They were AMAZING, and they gave us so much food.My husband got Salisbury steak, which wasn't his fave...but he really enjoyed the red beans and rice and mac and cheese. I got the ribs which were everyone's fave. They came with rice and brown gravy, and two side. The brown gravy tasted like the powdered mix to me, but you better believe I ate it...I didn't love the cabbage, it was a little bland, BUT, the collard greens were bomb!My pals got catfish and seemed to enjoy that as well, it was fresh and cooked to order. They also really loved the vanilla pound cake.Damian was up front with the crew serving, and by the patrons, it looks like it's a local fave. Was also really impressed with the lady at the register. She was helpful and service was top notch!"

"WOWwZZERS I was looking for seafood broil and I found this place. Originally, I've been unimpressed with all the seafood broils here in Dallas County so I was thinking I was going to have a decent one again. But then I had this! The food I ordered was Bucket #3 - RC Sauce / Medium Kick. When I tell you that shrimp was fat, it was fat (big and juicy)! The snow crab had a lot of meat in it as well! The sauce was absolutely bomblicious ! The perfect amount of lemon, butter, and spices. A little addicting in fact. The service was fast. The food was ready in 10 minutes. Which I find pretty crazy, because usually it takes a long time at other places. Didn't get a chance eat the restaurant since I ordered mines to-go but I'm sure the ambiance and experience would've been exceptional. Message to the people looking for delicious seafood broil in DFW or anyone visiting Dallas : y'all come check this place out !! They don't disappoint!!! The best seafood broil in DFW!!!"

"We decided on Pappadeaux's for our 1 year anniversary dinner, well my girlfriend did Lol I do not eat any seafood but I don't mind going to a seafood place as long as I can get a steak. I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and we were seated immediately upon arrival, it was a busy Saturday night but the service was still quite good. I ordered the ribeye steak with baked potato and broccolinni and she ordered the grilled shrimp Alfredo pasta. My steak was cooked a perfect medium rare and tasted delicious, the broccolinni and potato were really good also.She liked the Shimp Alfredo pasta as well and also was a fan of the steak and broccolinni as I shared some with her, we ordered the Vanilla cheesecake which came with fresh strawberries and it was so good!Overall it was a great dinner and I could definitely see is coming back to pappadeaux's for dinner again in the future"

"My uncle & I went to try this place today & I have to say it was amazing from the decor, the drink menu, & the food, FABULOUS! It was like walking into a place on bourbon st. All the decor, the music was great but not so loud that you couldn't enjoy the company you were with. We did have to stand to be seated for a while even though there were only 4 other tables , however, 1 was a big group and there were only 2 servers so they did do a pretty good job. I ordered the red beans & rice with blacked shrimp & sausage spicy, while my uncle went for the crawfish étouffée regular. We also ordered hush puppies. The hush puppies were so crispy on the outside with the most delicious flavor & moist , not too thick on the inside. They came with a sauce that was good but I preferred them without the sauce. My dish red beans & rice , was absolutely perfect. The shrimp were perfectly cooked & seasoned, the sausage was excellent. The beans were seasoned to perfection, the only thing is I didn't get any hint of spice so I wonder what the regular tastes like? My uncle's étouffée was a dance recital in my mouth. The roux, the crawfish, the veggies, all dancing around as if to win a competition that it had already won. I will definitely be getting that next time. If you guys have not tried this place you must. They have hurricanes & fish bowl drinks to boot.They are closed on Mondays so don't go the & be disappointed! Just go then Yelp about what you think!!"
