"This entertainment c NYT is pretty sweet. There is so much going on inside, including a small zip lining area. There's an entire game area that's unbelievable. There's also a restaurant that's inside and outside, and has large screens for tv viewing. The theaters are LARGE with recliners and pods. Lots of room to stretch out. So much sound the chairs shake. The popcorn and drinks are self-serve, so I was shocked that they ask for tips. Of course it's up to you if you tip or not -- you could always tip yourself. But once inside in the recliners, you can order food to be delivered. That'd be a good time to tip."
"Grap your ball or get one at the Center and GO BOWLING !Pin Center at 112 Williams Ave in Cleburne Texas is our favorite place on Saturday night.(I'm not a pro or even that good) but I always have a great time. They have a bar and game room also, go check it out !!"
"Where do I start. Me and the family got a chance to visit as a part of our pogo pass. It was alright. We chose to bowl, it's nothing special but decent for the price. It's also a good time for the family. I would suggest that they get better games tho. A lot of them seem redundant. Good for about an hour worth and that's it."
"The arcade was really fun. Unfortunately we came on a Monday at lunch and none of the other attractions except bowling were open. 4 of us played for an hour on around 100 dollars. The young man assisting us seemed to be the only person working. He was very helpful and kind. There were very few things open to do with kids on a Monday so we waited several hours for this place to open and were disappointed that we could not do an escape room or anything else. It would be helpful if it indicated that only bowling and video games were available until 5."
"Had a blast bowling on a Monday evening. Our server was very polite and made sure we had what we needed. My kid enjoyed the games and prizes. Will be back to bowl!"
"Bowling alley? I used to bowl a LOT but not for years. Friends we were visiting suggested a bowling party, so six of us went, grabbed two lanes and had sort of a competition. Easy to get balls and shoes (mine were long gone) and the staff was friendly. It was embarrassing (for me). My 190 average? Long gone. My first game was like 85, but I did increase it to 140+ - guess I need to "get back into the game".Still loads of fun, nice "blast to the past" and everyone was nice while we were there."
"Every day is Halloween here in this day-glo infused world of Monster Mini Golf. Creepy ghouls greet you at every turn, Frankenstein springs to life when you least expect it, and an undead organ player will serenade you with a haunting tune before you head to the final hole where you whack your ball into the gaping mouth of a giant evil clown. In spite of the spooky theme, this place shouldn't frighten the little ones, especially if they're old enough to play golf.Golf games can be played with or without keeping score, but it obviously goes faster if you don't. The only thing that detracts from the fun is that it can sometimes get too crowded. Groups of players are sent in back to back which causes everyone to get stacked up so closely that you may have to wait before proceeding to the next hole the entire time (and feel the pressure of others waiting for you).In addition to mini golf there is a laser maze, mini bowling and arcade games along with a prize counter to cash in your tickets for some tchotchkes (that you've paid handsomely for!).All told, it's an enjoyable place to spend an afternoon (they don't open til noon) or evening for kids of all ages."
"Service is impeccable. The fact that they fully clean your lane when you are done for the next person is awesome. Great vibe, fun house balls. Good looked good but didn't try."
"I seriously doubt anyone would specifically come to Mineral Wells on purpose - unless you were tricked with some mind altering drugs. But should you happen to end up here as a resident, or a guest, you have VERY limited options for socializing, and entertainment. I've already reviewed "The Dog House" so with that I'm sure you'll steer clear of that fine establishment. Most people in Mineral Wells drink heavily as their main form of entertainment, or just because they're thirsty, really they dont need a reason to drink its just what they do. DWI is another favorite pass time. I personally dont suggest this. Porch sitting is the next best form of entertainment..... but slightly less amusing unless you live in the SW part of town, at Crawford Apts, Country Club Estates, or one of the MANY trailer parks - then porch sitting could be the ticket to hours of entertainment.... light show provided courtesy of MWPD at no charge. But when its date night, or the fellas have talked you into joining a bowling league then your new home away from home will be the Bowling Alley... When this day comes, you'll know you've arrived. However please note that regular patrons of the bowling alley automatically forfeit the possibility of EVER being allowed membership at the almighty Holiday Hills Country Club - its just impossible to hold both memberships or even one member cavort with a member of the other said establishment so choose your entertainment carefully..... Once your snubbed in Mineral Wells - by the wanna-be's or cronies and old money out at the Country Club - its like being blackballed for LIFE! They keep a secret list that is passed down, I've been told.... I happen to love "the bowling alley" because they have somewhat new lanes - no more then 15 yr old - which is new... basically. I dont suggest renting shoes here, bring you own if possible and of course if your brave enough to be out and about with the locals, then your defiantly brave enough to eat at the grill here at the bowling alley - they have a great burger, and concession stand style food that's sure to please. The best part of the bowling alley is unlike much of the other entertainment (listed below) THEY HAVE BEER FOR YOU ALREADY!! If bowling isn't your thing.... that leaves you with these options, listed in no particular order... Choose wisely my friend; choose wisely.. 1. Mountaineer Lanes Bowling (highly recommended) 2. The Brazos Cinema - with its whopping 3 theaters - bring beer 3. A multitude of churches - all different denominations all equally entertaining - bring beer (Mormon and Jehovah's Witness are the best) 4. The duck pond out at Woodland Park Cemetery - yes this is considered entertainment - bring beer 5. A handful of other bars that are slightly less scary then The Dog House 6. The City Park - over looked by the trailer park 'round back. - bring beer 7. Bingo at the VFW - bring cash 8. Wal-Mart - if you've never been to WalMart in a hick town - your in for a real treat. Make sure to take your video camera, you could be the next star on youtube with the video footage. - bring beer 9. The City Carwash - yes the carwash doubles as a social gathering place in Mineral Wells, when you've ran out of gas from cruising "the drag" all night. - bring beer 10. Sitting out at the Brazos River - bring beer 11. Cow Tipping - this will provide hours of entertainment - bring beer 12. Snipe Hunting - You'll need a guide but any local will be happy to assist - bring beer. 13. Any laundry mat - will provide hours of entertainment as well - bring beer14. Last but not least - Lions Park - its called something else now, and is chained up, and its illegal to enter, but should you feel ballsy and dare enter the sacred grounds - be ready to have the holy $HIT scared of you... this place is HAUNTED and a dangerous place - but fun when you've already drank lots of beer and exhausted all other entertainment options here in the beautiful city of Mineral Wells. Dont worry if you go to jail for trespassing, public drunkenness, DWI, lewdness, disorderly conduct, public nudity, or any number of things DONT WORRY Fudgie (local bail bondsmen) WILL get ANYONE out - besides jail is one of the very BEST sources of entertainment so ENJOY! (Beer provided at jail for a nominal fee)"
"I had an awesome experience here and I gotta say Braylon was the best server I've had at any bowling alley/bar. He definitely deserves this review and this place is awesome!! I'll definitely be back"

I can't really write a review for the food or service because we got their at 15 minutes till 11p and were told that the kitchen closes at 11p. The website says that they close at midnight, but apparently that isn't the case for the kitchen. I was a bit disappointed that we went there thinking that they were open for at least another hour. The server wasn't rude about it, and I didn't want to go ahead and order knowing that they were closing. I asked if there was another place in the area that was still open for food, and they suggested an Irish Pub across the street. We ended up going there and having a pretty good meal.As far as the ambiance. It looked like it could have been a fun place if they weren't closing so early. If I am ever in the area again, I may go back and give them another try.

EVO has a lot going on inside such as a arcade area, a restauraunt area and movie theater. They have a couple of areas for parking. My friend and I came here to watch the IF movie. I ordered tickets online and was unable to print my tickets at the kiosk. I asked a staff member about checking in and he informed us we could just walk in. The seats were comfortable and spacious. The movie was heartfelt and sweet, we enjoyed it. The prices for food and tickets were expensive. However I would return to check out another movie.

If I could give a zero, I would. Mike and Stacie, the owners, are crooks. We took our grandkids to bowl. Paid $50+ for two hours. We ended up leaving after about 40 minutes. Only got through 4 frames. The problems were endless. 1st. OMG HOT! It appears they haven't run their AC in ages. They're definitely not effectively cooling the bowling alley. It's not surprising though, as the customer's comfort does NOT matter to the owners! 2nd The bumpers for the lanes were broken. Three balls got stuck in the gutter. 3rd The equipment did not work. At one point, all the pins dropped when the machines were setting up for the next bowler. The machine also cleared the before the bowler's second throw, but the scoring stayed on the second throw. When the next bowler came up, the pins did not clear and reset. CLEARLY the equipment is not synchronized. We decided that 40 minutes of not getting what we paid for was not going to work for us. We asked the manager (young kid) and was told that their "corporate" policy was to give gift certificates for a return visit, not a credit card refund. **What**??? Why would we come back to a place that is the most run down, piece of crap bowling alley, and do this all over again? The manager called the owners and my husband spoke to Mike. After explaining our issue, Mike said that we could take the gift certificate or leave! So, we left. I wonder if Mike is aware of people's ability to dispute charges with their credit card company.

During our most recent visit staff was outstanding and on that end things have seemed to improve. Unfortunately with the take over from Itz to Game Time, they have lost the last thing that made this place worth going too. Previously they had some sort of unlimited pass for a certain amount of time in a day, that included attractions. That no longer exists. We decided to just load a card with funds, which previously you could use points for attractions. They didn't explain at the front counter they don't warn folks points no longer work for attractions, so we had to find out at the bumper cars that we have to go back up front and buy attraction credits at just shy of $8 a pop. During our visit on a Sunday, we ended up not seeing a single person doing bumper cars, rock wall, or lazer tag which normally being used regularly on a weekend day. Plus, the number of people on a weekend reminded us of the number that would be there on an early afternoon on a weekday. Covid killed off the buffet, the recent buy out killed off their decent all in pass for x amount for x amount of time. Now are running things a bit more like their competitors Alley Cats & Main Event. Yet there really hasn't been anything updated or improved upon in the 3 or 4 months that they have become Gametime. The cost is about the same as Main Event which is a better maintained place. While they have the indoor rock wall and bumper cars Alley cats has mini-golf and other outdoor rides. I don't expect Gametime to survive without bringing back the thing that brought people to Itz, even if there is some sort of price increase or slight change in set up. Like one unlimited pass for games and an upgrade for attractions... or vice versa. Cause there are to many just unlimited game play places in the area.

Be SURE to read the fine print on their website for the their promotions. We came here for my nieces birthday on a Tuesday and expected to pay $2 for bowling and beers. Nope! $72 for 7 people to bowl and full priced drinks. The signs around the establishment say $2 with no disclaimer on the bottom. There are disclaimers on the website. Bowling was fun. I like the lanes and all of the cool lights. The bar staff and everyone else we encountered were very nice and attentive. The music was also pretty good. Throw backs that I hadn't heard in a while.

"Where do old movies go when they retire? Apparently, they lace up their bowling shoes and hit the lanes at Bowlski! This place is like the ultimate crossover episode between Hollywood and the bowling alley. I mean, where else can you knock down pins while feeling like you're in a scene from Casablanca? And let's talk about the drinks! I had a Deep Eddy Lemon mixed with lemonade that was so good, it should win an Oscar. It's like the perfect pairing for a strike - smooth and refreshing, just like my bowling technique (or lack thereof). But enough about the libations, let's talk atmosphere. It's like stepping into a time machine where the '50s collide with modern-day coolness. You've got the retro vibes of the historic movie theater mixed with the eclectic energy of a trendy bowling alley. It's like if The Big Lebowski decided to throw a party in an old cinema. So, whether you're a movie buff looking to roll some strikes or just in need of a killer cocktail in a seriously cool setting, Bowlski is where it's at. Just be warned: you might leave feeling like a bowling superstar, even if your score says otherwise. Cue the applause!"

Was looking for fun activities for kids to do in Frisco and came across Monster Mini Golf. We got the terrific trio combo, which includes 1 round of mini golf, 1 game of laser maze, and 1 game of bowling ($18/person). Pretty good deals here! We also played the arcade games too. The mini golf set-up is pretty cool with the glow-in-the-dark decorations. The holes themselves were kind of repetitive, they weren't too challenging and didn't have as much variety compared to the usual outdoor mini golf places. Laser maze was a tiny room, pretty fast game. Good for kids. I actually liked the kids version of bowling here better than actual bowling. The bowling balls and alleys are smaller and you can just wear your regular shoes.

"Very, very cool spot! Came here on 11/12/24 for a team building event with my department at work. They charge per hour per person and it includes your shoes. Since we came on a Tuesday, we received half off per bowler - $6.50! That's truly a steal! When you walk in, there are booths and tables to the left to "lounge" in and several table to the right. I heard there use to be pool tables and games in this area, but no longer. Not sure why they were removed, because it would have added an extra oomph to the place. There aren't many lanes, maybe 15-20ish...??? Wasn't very busy when we arrived around 2pm, but got busier about an hour later. Received our shoes quickly and got our lanes setup. We all ordered drinks, I had the All The Way - this was DELISH! I also had the Paloma, which was ok. The pepperoni pizza was great, and it came with ranch without me even asking for it. Score! We also ordered the Texas Two Step, which is bite sized pretzels and sausage with cheese dip. This was also very yummy! The real star of the show was our server. I wish I would have caught her name, but she was the MVP. I believe she was the only server covering the entire area, She was killin it! She was running around like a crazy person, but she did an amazing job and was a total sweetheart the entire time. I'm really looking forward to coming back soon, maybe on a date night or something."
"I absolutely enjoyed myself at this entertainment center. I like the variety of activities that you can do so I recommend coming with a plan and expecting to spend hours here. You can play pickleball and corn hole outside, go bowling, watch movies, and just snack and lounge around. It's a bummer that everything is a separate cost, but I hoped all the activities were bundled together in one price. I'm sure they have that option, though, and if they do, that would be phenomenal. We saw dune part 2. I thought you could order food in the theater but we couldn't, which was a bummer. Overall we had a lot of fun here and the food was also really good!"
"This place is amazing! It is the arcade of arcades, with lights flashing and bells ringing, as well as all the machines making their noises. Though it is many things in addition to an arcade, the ambiance is straight arcade! You can bowl here, play pool, play ping pong, sing karaoke, bowl, and of course eat too!The service was great. I had problem with a couple machines and there was always somebody right there to help. In fact, each section had at least 1 to 2 employees there. If you enjoy arcades I recommend you check this place out!"
"We went here for a birthday party for a classmate of our little one. From a kid's perspective, it was a lot fun. There is bowling for kids and adults, and arcade games. She had fun. From an adult's perspective, it was good to see her have fun with her friends. There were some problems with the venue, though. It was really loud and after a few hours it gets annoying. Hard to talk to other parents. The food was very average. The arcade games are super expensive. Overall, it was fun and I think 4 stars is a fair assessment."
"Our friend invited us to a night of bowling. She warned us we were headed to a low rent, smoke filled dive of a bowling alley. She might as well told us she had a winning lottery ticket to split with us - we were all over this joint. Lakes Lanes reminds me of what bowling is - a fun game that has some seriously good players. Lakes Lanes is where you take your custom shoes and custom ball and no one looks twice at you. Beer is cheap, you pick the juke box music and there's not a game of laser tag, laser lights or a cosmo cocktail around. It's perfect in every way, the way things used to be before we became addicted to extra."
"I came into town with friends and went to this specific Round 1 for the crane machines. Their prizes are much better at this location than Grapevine. The employees are very helpful and show me how to win certain prizes or reset the prizes for me when needed. My favorite game to play here is Angry Birds slot machine since it's easy to win tickets from there. The prices of the machines are decently priced. I came out winning so many plushies between my friends and I. I will say some crane machines are hard and definitely required watching how to win before trying. The plushies are so soft and cute, it was very hard to stop playing. I recommend coming here on a date or with friends to show off your skills!"
"If you still bowl or want to bowl, this is a great place. There are plenty of lanes and space to stay to yourself and the people you come with. Plenty of ball choices, decent food, and easy renting of shoes/lane."
"This place is really cool and really fun! Very unique twist on several games. It's like bowling and beer pong all in one. You try and throw the football and knock over all of the pins before the other team. It's seems very easy, but it's not easy at all. I said the same thing. Great for big groups. They also have food and a bar, along with some darts and couple of arcade games."
"The chicken and waffles is bomb! Big crispy chicken, and soft waffles. I'd suggest getting buffalo sauce to dip it with. The shrimp and fry's are kinda just there to take up a menu spot. Our bartender was awesome!Games looked pretty fun, although kinda pricey. I'd be a happy camper to watch a movie and eat some good food."
"This place is a pretty fun place to hang out with your friends or family. There's good service and the place is a nice 80s theme ish."
"Have been here twice in the last couple months with some friends for Cosmic Bowling. Literally perfect for the price. It's $15 all you can bowl from 10 pm-1 am. Don't be expecting Brunswick, it's more run down but they did some remodeling a couple years ago. But honestly for the price you can't really beat it. They have a bar, but it isn't a full bar. I have been on a Friday and Saturday and it was never overcrowded but almost the whole time the lanes were full. Music is loud, they have the black lights on. It's honestly just a good way to hang out with friends for a decent price. I will definitely keep coming back more often, especially since I work the night shift."
"Very nice bowling alley, clean and upbeat. Several lanes, a big game area and a big sized bar. My 4 yr old grandson had the time of his life. I'm not a bowler but it was fun and got to have good quality family time."
"Love these lanes. Great lanes- they take really good care of them. And there are really good specials if you look at their FB page"
"This place would have been outdated in 2005, that said it was 20 dollars for 4 people and shoes. The air hockey game didn't work right and the music player wasn't working. I'd go back just off the price alone but don't expect anything but a cheap bowling alley."
"It's an older bowling alley in River Oaks, about what you'd expect. We were there on a Friday night and did not wait long. During the week, it's $8 per person to bowl. I tried to find out pricing on the website and it only had the weekday price listed. So, I was a little surprised it was more on Friday night. Not terribly expensive, but I would have preferred to have been able to find the pricing on my own.The guys behind the desk were great. We didn't order anything at the bar, but it was busy based on the constant "Order ready for..." calls over the PA. The food looked like high school foot ball stadium nachos, etc.The lanes were a bit slippery, and balls a bit oily. The software that keeps score looks like a kids video game. It's been a while since I bowled and maybe this is just how it is now. I could do without the dinosaurs shouting "Party!" when I scored a strike. But idk, maybe that makes it more fun?Overall a pretty positive experience. I think I'd come on a weekday next time for better pricing."
"Very clean and workers were very helpful, but felt a little out of place. We were the only Hispanics in the place and at first everyone just stared at us, we didn't pay them any attention continued on with our games and in no time everyone was just doing them. Very small town, workers were friendly and they had great specials."
"The guy who runs this shop is very knowledgeable about different bowling balls, bowling styles, and can't point any one in the right direction. He can give pointers and some insight on helping you decide on choosing the right ball for you. I think it was best when I made an appointment with him, you don't actually have to but it made the process quick and easy. My boyfriend and I both bought a ball from here maybe 3 weeks ago and we really are starting to love the game more and more, even to the point of some day joining a bowling league. So if you're looking for some decently priced bowling balls this is the place to go. I recommend, it's way better than bowling with the house bowling balls. I'm sure I'll be back in the near future to purchase a ball I can hook with a bit more weight to it. Come check it out!"
