"Good street tacos at a reasonable price! Their salsas are flavorful and got some heat to them. I like them both the green is a thicker salsa and the red pours easy on your tacos. Both of them pair well with whatever you order. They provide you with 2 salsas one of each with your order. I ordered 3 tacos and got two salsas. Today I ordered 6 tacos and asked for more than the two they provided. So he charged me .50 cents for each extra salsa I ordered! I don't mind paying for the extras as long as I can get what I want! But I believe it's reasonable to assume that the more tacos you ordered you would get a couple of more salsa's with the order? I do understand a small business watching the controls as some customers would take as much as they can get for free! I'm just a person who really likes my Mexican food to be drenched in salsa! I normally use one container per taco if I'm able to get it? Sometimes it's a hit and miss? But like I said I don't mind the extra charges for the salsa cups I wanted! I just think two cups is just not enough for 6 tacos and this time it was hard to pay that price! He did give me the taco Tuesday prices but by the time I paid for the extra salsa it made it regular price so I guess I save $2 so that's somethingGo check them out they i'm at dialysis have a drive thru and are fairly quick with the orders and I've like everything I've tried so far! Just keep in mind the extra charge for the salsa as it's posted on the menu board as well"
"tried the onion rings and they were delicious! it's a large serving and i had plenty left over to reheat in the air fryer the next day. they have a drive thru and the ordering process was simple, the guy who took my order was nice and they were really fast even though they made my order fresh."

"Best breakfast in town!Eggs are awesome and are cooked as ordered. Hash browns cooked right. Only thing was the honey, it kinda tasted weird."
"Great delicious food! Love the weekend specials, one savory the other sweet. Yum! Our favorite server is Kiley. 5 Stars!!!!!"
"I had driven by this place several times before I finally stopped for dinner with my family. I wish I had done so sooner! The food is simple, but almost flawlessly executed. The menu leans heavily toward comfort food classics like meatloaf, lasagna, and shepherds pie, but lighter options like a chicken ceasar salad were also available. The desserts were definitely the highlight of our meal. Like the other menu items, the dessert portions are HUGE. My daughter and I split a piece of coconut cream pie, and we still didn't finish it.An amazing view, rustic atmosphere, and wonderful service rounded out the experience. If you're passing through the area, don't miss this place! I can't figure out why it wasn't packed to the gills."
"This is a quintessential American diner. When you walk in, it's like every great diner you've been to your whole life. Chicken Fried Steak - very good. Biscuits - excellent. Soft and dense. Gravy - very good. Pancakes - excellent. These are heavy, not light and fluffy. But they are really good. Cinnamon roll: goodEggs - ordered over easy, came out over medium -hard. Bacon - really goodSausage - goodMac-n-cheese - very good. (Son says, "it slaps."It's fast paced, busy, packed, and yet the service was great. Go in expecting a diner experience with good food and you will get it."
"Everything here is great! The food is just good ol' fashioned home cooking! The people are out of this world amazing! Go for your birthday and have Brenda sing to you! It's a local establishment which is awesome! A wonderful, family environment! Love AYCE Catfish Fridays! Get up and go visit! Kim and Austin work hard and are just as nice as can be! Stop by and God bless..."
"Babe's Chicken Dinner House is always good!!! My family and I have been visiting Babe's together for over 15 years and it has long been a favorite gathering spot for holidays or special occasions. The food is great, the service is attentive, and the atmosphere is unique - creating a memorable dining experience. At the Arlington location, the interior is decorated as if you are in the midst of a small southern town. The facades of businesses line the walls and fake chickens are placed on any available surfaces. The lighting is dim with cozy string lights and neon signs illuminating the corners of the restaurant. The food is all served family style with large entrees and bottomless sides & appetizers. For $20 you can choose between smoked chicken, fried chicken, fried catfish, chicken tenders, or chicken fried steak (I'm not ashamed to say I've tried them all over the years). Each entree is served on a large platter and is definitely enough for more than one meal! The appetizers include an iceberg lettuce salad with a simple vinaigrette and biscuits. It may be the nostalgia talking, but I believe their biscuits are the best in the world. After getting full on salad and biscuits alone, your meal arrives with family style green beans, mashed potatoes, creamed corn, and gravy. The sides are delicious and you can ask for more of whatever you like! Their fried chicken is crunchy and juicy - and tastes amazing smothered in gravy. After you've eaten so much your top button on your pants bursts, you can take home the leftovers in plastic bags lined along the walls and pay up front on your way out. The servers used to dance the hokey pokey every hour - but I fear they've stopped doing that (at least at our most recent visit they didn't). In all, Babe's is an amazing value and a memorable family-friendly dining experience! I can't recommend it enough."
"Searched online for a burger place and this came up in our search. We like what the webpage had to say. We were not disappointed. For sure that old time diner feel. Our server Carolanne was amazing. Burgers and fresh cut fries for both of us. One added a fried egg Burgers was cooked as ordered. $25 for 2 people for lunch........can't think of another place for great food at that price."
"Blink, and you just might miss it! Abby's Place has been here for a while now, and still remains one of the best little diners in Granbury. Perched right off Fall Creek Hwy (Between DeCordova and Pecan Plantation), Abby's Place delivers great basic diner fare for a great price. Everything from Burgers to Philly Cheese Steaks (and everything in between), this quaint little diner really delivers! Occasionally, they will even have some "ethnic" specials like "Chicken Curry." Great selection of diner favorites, and fast/friendly service. The regulars love it, and so do I. Very well kept and clean. Just can't beat it!"
"Great homecooking spot. Service was great. Place was busy but service and food were quick."
"Happened to stop for a layover at the airport .... Food service and ambiance is great !"

My recommendation? Skip the fast food and come here instead. They even have a drive through, though I dined in.FoodThe food was great! Literally the only thing we had that I wouldn't recommend is the funnel cake and I can't wait to keep coming back. I want to try literally everything on the menu and I am so excited about the prospect.Everything was made fresh and you could tell. The fried mushrooms were little boiling hazards for a while, straight out of the fryer. Scores (Keep in mind I'm not a professional critic. Just an average scorer so I may be more lenient than a lot of people.)Mushroom Swiss Burger 9/10 Could use a sturdier bun, otherwise perfect. Even my onion hating sister enjoyed a bite.Gyro 9/10 Sister said she's only had one better than it before so I'm giving it a 9.Chicken wrap 10/10. Sister loved it and absolutely wants to get it again. "ASAP". No notes. And that was with it being to go and eaten later.Mozzarella sticks 8/10. Good family restaurant fried cheese sticks. Wish it came with marinara as an option though.Fried mushrooms 7/10 Could use more flavor for my tastes but still good. If you like plain fried mushrooms this will be exactly what you want. If you prefer them seasoned or marinated and with seasoned batter, I'd skip these.Ranch 8/10 Solid ranch. Fries 8/10 Good for the type of fry they are and have a great seasoning. Some of them could use a bit more seasoning but even the fries without it were still good.Tiramisu 8/10 for me 7.5 from my sister. Solid but have had better. 1 point bump to the score because I got it to go.Funnel cake 5/10. The bites that didn't have too much oil were good, and it looked very pretty. Unfortunately the parts that had too much oil were most of it and you couldn't taste anything else. I'd save the money and get something else instead. Now for the other things to consider for visiting.Other AspectsOverall the prices and service were great and the food was awesome. The owner is very nice. There's a tip jar there but unfortunately I don't carry cash otherwise I would have left a tip.Wait time was not bad at all. We came just before the lunch rush and it still didn't take long for things to come out. Bathroom is a single occupancy, which is perfect for me, and very clean. It has a pull door to get back into the restaurant though and only a blow dryer, so bring your own paper to get back in the restaurant without touching the handle. Has a cool vintage cash register in there for decoration.Even though it's a small place there are a variety of seating options available for most people including ones that fit short and fat people.Accessibility It does seem like you might have issues if you're a wheelchair user. It's a relatively hole in the wall kind of place and navigation in the dining room might be a little tight. I'll keep a closer eye on that next time I go. I'll also check the bathroom for aspects of that next time too. I was just so relieved it met my medical needs (private bathroom) that I didn't think of the more common accessibility needs. I think it probably is a tight squeeze if it's accessible at all though. Likely not comfortable.OverallFor me and my sister this is a place we will be going back to and probably ordering delivery from. I can't wait to try literally everything on the menu. The menu also varies enough I think it could hit my mood most days. Overall between the atmosphere, price. service, and food I would give the place a 9/10. Will definitely be back.

This place was packed on a Saturday morning! When we drove up to the place to meet a friend, there was almost no parking so we expected the food to be really delicious. We wound up parking on the street. This café is very well known in the area when you first walk into the store you're basically walking right into the dining room so there's not a lot of area for you to stand, but luckily the host and cashiers and other servers were able to get us seated right away. The weight staff is very attentive and never let my coffee or water go less than 3/4 full.We waited a little bit longer for the food, but they were so busy so we understood. I ordered the scrambler which is scrambled eggs with cheese vegetables came with a side of your choice. I chose hashbrowns and sausage patties. The food overall lacked seasoning and everything tasted a little undercooked. The bell peppers and onions were still more on the raw side, and the eggs were a little bit runny. The hashbrowns, even though they had a nice crust on the outside they were kind of undone in the middle. Not sure if I would come back to this place, but the customer service and cleanliness of the café was on point.

We are at Mama's Daughters for the first time the other day. It got the old time diner vibe and we loved that! We noticed that the servers seemed to know some of the patrons quite well and loved that too! The food was good and the service terrific!! We will definitely be back!!

Best cut of liver that I have had in quite some time. Being so easy to overcook, I have become accustomed to tough liver & onions but this was cooked to perfection.Service was prompt & courteous. The dining room was clean and calm, despite a full house. This diner has managed to retain the small town charm of my favorite diners as a kid. I will certainly be returning.

I wanted to find a good place for lunch and this was close. I read the reviews and the website, and for 20 bucks, you sure do get stuffed! First they brought out a salad with sweet vinaigrette. I'm not too much a vinaigrette person, but this was delicious! I ate the whole salad and the biscuit they brought as well. They had honey on the table so I put some honey on the biscuit and it was perfect. Light and fluffy and not crusty and hard. I ordered the chicken tenders and then they brought what must have been 10 chicken tenders along with big bowls filled with mashed potatoes, green beans and corn. Everything was top notch and delicious! I would definitely be back, if I didn't live in Houston. This is a great one, though!

"Let's preface this with first! How in the hell did we not know this place was here 5 years living right down the road! I am head over heels that we found this Amazing Place! If your a Bourbon Connoisseur they have you covered! If your a Wine Connoisseur they have you covered! If you enjoy Great not good but great food Chef has you Covered! You want Personal attention from your waitstaff, they have you covered! You want extremely clean and well kept they have you covered! If you want Food that makes the pallet dance with excitement waiting for the next course this is a place for you!Don't rush it take it in, the atmosphere, the taste, the smells of exquisite food.We came in and were promptly greeted by Ashley who seated us immediately.First thing that was noticed was the placement of the Silverware, which was polished to a brilliant shine, the Wine and water glass, not a single spot as one would expect in a fine dining establishment. Our Waiter Xander quickly came to the table, and when asked about house favorites was quick and knowledgeable about the menu and foods! Absolutely spot on descriptions, including the sauces and flavoring of the foods! We choose the Oysters and Deviled Eggs appetizers! What a great recommendation the Oysters were not only fresh ( clean and clear) the sauces sent with them were traditional and very fresh it is apparent in the taste! The deviled Eggs are not your Grandmothers Thanksgiving Eggs they are better just don't tell Grandma..My Wife ordered the smoked Duck meal, judging by how quickly she cleared her plate I can say it was beyond delicious, and she is picky as picky comes.I had the Ribeyes and I am a Beef purist, no sauces just give me the meat!Cooked perfectly, I didn't need a knife this steak was simply amazing, I have had 140.00 and Ounce WAYGU that was not nearly as tasteful and so perfectly cooked as this steak was. The sides were some mashed potatoes and asparagus both flavorful and perfectly paired with this steak. Now I orders three orders of the scallops with my steak as I love scallops, these were not dainty little scallops they were big and tasty. Perfect cook on the scallops seasoned just right still allowing that sea taste to come through! We opted for the homemade Bread pudding, wholly Mother of Mary! This dessert should be illegal it is so absolutely delicious you have to tart it all, you can be completely stuffed you will make room for this dessert!I can not say enough about how well we were treated by the amazing staff, our Waiter Xander was truly an absolute pleasure to speak with, and a consummate professional, his recommendations were spot on!We are planning our next visit and I guarantee you it will not be another five years before we return, so glad we found this amazing spot! To whomever owns this little slice of heaven Thank you kindly for providing this area with such An awesome and well managed establishment!"
"This place is a regular lunchtime spot for me. The daily specials are priced low, with a great verity. Service is excellent to outstanding, depending on the obvious. Small town diner with big taste and curtesy. Cake with lunch till they run out!! Come early and don't clog up the system...this is no place to pull out your laptop, book, or hang out talking. They need that table"
"I don't usually eat breakfast but I love breakfast food. So when my friend suggested this spot for dinner, I was thinking we should save this for a special occasion weekend brunch kind of day instead. Little did I know, they serve breakfast all day! The inside was cozy and dineresque with a nature theme. The dining area was pretty large and spacious. The menus are printed on what looks like a newspaper and they include calories count for everything. They even have smaller portions for some of their dishes which is great if you're not too hungry or if the calorie count shocked you like it did me. Pierceson was our server and he was a super cool guy. He gave us some suggestions and was patient with our questions. Even though I was excited for breakfast, I wanted to try the dinner offerings too. In the end I opted for my beloved Benny. This one was the California Bacon eggs benedict which came with the standard English muffin and poached egg along with thick cut bacon, avocado, spinach, and grilled tomatoes. Now, the Hollandaise sauce was a let down as it was broken. The dish was still tasty but visually not appealing. The country red potatoes were delicious. My friend enjoyed her chicken fried steak meal. Overall, great addition to the area for breakfast any time of the day!"
"Great good and really friendly staff! Good prices too. We had both breakfast and lunch here on separate occasions. I'm not really a breakfast person but I loved it."
"This place was very delicious, we were around the area for a mini getaway and found this place was near us. We were very satisfied with the customer service, our waitress was very attentive and sweet. The appetizers were very good portions to begin our meal. And the burgers were very delicious. If you plan on coming here definitely try their shakes. We had the golden monkey shake and it was so good, we hope to be back soon."
"New adventure for us. My sponsor was searching for "Burgers" when she came across a Mediterranean restaurant that serves burgers. It had good ratings. Off to south Arlington we go. When ordering she noticed the burgers were Lamb Burgers not "Ham"burgers made with beef. I ordered the Gyro Wrap to stay within the theme of the establishment. We each ordered a side of fries and a single side of Baba Ghanoush. The owner and staff were exceptionally nice, making the experience remarkable. My sponsor was very impressed with the burger and side dishes. It is placed on our return list."
"Really a nice place to grab a quick breakfast before everything opens, and enjoy your daughters time together, good service and tasty coffee"
"I had the opportunity to try Doc's this week and I was blown away! They've completely updated a community treasure! From fresh paint, new floors, and handicap accessible bathrooms to updates on the menu!First of all, their limeades are made with REAL lime juice and special recipe syrup - this makes ALL the difference in the world!! Their fries are hand cut and fresh, never frozen. The corn dogs are hand-dipped and fried to a golden crisp. And burgers are made-to-order!! Don't forget to top it all off with their amazing Texas Chili (no beans, as it should be!)The Clark-Sides-Casey family have poured their hearts into this community gem and it shows. Can't wait to see them grow!Stop in and support a wonderful small, local business!!"
"Excellent everything! Had the omelette, super fresh and filling, my daughter had the Nutella banana French toast and I it was so good, I had to copy down the ingredients so I can make it at home. Heather was our server and she was a riot! So fun and spunky! Highly recommend!"
"Tried 3 different breakfast restaurants in Granbury & this is the winner!!! They are busy, but handle it well. The ginormous cinnamon roll was so good I ordered 1 to go. Chocolate chip pancakes were filled to the brim with chocolate, perfectly cooked & I added some peanut butter for pure perfection. My family loved their egg dishes too. Take my advice & try Firehouse first."
"I have wanted to stop into Manny G's since moving to Keller over two years ago. I finally obliged last night as I took a break from running errands to enjoy a cold beer and a burger for dinner.I noticed as I read Yelp reviews that a couple reviewers were really down on the burger. I asked the friendly bartender what she recommends - and she immediately replied "you have to try the burger, it is great!" Hence my dilemma. Multiple negative reviews versus a bartenders hearty recommendation -- so I took a chance and ordered the burger. First of all, with a $9.95 price tag for a 10-oz patty, my expectations are very high. Manny offers an extensive list of condiments available at no extra charge - way cool. So mine came with lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos, pico de gallo, and lots of mustard. I was glad to have the mustard. The patty was virtually tasteless, as at least one reviewer noted. I did not note a poor texture as other reviews mentioned, but it was like eating a whole lot of nothing. I ordered mine with onion rings, which came out nicely prepared and served as the highlight of the meal.Draft beer was nice and cold - $2.25 for a pint of Coors Light. Now that I mention it, THAT was the highlight of the meal.So I give them two stars. It was OK, but the burger does not support the hefty price tag. The beer was cold and the service was very friendly. I might stop in again to wet my whistle, but I will take a pass on the menu next time."
"I was craving a chicken cutlet and didn't want to drive to Carrollton so I landed across this place. The cutlet was very big and I enjoyed the sauce, you can tell it was homemade. I also enjoyed the side salad and the sides it came with it. I finished about half of it and I was very stuffed but I was happy to have leftovers for later. They also have other Korean dishes, I'll have to come back again to try them"
"LOVE THE PANCAKES !!!!! We always stop here when driving through Mineral Wells. Staff is always so very kind."
"Long overdue review. I've been a patron of Spiral for probably over a decade. I've enjoyed the restaurant in Dallas and was sad when they closed. But now, whenever I visit from Austin, I've made it a point to pick up food from this Spiral location in Ft. on my way back home from DFW. It never disappoints! My favorite sandwich of all time is the Mitch club, and my omnivore husband enjoys it too. My husband and I always enjoy their potato salad as a side - their recipe is out of this world! It's heavy on the dill & mustard, and tastes heavenly. It's very easy for us to find parking when ordering to go, and eating in as well. Love this Ft. Worth location."
"This charming small Cafe in River Oaks is pretty great. The menu is vast and almost labyrinthine, with options ranging from simple comfort foods like Chicken Fried Steak to Mexican dishes to burgers and on and on. The food is good, the service is friendly, and the decor is simple and homey. Highly recommend."
"We came in on a Thursday morning, construction was for sure obstructing so had to call to make sure they were open, but Chelsea answered and assured they were ready and open for business! We came in and were warmly greeted! My husband and I ordered the pasta and catfish! Plates were clean after! Yams and pasta was the star !! We also ordered the gotta luv it drink and one night stand! Delicious!! Come out and see them!"
"Great little place for breakfast there daily specials are really affordable service was on point food arrived quickly"
"We have been wanting to try this place since they opened and we went for breakfast around 11. The wait was about 30 minutes and we were sat down. The server was attentive and she was super busy. I got the coffee which was really good and the egg breakfast that came w the biscuit. The biscuit was huge! The bacon was thick applewood smoked (guessing?) and had a great flavor. The breakfast potatoes were very good and honestly overall a great breakfast. My husband wanted to try the pancakes and they were also very good. My son is a bit picky so he got chicken strips which he rated "10 out of 10""
"Visited Pam's with my family, for breakfast. Pam's was pretty busy, and our food came out quickly. Pam's offers the traditional breakfast options and our food was OK. Service was good, and as an FYI, bring cash.Stay hungry my friends..."
"Food always good and waitstaff is great! Always enjoy the jalapeño grits! Great place to visit and relax over breakfast!"
"I don't go to this area often; however, after discovering this spot through a Yelp UYE, I chose to check it out. I ordered a Keto Bowl containing steak together with a mimosa. My food was acceptable, but it did not excite me. Although the steak was good enough, the dish was not memorable at all. I thoroughly enjoyed that mimosa, which was quite good!It was truly a highlight to connect with fellow Yelpers and it always provides a genuinely great time. If I return, I would order something else to see if I prefer a different item. The atmosphere had the feel of an entirely relaxed brunch place and the service was also completely fine."
"I'm from out of town from the "city" in another state. Very impressed by how I was treated very professional home style the server was. I will visit this location every time I'm in town."
"02/17/2025 Staff at 4am were amazing. We actually had an Uber Eats order with a missing entree. Got here with food and receipt, and confirmed all of our ordered food had been packed initially, and deduced it was the driver for the order that stole the entree. The manager and cook were so kind in saying it wasn't their fault, but even still made our missing item and even reheated our already-delivered food. 5 star service."
