"In 2021, I said... "best biscuits in town." I'm pretty sure that still holds as of now. The biscuits are fluffy, buttery and paired with the best spreads: salted whipped butter, golden natural honey and sweet seasonal jam. You always need to start with an order of these here. Heck, you could go and just get coffee or a cocktail with them. You'd be happy with your breakfast! We were last there with a group so we had an order of biscuits, pimento cheese and entrees. I tried their chicken biscuit sandwich. It had a fried chicken thigh, kale apple slaw and honey. It was delish! Surprisingly, I also really enjoyed the pimento cheese. I'm not a typical pc gal, but this one seemed to have more flavor and heat to it. Overall, we had a really lovely brunch! The entire party seemed happy with the food, service (shout out to Melody for all the water refills and being patient with us!), ambiance and (of course)... the biscuits!"

We had stopped by after reading the reviews, but unfortunately left hoping for better. The biggest pro - the service. We had come during the lunch rush and there was one server serving the 10ish tables. She handled everyone's orders and requests with grace and went non stop. Give her a raise! The food - is good, but the biggest question mark was the beef. We had gotten the arayes appetizer, which barely had any ground beef, and the beef kabobs did not seem fresh. My partner had gotten the beef shawarma and same thing, good flavor, but can tell it wasn't fresh. The chicken was fine. The rice also was a bit bland.If you're craving some Mediterranean food in the Fort Worth area, Nish! Is an option, but temper expectations ahead of time."

"I'm picky when it comes to Italian food. I will say compared to what we have in Texas this is on the higher end of options but I've had better. The best dish was the mortadella pistachio pizza. Sadly, the truffle cream sauce pasta (white sauce in photo) had no salt! The flavor was just bland with that. Overall it was a good meal but not mind blowing. We were sitting by the door and the waiter opened it to let some people leave and we got blasted with cold winter air which also quickly cooled off our food, just something that should be considered when eating somewhere nicer. "We tried the new Burgers & Curries. It has an unfortunate location on Custer because as you go north from Hedgecox it's right on the curve.The had 20 items on their buffet. All were well spiced. Some had too much chili for my wife but the spices were very good. The rasam (soup?) was the best I've had in years. The chili chicken curry had a great aroma and flavor.We will definitely be back."

"YUMMIES!! So I just popped into this place one morning because I was starving but wanted to get a quick small bite and coffee is always on my radar. When I tell you this little coffee spot is darling that is what it is. The service is patient, professional and polite. I got the Dulce De Leche Latte and I will get it again and again. They have house made syrups. I tried the cake they have there no picture I ate that cake up so fast and it is sooooo scrumptious!!! I think it's some type of pecan pound cake and it is gluten free... I do not usually like gluten free desserts but this thing off the charts good. We tried the Maple Almond Honeycomb and that was delicious as well. The coffee bar is clean and cute."

From the moment they took my order (I was the last of the 7 of us), the food was on the table in 22 minutes. The wait staff were efficient, and seemed to help each other when needed. Nice to see that kind of cooperation. Especially in a busy establishment!It is a nice looking place. The 'ambiance,' if you could call it that, is 'clean and uncluttered.' All of that is why they got 5-stars!Now let me give you a couple of hints that you REALLY NEED to take SERIOUSLY!!!1) Make a reservation. We arrived a tad late for ours and it took about 20 minutes to be seated. Service was very good!We shared the 4 meat plate ($20) which came with one side (we got baked beans/ loved them). More than enough for two! The sausage was spice, as I like it, the brisket was very moist (didn't need BBQ sauce) however the BBQ sauce was good! "I know it hasn't been very long since my last review, but I felt compelled to update after going in person a couple times now! I told yall we couldn't stop eating this food... and I still haven't taken many photos, ugh! I'm telling you once this food is in front of you there are no thoughts beyond "eat immediately." It's too good. I'm making my way through their curries and so far I've had the red most often but also the green, yellow, and massaman. That leaves panang and pineapple to look forward to, then maybe I'll move on to pad thai (I need to ask them about gluten free options). Meanwhile, the soup Jon loves is the Khao soi gai (I named the wrong soup in my last review oops) which is chicken and egg noodles in a yellow curry broth with crunchy egg noodles on top! He says he wants this to be his last meal before death... I would die happy eating the Tom Kha soup. The restaurant is in a busy strip mall on Collins with lots of neighboring Asian owned businesses. It's warmly lit and cozy inside, just one big, open, square room with lots of tables. Our waitress was lovely and recommended beer for Jon and made sure everything was just right. Obviously I thoroughly enjoyed my canned Coke poured fresh over ice, though I considered getting a Thai coffee. They also have Thai tea, green tea, boba, lemonade, sparkling lime, all your Coca Cola brand soft drinks, and chompoo (pink) milk which I want to try, because how cute?Prices here are fantastic especially for this food, which is truly insanely good. Somehow it's all just richer and better seasoned or better balanced than most, or something. The chef really is phenomenal and the staff and the menu won't let you down."
