"New review for newly opened restaurant. The quality of the food is great compared to any other chinese place in the area. The inside looks clean and remodeled. The service provided was great as well. I definitely recommend this place."
"We were super leery to try Chinese take out in Alvarado, so it's taken us quite a while to actually give this place a shot. Maaaaaan have we been missing out. This place is amazing!"
"The food was really good and fresh, the restaurant was clean. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Also there was a wide verity of food available."
"FOR WHAT IT IS, it's pretty solid. Not the best in the world: The sushi is good enough, the grilled/fried section exceeds, and the service was good! Also very nice and clean. We really liked that you can order plates now!For the area, it's the best All You can eat, and the price is great value."
"Not sure why so many negative reviews this buffet was awesome and food taste way better than the new king buffet. I really want to mention that the fruit bar was amazing they had watermelon , mango kiwi . There was so many shrimp items , even a seafood boil !!! Service wasGood too and 14.99 for dinner buffet!????? Ongg"
"Solid buffet. Not the fanciest place, but affordable Chinese food. Good customer service. They have a nice variety of food including a mix of cold and hot food, though sushi selection is sparse. I like their dessert section, especially the watermelons. The ambience is solid!"
"I haven't been to a buffet like this in years. It's kind of exactly what you'd expect. Groups of all ages coming to get an easy meal for all the picky eaters and children piling their plates high.I liked the variety of dishes to choose from. The peppered squid was a test outside what I'd normally trust at a buffet. Unfortunately, it was a bit crunchy from being dried out under heat lamps. Some of the thicker tentacles were gummy and delicious.I'd probably go back to try other dishes."
"This place is amazing! It's a sushi buffet, but they offer so much more. We came here during lunch on a Friday weekday and were immediately seated in a booth. Our drink orders were taken and we were off to the buffet. The buffet has about five different stations:1) Sushi - One of the long aisles is filled with plates of sushi. Salmon and tuna served in a variety of different ways along with some other sushi staples. Plates are located below the bar. Some sections of the sushi bar have signs requesting that you take no more than 3 pieces. I'm assuming that this is so that someone doesn't hog an entire plate of salmon at once, but it also prevents food from being wasted. There was no soup nazi hovering over us, so I'm not sure anyone is really enforcing this policy. It seems to be more a courtesy request. 2) Salad items - The next long aisle is filled with salads, fruits, and vegetables. These items are all cold. There were things like broccoli salad, grilled okra and peppers, edamame, mussels, etc. The seaweed salad and the green bean salad were my favorite. My husband loved the kimchi. 3) Hot items - The last long aisle is filled with hot dishes. Chicken, steak, shrimp, gyoza, dumplings, etc. I liked the fried egg roll and fried gyoza best. 4) Soups - There is a small station filled with a variety of hot soups. I didn't try any of these, but there were several options available. 5) Desserts - There was a small station filled with a variety of desserts. I didn't try any of these either, but the selection didn't disappoint. After you finish a plate, the server will be by to remove it so you can fill up another in its place. The servers were fantastic. They filled our beverages without us ever asking. We were never without a drink. Food quality varies. The sushi was quite good in my opinion. The meat on the hot aisle seemed a bit rubbery and chewy to me. My husband had a hard time pulling apart the shell of the shrimp and was so frustrated with the process. He said it was a lot of work for such a small piece of meat, but the taste was good. Lunch is $25.95 per person Monday through Friday. It's $46 per person for dinner. It's not cheap, but if you are craving an unlimited supply of sushi and you have an appetite, this is the place to come."
"Great place for breakfast, staff is very attended and takes care to get things right. Keeps coffee cup full. Saturday breakfast buffet is great. Can't leave hungry after lunch buffet either."
"We have eaten the volcano roll, bento boxes, tempura, salads, soups, sushi and a number of rolls. Very good and very consistent!Service is always kind and efficient. The restaurant has been here so long they have wonderful memorabilia on the walls. Take a moment, if you like football or golf in the area of DFW!"
"All the food I tried was cold, it all tasted like it had been sitting there too long. The place was clean and looked nice though. There were a lot of nice people working there. But the food for the price I paid just wasn't up to par. Two people for 45 dollars was a lot to me. Yes they had a lot of things to choose from. But everything on my plate was just cold. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."
"I got there 30 minutes after they opened. It was very clean, and the food was all being freshly made still. I know buffets get a bad rep because the food sits out for some time, but this place looked very clean. They were constantly putting out fresh food, and they would add food from the previous tray on top of the new tray being put out. I recommend!"

Some stuff was good while others not so much. The Lo main, dumplings and chicken kabob sticks were awesome. The breaded shrimp, house rolls and peppered chicken was also pretty good. Everything else was bland at best. My wife liked the fruit salad with the marshmallows though. Also maybe add a dessert called Flan? It's very popular at the other Asian buffet we usually go to.

Sometimes you just need a little bit of everything. This is a solid choice. Freshly made sushi was average -- though their sushi sauce was new to me and tasty. Appetizers were a hit -- the chicken skewers and cream cheese wontons were the standouts. Hibachi rice was a mild flavor; I didn't get seconds. I didn't try any of the American food but there was a decent selection if you have picky dining companions. Less than $20 for AYCE and a beverage. Service was great -- soda was kept full and dirty plates cleared before I sat back down.

I was reading through some of the latest reviews and I've seen one common theme, which I'll mention later. But some of the other reviews, I have no idea what people are seeing. Since moving to the area, I wanted to find an all you can eat sushi joint. With a quick Google search, I stumbled across Ninja Sushi fifteen minutes away. Here's how my experience went. At first glance during the day, I thought I was going to find a business that was closed based on the outside. Once I stepped inside, I was pleased to find a super organized and clean establishment. I was greeted right away. The staff was always busy working. The sushi selection had a large variety of options. Sure, I ran into some that were empty but right after the first round, I came back to find more. I will write that I've had sushi from all over the country, including Japan and it wasn't bad at all. Most places get the rice wrong by either cooking it too long or too little but that wasn't the case. The hot buffet is where I ran into an inconsistency. The food had all three temperatures. Some hot, warm, and one or two cold. The udon noodles were a bit crunchy and I should have waited as items were being replaced as soon as I sat down. You redeemed yourself because I was able to go back and get some of the new, out of kitchen items. Staff was friendly and they always stayed on top of the refills. Oh, they have a chocolate fountain for dessert! Didn't rush me to stop eating or push me out, that's good because I'm still here writing this review from the table. I'll give the camera a wave. Overall, $16 for one person at all you can eat, is an awesome deal. I'll definitely be back.

We were there just after the lunch crowd left. The restaurant was not very busy. The service was very attentive. We requested water to drink and it was brought immediately. The food was very good. We both enjoyed our meal and the ice cream that followed. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

A wonderful and super affordable restaurant. They serve buffets every day and a variety of dishes are available including seafood and vegetarian. They also serve desserts and ice cream as a part of the buffet. The service is also commendable, a quiet ambiance.

Needed to eat somewhere not bbq related and was craving Chinese food. This was worth the price. Good customer service asked if I can see what was being served before I sat, no problem. Nice same-same variety of food you'd expect from a Chinese Buffet restaurant. Didn't go for the Mongolia Noodles cuz I just wanted to stuff my face without waiting. I was satisfied with the selection but the only reason not 5 stars.. sushi wasn't at par with what I've been use to at these spots and my favorite cheese wontons were good but not warm and stale. I go to Chinese buffets for sushi but coulda been better. In the end I would be back. And I would suggest to go here if I was asked. Fruits were good too and if you can't beat good customer service.

Lovely ambiance with long list of delicious savory food from fried rice, steamed rice, stirred fried noodles, Korean short ribs, sushi assortment to a bowl of ramen. Service were superb with our waitress, April who worked the restaurant for 15 years

"Okay loooooook y'all. It's a Chinese food buffet. But let me tell you something. It's pretty dang good!!My husband's side of the family has been coming here for years. Somebody graduates, Chinatown, funeral, Chinatown. It is what it is. The service here is impeccable!! Our drinks stayed full, plates were picked up quickly, napkins were plentiful, I was quite impressed!! The restaurant itself is pretty old but they keep it sparkly clean!! You could see your reflection in the floors, plus plenty of wall TVs around if you need to catch up on the news. So many different choices including: sesame chicken, broccoli beef, salt n pepper shrimp, pizza, salad, all the noooooodles, fried rice, soup(s), and a stir fry area. The only reason this place doesn't get 5 stars is because of the sushi area. Sushi is all rice and the rolls fall apart when you try to eat it. But the buffet itself was delicious!! I also appreciate that they have specials deals during different hours. We went as a big group so got one person in free! That was cool. And if you haven't heard of the app TOO GOOD TO GO, download it right meow. Love restaurants that participate and help out with food waste. It's always a nice surprise (and probably a bit of a gamble) getting a bunch of buffet leftovers but it hits the spot!! Go check them out!! Great little buffet in Denton."
"Can't be mad at this place they have great prices and plenty of selections. Service is friendly but occasionally busy with other customers the day I came with my family. I liked how they had some american food options for my son when I was craving Asian food he's not really used to. The ambiance had a nice Asian theme and was definitely family oriented. Great dessert selections and ice cream as well. Highly recommend trying!"
"This is a pretty good Chinese buffet with sushi, American food, and Mongolian grill. But there was bit too much breading on the deep fried food in my opinion. Just saying."
"I came here for lunch and not the all-you-can-eat buffet. The food was good despite the exterior part of the building looking rough: I ordered basic Korean dishes like a classic bibimbap and a clear noodle soup. Both solidly delicious. Same with the Korean sidedishes served as an appetizer. The interior of the restaurant is huge. Looks like they have a second floor as well. And Sura was empty during weekday lunchtime. If you're looking for good Korean food and don't want to deal with the crowds at Carrollton, then I'd recommend Sura."
"This place right here!!!! Get there NOW!And the workers were from Nepal! Super sweet and we came working the hour of closing and they were super sweet and kind to us. The customer service, the food, and the ambiance is all worth it. Everything we had tasted delish and we had so much food to eat the next day. Of course, it taste even better the next day. Dont think twice about it. Go eat here! Map it out and go there. Look no further."
"This place has good service. The staff is very attentive and they make the buffet food to order. The buffet is not that big. I heard they change the buffet daily but I am not sure what they are offering on the different days. I went on a Wednesday and they were offering fried chicken, baked chicken, meatloaf, chicken fried steak, and all types of sides. They have some amazing desserts. I hope to make my way back here. Oh, they have a breakfast buffet."
"Always great food! They have a great selection of food on their buffet. The folks are really nice. I will keep going back."
"Good selections. Food is fresh. I can say this is better than other Chinese buffets. It's busy but you can do a take out buffet if you want to."
"Delicious and great service on this cold gray dayYou hit the door with beautiful smell of searing meat Colin was our server and was very prompt and very good as well as coverage from other servers nearby for our group of eight or nine Easy to get plenty of food quickly tasty and fresh"
"Saturday dinner for 7, which entitles group to have a reservation in a quiet room that opens to main dining room. Sashimi was fantastic and everyone in the party tried virtually every dish. If a persons order is sashimi variations it arrives on a deco plate. The volcano roll and Dallas roll were awesome as was the crab tower. The ultimate palate grabber is the seared salmon belly served only at dinner. While most portions are small you can order multiple times and food arrives fast. Don't under estimate green tea ice cream to cool the palate after spicy tuna sashimi. Yellow tail sashimi was most tender for a raw selection, The food starts to arrive at table almost immediately as the 5 dishes ordered are placed by server on a tablet.Slight confusion can occur when food is brought to table if people can't remember what they ordered or what entree looks like as there are over 75 menu selections."
"Great variety of food. Kind staff. But they charged us full price when there is a senior discount. My parents had to mention it for them to give the discount ....no cool. Serve people well.Otherwise good."
"A rather pleasant experience. Now to be honest, we are not typically fans of buffets. But as we decided to try one of my Dad's (RIP) favorite places on this day (for lunch), we did not know it was now, exclusively, a buffet. We were told that due to wide fluctuations in the number of customers, and a difficulty with hiring, it is making more sense to suspend ala carte offerings. Since were here, and hungry, we gave it a go. I got to say, pretty good. Very nice selection and variety too. I tried most everything, and liked most everything. Thuy and I agreed on out least favorite things, and that was the soups; egg drop and hot & sour. Not bad, just not the best. I personally would have liked the traditional spicy dishes to be spicier, but Thuy was OK with them. Our dirty dishes were cleared quickly and what little interaction we had with the staff was pleasant. One other oddity is only a single flavor of ice cream was on offer... Vanilla. But a few other sweet offerings filled the gap. I made enough trips that I was totally stuffed by the end of this gorging! Bottom line: Definitely worth checking out, especially if you are hungry.PS. I forget the lunch price, but lunch and dinner are different, with dinner being a bit more expensive. So if you want to check this place out on the cheap, come for lunch."
"I feel like I just stepped back in time. This place has been here since 1968 and looks like they never changed the decor. Its just adorable!! The pizza on the buffet was good, on the first trip then the pizza I requested which was Hawaiian came up and whoa it was hot yummy and super cheesy! Just the way I like it. Salad bar was small worth the basics but everything was fresh. The people working here made it seem more like we were visiting their home instead of a restaurant. Totally love this place. Again super nice ladies working here made the experience better than expected."
"If you are familiar with buffets in this area, especially Chinese buffets, then set your expectations accordingly. But in my mind, this one exceeded all others of the same type. The food quality, freshness and taste were all far above comparable buffets. It wasn't cheap as in, a cheap place to eat, but it could be considered a high value depending on your tastes and how much you eat. The kids loved the large dessert area. Adults liked the variety and again, quality of the food. It isn't in the same category of a normal 5 star sit down restaurant, so remember what kind of restaurant this is. The decor was classy, Chinese and clean. The service was spot on - bringing drinks, collecting dishes, friendly smiles."
"This place is good for take out. They have a variety of choices but we still order the same. We tried the beef and broccoli and did not like it. We have never tried eating in their dining room but looks crowded every time we order takeout."
"I have been here a couple of times before, and Panda Buffet's food is good for the price you pay. My only complaints are I felt like I was being forced to leave, more on that later, and there were a lot of flies where we sat.Location: The location is easy enough to find. I didn't encounter any solicitors, and there were ample parking -- it's located in a strip with other shops. Price: The price you pay for the food you get is good, more so average. There weren't many seafood, but for the price, you get the typical Chinese buffet you're looking for.Food: Like the typical Chinese buffet, there were several food. It was quite obvious that some of the seafood wasn't fresh, but that's the case for most buffets. It was a bit unappetizing because I noticed flies flying around -- they were also hidden behind the window blinds. Other than those details and concerns, the food was quite tasty.Customer Service: It may have just been my waitress (because I noticed she did the same thing to other customers as well), but the treatment I received was quite odd. I have no complaints about her timely manner when picking up our finished plates or refilling our drinks -- it's more of how she directly treated us (my friends and I). While we were still eating, we were handed the check to pay -- I guess I can understand this happening when it is busy, but the buffet wasn't busy at all. In addition to this, as she handed us our receipt to sign, she said, "Make sure you leave a good tip." As odd as it was, I believe it was scripted primarily because she repeated the same thing to everyone else, which is fine... but odd. Overall, I would return again when I'm craving a lot of Chinese food. I may not go for their sushi because that was bland -- other food tasted just like any other Chinese food you eat."
"Buffet time! Hubby and I went on a Saturday around noon. Service was very nice. We were greeted by a sweet young lady who answered our questions and explained what beverage selections were included (a fruit punch, ginger tea, or milk tea). I opted for a "lightly sweet" ginger tea and it was perfectly lightly sweet with the right amount of ginger. We were unfamilar with most items on the buffet, but there are cards with the name of each dish and our server kindly explained anything we asked about. The level of spice was perfect for me (I'm a mid-level spicy girl!). If you're a super spicy "hot head" like my hubby, there are some chili pepper based condiments on the buffet. There are lots of dishes to try, so I made a video showing some of them. The side table also has condiments, salad, fruit, and desserts - all included. The food tastes freshly, fully prepared in-house as our hostess explained. We were not disappointed by any of the dishes we tried. A standout for me was the mango curry - I could have eaten two plates of that, but I needed to save room for all of the other delectable dishes I tried. Our hostess also let us know that you can purchase buffet to-go by the pound ($10/lb). The sit down price was also reasonble (for as good as the food is) - it was about $18/person. A few books more per person and they add on freshly made crepes. I'll try that next time! This restauarant is in a strip mall that is easy to find, but the actual restaurant is hard to see from the main street. There is tons of parking in the lot. This is the first buffet I've found in Fort Worth that is actually delicious!"
"I really enjoyed this self-paced buffet. The hubbs and I indulged in the weekend buffet (which includes everything on the menu). It's pricey, but worth it if you arrive hangry. We had not eaten since lunch time the day before, so our tummies could try a variety of items. The raw items to the steamed to the fully cooked/fried items were delicious. I love that you submit an order (5 items per order) to your waiter and then your food is prepared fresh. This concept is perfect for buffets. I'm sure it helps keep food waste to a minimum. The menu is extensive and you are able to just order a regular plate of food, if you don't want to indulge in the sit down buffet. Everyone will find something yummy to eat from this menu. I even loved my green tea ice cream I had for dessert. Wait staff is very friendly and attentive. The booths are warm and inviting. This is one of the nicest restaurants in this area."
"4 out of 5 for my first delivery orderGeneral tso's chicken & fried rice 8.5House fried rice 7Chicken fried riceChicken nuggets 7Egg rolls 8Ordering was so tough. The menu was huge, but the items I selected came hot and fresh. I'm new to the GP area and had a taste for Chinese takeout. Unfortunately, the reviews weren't helpful, so I looked over the pictures & recent entries before ordering. I'm happy I did. I'll definitely check out more of the menu in the future, but my takeout fix was fulfilled. Thanks for the cute fruit"
"I was in the area and was looking for a good Indian restaurant and tried this place on a whim and I was very pleased! They give a daily soup during lunch, today was a vegetable corn soup. It was delicious, with good flavors without being too spicy. In fact the soup was so good that I decided to order their samosa as appetizer. The samosa's were also excellent, so many good flavors. It was served with a chutney sauce and another type of sauce. As the main entree I wanted to try something different than the typical Indian dishes that are the most common in the USA I ordered a vegetarian dish called Navratan Koorma. It's a mix of different vegetables in a creamy cashew sauce with rice and Naan bread. It was good and flavorful. The naan was bread was amazing, I've been to a few other restaurants in the area that have really unflavorful bread so this was nice.I was pretty full at the moment but felt like trying one dessert to have tried something from all parts of their menu and ordered Gulab Jamoon. An old classic, it was very good as well. It was slightly warm and freshly made and was a perfect end to the meal. The service was excellent throughout, the server gave me updates when one of the dishes were close to being ready. I thought the presentation was also very nice. I will definitely keep this restaurance in place next time I'm in the area."
"Consistent and deliciousNow I find ordering take out still as deliciousI would recommend this place to anyone"
"10/10 would recommend. The place is beautifully decorated and the staff is very friendly. Our server was very personable and made us laugh a lot. She was very attentive. We went around 8:00pm and they closed at 9:30pm. Fresh food was still coming out of the kitchen. People were still pouring in. The bathroom had paper towels over flowing in the bin but honestly that was the only thing I saw wrong here."
"LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Clean and very good food!!! We love the jalapeño chicken!!!!!! The price is very reasonable!!"
