"Thank goodness Plano has a sauerkraut fish place! The fish was so fresh and the soup base was so flavorful. They have two-four people combos that are a STEAL!! The waitstaff was so friendly and recommended a lot of good appetizers."
"Wow. Seriously tasty and fresh. Way bett3r than expected...and friendly service! This gem is located on Rufe Snow. I hit the drive-thru and order3d their 1/4 pounder with cheese meal. I traded the fries for onion rings. My diet coke was HUUUuuuuGE....and was even better than McDonald's fountain drinks! Truth! The burger was really good and held fresh veggies. The onion rings needed a little salt, but oh so good. I went through the drive thru, so the ambiance was minimal...but i love seeing Tex with the big yellow star. Did I mention the soft delicious bun?! So good!"

"Fried Chicken the way it's supposed to be. The service is first class and the country decor fits the menu. The family serving style is unique and caused more family engagement without cell phone interrupting. Flavors =YUM"
"Visited Okaeri Café in Richardson for the first time and had a great experience! I was warmly greeted and assisted with the menu, which made ordering easy. I chose a matcha with strawberry foam, and it was absolutely delicious--it was my first matcha ever The food was just as amazing, and the café's ambiance was so cute and inviting. One detail I really appreciated was the women's restroom--it was thoughtfully stocked with essentials that EVERY women's bathroom should have!Overall, I highly recommend Okaeri Café for its great service, tasty drinks, and charming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!"
"This Taiwanese food has been established for sometimes. It is great place for breakfast and lunch. This restaurant has a lot of regular customers. This is local well know Taiwanese restaurant. They carry typical Taiwanese street food. We got the Taiwanese Rice roll. It has fried pork floss a fried dough. It just like in Taiwan. We also got salty soy milk which my wife favorite. She likes it for breakfast. The last dish is the beef pancake. The slice beef shank is delicious for the in filling. Overall is good Taiwanese restaurant. Definitely come back for more especially for the deli lunch specials."
"Well well, I finally got over to this little country spot that I've never tried before although I had heard a lot about. It was a cold day so I was in the mood for some good old comfort food and my friend at work suggested the Cotton Patch and I said okay I've never been there let's give it a try and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered the country fried steak with jalapeno cream gravy garlic mashed potatoes and mac and cheese and it was delicious, especially the country fried steak with that jalapeno cream gravy in the portion was huge. Now I know if I want a good country fried steak at a good price close to the house I know where to go, I will say the service was a little slow in the food took a little too long to come out but at least it came out well. All in all I would recommend Cotton Patch to others and I will be back."
"Came to have lunch with my sister. It was alright. Our server wasn't very attentive unless I caught her attention. Her name was Jade. For an appetizer, we got the queso with beef. When she brought it out it didn't have the beef and she mentioned she didn't hear me ask for it. May be because as I was talking to her she started walking off before I was done talking. The dip came out hot and was good but not ggreat. Ordered the blackened salmon with side caesar and brocolli casserole. The salmon came out normal not blackened and was also a little over cooked. The dressing for the caesar side was alright. Not the best but not the worst. When I eventually got the brocolli casserole it was cold. Once she got other tables, we had to flag her down to get her attention. She would keep walking by our table and not ask if we needed anything. We needed to go boxes, to go drinks, and the check. She said it was on the computer on the table which it wasn't. Asked for just the print out check and she brought me a computer for the table to do everything. In which the gift card I had would not work on it. Had to get up and take the gift card to her to get it taken off my bill. I wasn't totally thrilled about the experience. Server could have been better but you never know what someone may be going through. Maybe she was just having an off day."

I tried this place with my sisters and brother in law, because my baby sis had been raving about the sauerkraut fish soup. Unfortunately for her, the location near her in the Seattle area has closed, but we still have this location in Plano!I was happy to try this fish soup because I love acidic foods, and I was not let down. I can't wait to come back with my friends!

We have been coming to Tex's Star Grill for years, this is definitely a favorite restaurant in the area. My personal favorite food here is the chicken fried chicken. Not only is the taste delicious, but the portions are amazing for the money. You will get a chicken fried chicken that is over half of a plate. I love getting the fries as my side to use the spicy house sauce. You also get toast and a side salad. Those working are very nice and they keep the restaurant very clean. You will probably also see the owner here, he is always working.

BEST FRIED CHICKEN!!! I cannot speak highly enough of the quality and taste of the chicken!! Flavorful, moist, crunchy skin... all the things you want in perfect fried chicken. The chicken fried steak was also delicious. The sides were great as well. Great atmosphere and wonderful service. We stopped while passing through Sanger and now this will be a regular stop for us. No menus, as they offer chicken, tenders, fried steak and catfish.... And they do those things well!! Put this place on your list, it's a must!!

One of my favorite cafes when in Dallas, Texas. I love the variety of dishes that are available from omurice, chicken teriyaki, and onigiri. The food is made fresh and has such a nice flavor and mouth feel. I also love their matcha and black sesame drinks as they are not too sweet. Definitely a place I look forward to going back the next time I'm in town.

Home-style cafeteria Chinese food that is honestly one of our favorite spots in the whole metroplex. We have come here countless times and each time has never disappointed. I love the pork rib, lions head, roll wrapped with bean curd, and honestly disliked any dish here. You get to choose 3 dishes and there's free soup that's 2 out of the 3: hot and sour, egg drop soup, radish soup. Highly recommend they also accept credit card now!!

For a change, I passed on my usual chicken fried steak/cf chicken and ordered the grilled 8 oz filet with okra, and a loaded baked potato. It was so delicious(and I was starving, thus no pic!). Joshua was my waiter and he was excellent. I have dined at this location many times for lunch and dinner. The service is consistently above par and Cotton Patch always has a nice ambiance. Thank you!

We just ate at Cheddars and I have to say the food was delicious. I had a chicken pot pie and it was full of chicken, and the homemade crust was incredibly flaky. My husband had blackened salmon and it was very flavorful and cooked to perfection. Most of all the crossaints, are a must have. Actually just order some to go also. Our waiter, Bradley was very attentive and took care of all his tables with compentsey. It was so nice, to not have to shout to carry on a conversation. It was a extremely clean and tasteful place to eat.

"Authentic vietnamese food in a residential area strip mall hidden in North Richland Hills.Attentive service & food flavors on point. My friends enjoyed their stone pot beef pho with ox tail. Along with Spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce included traditional pork slices with shrimp, noodles, chive, lettuceMy kids & I devoured the Hainanese chicken rice with chicken soup side. Kids didn't need the sauce (ginger would be too spicy for the kids), but I definitely used the ginger dipping sauce which adds flavor to the flavored rice & steamed chicken meat. Lunch specials & catering advertisedCheck it out if you have a chicken rice or pho hankering Stone pot pho"
"Cheddars is probably one of the best restaurants in the Burleson/Crowley area (in my opinion). Our waiter Cain/Cane was so amazing, he seemed like he loved his job and was constantly making sure everyone was good. The food was really good, the steak was cooked to perfection and my party had no complaints. I'm definitely going to come back"
"This place was unreal! I got the Southern slapped garden salad and the flavor depth was amazing. The portion is perfect size and doesn't leave you feeling too full. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Also DEF get a cookie."
"Rico café y comida exquisita. Excelente servicio y atención maravillosa. Lo recomiendo 100%"
"Stopped in to get a quick lunch, and this will go on our regular rotation. It is counter service, but the food tastes like what you'd get at a hibachi restaurant, and the food better than many I've been to. I got a hibachi combination and a salad. The salad dressing was AMAZING and very fresh tasting. The chicken and shrimp were delicious, and I'm picky about shrimp not being overcooked. (It wasn't!) The veggies were fresh and not over or undercooked. Again - just right. My son had the bulgogi bowl with noodles (alsoavailable with rice) and said we could go here instead of his favorite bulgogi place across town that only be likes. Score! The rest of the family wasn't with us, so we will have to come back later this week, which is fine with me. The kid that was with me has already claimed the leftovers for himself tonight. Service was friendly and quick even though I heard them firing up the hibachi in the back. Can't beat that for takeout or a quick lunch / dinner."
"Stopped in after I got the request to "give an honest review of this place. We've had reports that it's not good for our area" So here is the factual experience I was a part of. Stopped in on a "Friday" with very minimal attendance in place already. Tried their "special" with a Philly Cheesesteak.5:50pm and my order arrived. A lady with freckles came out of the back and apologized for the long wait as she said "I had to make pizza dough to prep for our orders later on tonight". Philly had good flavor though. Of that counts for something. I left the establishment feeling not valued as a customer. Little to NO interaction from the bar staff at all. Some gentlemen kept hovering around the bar with his toddler as seen in the picture here. Even though this is a local hangout, as a local I felt unvalued as a customer."
"For a Korean pho, I am really surprised! So I wanted to try this food because it's Seoul and it's different than from actual Vietnamese pho. The picture and videos makes it look very delicious so I got a bowl and love the presentation so it's picture worthy! - Food: I ordered the Seoul pho, the beef rib is pretty use and they actually grill the beef rib! The noodles are the flat pho noodles(which is pretty my favorite noodles) and they come with the sides and also the pickled onions, but be sure to ask for more sriracha and hoisin! Because I used the whole thing in the bowl and sad there's no dipping for my meat! But for the broth flavor, it's not authentic pho remember, but it tastes beef and hardly any of those special spice and seasonings. But I still like it since it's new!"
"Okay, so I'm meat-free on certain days of the week and found this place had meatless crabcakes. Yummmm. So good. I will be back!"
"I came here one time for brunch and we had great service and food. This second time I came here because I wanted a good slice of cake and they definitely have some good homemade cakes and desserts! I also noticed they have an update on there entire restaurant which is nice."
