This is the most beautiful beef I've ever seen... look at my picture of the brisket. See that bright pink smoke ring?? It's seriously incredible! You cannot beat the quality or flavor of this beef. Right now you'll find Godspeed set up at local businesses around the mid-cities, getting the word out about their food. I found them at Turning Point Beer in Bedford. Otherwise, they cater. Call them! Hoping to see them open up a brick & mortar or a mobile food truck someday -- that'd be so rad.They have brisket, brisket burnt ends, short plate (brontosaurus) ribs, and chuck short ribs. I've also had the pleasure of enjoying their seasoned baked beans (amazing) and their stuffed jalapenos.... huge jalapenos stuffed with cheese, cream cheese, fatty brisket, and wrapped in bacon. Absolutely perfect, I want these every day. Unfortunately I can't indulge in the macaroni and cheese, but I can tell you it looks and smells insanely delicious!Gabriel Garcia, the mastermind & master smoker of Godspeed BBQ, runs the show with his dad. I was visiting the Perot for Thursdays on Tap, and Smokey Ray's BBQ was one of the food trucks out front. Being a Memphis native, I had to see what this was all about! The menu is pretty simple, easy to understand and make your choice! I went with the meat plate with chopped brisket and sides of twice baked potato and beans. It also came with two slices of bread. This is a sizeable portion - it could definitely be a meal for two! Service was friendly and fast! It took about 5 minutes to get my order. My friend got the loaded baked potato with brisket, which also looked really good!As soon as I opened my takeout box, I smelled that good BBQ! Flavorful, sweet BBQ sauce reminded me of Memphis BBQ, which I'm quite a fan of! Brisket was chopped finely, great texture that melted in my mouth. The sides were good too! I think the potato was a little on the salty side, but I loved the cheese and bacon pieces that were mixed with it! The bread went really well with the brisket! I'm glad to have had the opportunity to try out their BBQ! If I see them around again, I'll be sure to try something else from their menu!"

"My first order just happened by chance . I saw an article on NewsBreak today about their upcoming move on July 12th to a different Mesquite location . I decided to see if they were on doordash since they aren't far from my home. I prefer to have my food delivered instead of me having to drive . I am a spoiled Queen . I ordered the bacon wrapped chicken sandwich, black beans , and strawberry cheesecake. My food arrived a little earlier than I requested always better to be early than late. Everything is a 10‼. At first I was disappointed with the thin slice of the strawberry cheesecake, but I cheered up when I remembered that cheesecakes are typically very rich, so I didn't need a larger slice. I also thought the dasher brought the wrong order to my home . I saw the picture on doordash showing several pieces of bacon wrapped chicken on skeeters looked tasty & was very tasty juicy and tender . Outstanding"

"I ordered several Art of Grazing boards from The Coupe during a gathering there and they were phenomenal. Truly! Charcuterie boards can be so boring and stale if not thoughtfully designed, and obviously the freshness of the ingredients is of utmost importance. Too often with charcuterie boards you get that refrigerated taste/smell from something that's been sitting uncovered in a fridge for too long. But these boards were super-well-wrapped until time to eat. There is clearly a lot of care put into each board, and so many beautiful, quality ingredients. These particular grazing boards had a variety of 4 cheeses (like a pistachio crusted goat cheese, sharp cheddars, brie, and habanero pepper), 2 meats (salami arranged like a rose and capicola on the side), a handful of nuts (pistachios or almonds), salty cornichons or olives, plump fruit (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and grapes), wafer-y crackers, a piece of foil-wrapped chocolate, and a tiny glass jar of local honey or jam. And a sprinkling of vibrant, edible flower petals. It's really very pretty, bountiful, and colorful. See my photos! I'd say these specific boards are a great size for 2-4 people to share.The Art of Grazing's website has all the info on their different boards.. lots of sizes, crudités or cheeses or meats or combos, holiday themes and specials. Looks like they host classes and events, too. Flight nights, brunch boards with mimosas, that sort of thing. Love it. They're in a cute little spot in Southside Fort Worth. Perfect for someone like me who will eat anything from anywhere :-)They did a pop up at my place of work and their staff were very friendly and quick in getting out the food to the very long line.I ordered a bulgogi beef rice bowl, which is obviously the Korean representation on the menu board. They had very generous amounts of beef heaped over white rice and came with a crunchy side salad.The beef were cut more like chunks instead of the traditional thin slices, which I personally didn't care for, but that's a matter of choice. Unfortunately the beef was a little chewy as it had obviously been cooking a while, but it is understandable since they're not cooking to order on this occasion.The sauce was also a bit too sweet for my taste, teriyaki perhaps? Dunno. I'd have preferred some fiery gochujang, but that's just me.The side salad gave a bit of crunch, which was a big plus for me as it added that extra bit of texture. Overall it was a 3/5 for me.The chocolate chip bread pudding with vanilla sauce was absolutely wonderful. Very generous portion which can easily be shared between 4 people on diets or 2 who aren't."

"I have been saving this review for about three weeks now, hoping YELP would add more stars. I have now enjoyed eight meals prepared by Scott, and I am convinced - this is a MUST TRY if you live in or near Flower Mound. As a career firefighter and acclaimed "firehouse cook," this is serious business because you have a tough crowd to please and there is no place to hide if it falls short of expectations. SCOTT is on to something big here and you owe it to yourself to give it a try. He is a very talented chef, consistently providing the meals you would expect to pay $16 - $20 for at your favorite restaurant, and he delivers it to your door for only $11 per plate! And the best part is, without doubt, the meal itself. Always delicious, balanced, nutritious and portions that satisfy a XXL firefighter appetite. I have enjoyed an almond-crusted salmon, kabobs, salmon with a pesto kind of sauce, stuffed chicken breast, and a couple dishes I couldn't put my finger on, but found myself staring in wonder at how delicious it was. I even enjoyed the grits for the first time ever, and the sweet potato purée dish from the "fit" menu was incredible. I also learned there is a HUGE difference between a competent cook and a skilled chef. Give Hey! What's 4 Dinner a try and you won't ever settle for delivery pizza and fried chicken and save money at the same time. You will also save yourself time shopping, planning, cooking and cleaning. I can't think of a more convenient service. Next time you start to automatically reply "I don't care" when the spouse asks what you want for dinner, do yourself a favor and give Scott at Hey! What's for Dinner? A call. We have waited long enough for this idea to come to fruition."

For $6 bucks I felt the portions sizes were small. Especially since you're only receiving 3 undersized wings, they could've gave more fries to accommodate. However I will say the flavor on the wings (lemon pepper) was OUTSTANDING!!! I would definitely recommend that flavor. Would I visit this establishment again. Yes, but only for the daquari, not the food."

"I wish I could give D Jackson 5 stars but the meal I received fell very short when it came to the sides. I ordered a two meat plate of brisket, ribs, potato salad and greens. Now I'm fully aware we can't always expect food to be cooked exactly the way we grew up on BUT they seriously need to change their potato salad recipe. Never have I had potato salad made out of frozen hashbrown diced potatoes, shredded carrots & whatever else was added. The potatoes were still hard which is a big no. Instead of cutting corners just get a big pot & boil down some nice russet potatoes. No shredded carrots & light on the relish. The greens also fell quite short. Although meat was added there was absolutely no meat flavor in the greens, which is ironic. Maybe the meat is added after the fact. I can't say exactly what else they needed but they were not it. I tried to doctor up the sides but instead just threw them away. However, on the other hand the meat was pretty decent - 7/10. I was looking for more moisture & a smokey flavor. The portion size was right on which I am glad of because that's the only part I was able to eat & enjoy once some BBQ sauce was poured on top. I really was hoping to rave about this place because of the hype of prior reviews but I honestly don't see myself returning. Hopefully my suggestions are taken into consideration."

Hailee has serious chops--professional training, Four Seasons experience, and as a private chef and caterer in Manhattan. We have ordered Hailee's doorstep delivery meals every week for a year and a half. Her French and Italian can hang with top, local restaurants. Fresh lamb, chicken, beef, salmon, cod. Her sauces and pasta are excellent. Her vegetables often steal the show. Her salad dressings--roasted balsamic tomato vinaigrette, caesar, ranch--are find-something-in-the-fridge-to-dip good. Soups are excellent--light yet flavorful. She also prepares greek, spanish, asian and mexican, all of which are excellent restaurant quality. And rarely is her cooking heavy. Its seasoned for flavor and properly prepared. If she makes salmon, you will taste salmon. If she makes brussels sprouts, you will taste brussels sprouts. Plus, its delivered to our door at the beginning of the week. No more dinner-planning. A high-quality dinner is served after heating in the microwave or toaster oven. Oh, and her quiches, her quiches!On our rare returns to restaurants, we often try a dish and say, "ya, it's good. But Hailee's is better.""
