long, we missed the entire festival taking place outside. It was chilly inside. Our table was near the kitchen and the front door, but even when the door wasn't open, it was quite cool inside. I'm guessing they had the air circulating for the wait staff and kitchen crew who were probably hot from running around all day serving everyone. It wouldn't have been so bad if we could have received our ramen sooner so that we could warm our insides with hot broth. The food was delicious, well my spicy tonokata was delicious. It was flavorful without being so spicy that your nose started running. lol! The hakata noodles were plentiful and delicate enough that you could break them without slurping continuously for five minutes. Ha ha ha! Seriously, I was super happy with the tangled nest of noodles. There were a lot! That made me very happy. Waitstaff were nice, apologetic about the wait, good about refilling our drinks on a regular basis. Price was about $44 with drinks. Not cheap, but average for the area. I would come back, but definitely in the off season."

"One of the best Thai places I've had in Dallas/suburbs of Dallas? Lol The portions are huge and they do spice at a Thai level so you know it's legit. I can handle some heat and the medium level 2 is really darn spicy. I usually get 1.5 which is an option apparently. If you can't handle heat let them knowThis place is reminiscent of a place I went to when I was living in Austin called Madam Mam's, where the flavors are on point and so are the portions. You always have a second meal here at sticky rice and I love that!I've had the curries, fried rice, and noodles and everything is spot on. Their pad Thai is a little different from the average place FYI, but you might enjoy it, just don't expect the typical pad Thai. I always get the pad kee mow, it's my go to, soooo good. Also their chili paste is really good if you're into spice, I think they make it? They also have chili oil and some other condiments.I've checked out a few Thai places in DFW but none as memorable as this place. I will say Sabaidee is on my top as well but this place might just best it out for me."

The seafood was cooked well but the sliced pork was like dry leather.The hubs had Korean bbq ribs. The flavor was excellent but the quality of meat was not good. The meat was so tough. The ribs came with fried rice that was very tasty, a small salad and some broth. We paid $36 before tip. Reasonable prices overall. I wouldn't order the bbq ribs again"

"Wanted to find a new Thai place after my favorite Sweet Rice closed on Hebron. I didn't realize it, but this place has been here forever. So glad we gave it a try. The restaurant isn't fancy, but it is clean, and has a nice ambiance to it. The whole staff was very friendly, and I enjoyed meeting the owners (Husband and Wife). The Appetizers were all very good, but the Calamari stood out. It was some of the most tender I have ever eaten. Also a stand out, and one of the best things on the table was the Crispy Duck Fried Rice. Tom Kha, and Pad Thai rounded out the meal. For dessert we had the Mango Sticky Rice which my family gave two thumbs up to. Please try this place if you can. I know we will be going back."

Definitely a diamond in the rough.I like the decor inside. They have booths so you can have a conversation but not too cramped either. Be prepared that it might get a little busy, so you have to give them a few minutes and be patient.We stayed off with egg rolls. Wow! They were fresh and really crispy. "We went to the restaurant on a cold day specifically for the filet spicy pho. I have been craving pho and my partner said he had the best spicy pho a few years back in south Fort Worth. So of course we had to go. The restaurant is located on the corner of a small strip shopping center. It is clean and has ample seating. I have to mention the bathroom is one of the cleanest I've seen and they had mouthwash and flossers in there if you needed. Our waitress was friendly and welcoming and greeted us as soon as we walked in. We ordered the eggrolls and two regular bowls of the filet spicy pho. The eggrolls came out fresh and hot. Very tasty!! The soup had great flavor. It is definitely not for anyone who does not like spice. My face was flushed and my sinuses cleared by the time I finished the bowl. We both left satisfied and will return the next time we're craving spicy pho."
