Busy B's Bakery

A younger lady whom I didn't recognize was soooooooooo RUDE. She wasn't the regular lady to takes the cash and gets the order. She should never come back. Customer service should always be a priority. Behaviors observed:RudeRaised her voice Acted as if I was bothering her Started speaking a foreign language I my presence, so I couldn't detect what she was saying. So....!!!! Fucking RUDE .!!Unbelievable

Busy B has been for a number of years if not decades. Staff is usually nice and they have a decent selection. Though there are a lot of the more hole in the wall donut shops that do things better. The two interesting things that I could make negative notes are that if you get a non-cheese or jalapeño sausage roll .... It is a sausage in a roll. Not what most of us expect when ordering said things. They also have this nice large space with tables & chairs; but ever since the 2020 closers they have had the chairs up with no option for dine in. There isn't a lot of donut shops with that option or the space to offer that. So it's a little sad to see it wasted.

This place was such a pleasant surprise and we loved everything about it.The cinnamon roll was damn good!!Everyone in there was so nice.The owner also went above and beyond when a couple came in after us and didn't know what a real kolache was and it was their first time there and didn't have cash (snce it's cash only). They were going to leave but she still offered them a kolache on the house so they could try it.

The Bavarian cream kolache tasted like a yeast roll with a small dollop of butter in the center. I bought 12 and every single one of them was lacking filling. Not sure how anyone could call this a kolache. What a waste of money. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I saw a picture of kolaches from a separate busy B's location and they looked completely different. There is clearly no consistency in quality.Edit: Just a moment after posting my review, I found a hair embedded inside of one of the kolaches. How wonderful.

Still my favorite bakery. They always give fast friendly service. I really like the cake donuts and they have the best chocolate covered donut holes.

There are way to many decent hole in the wall donut shops in this area to bother going to a marginal one like this. Very poor selection of donuts, and the woman behind the counter was unpleasant. We just went there to try something new, and I regret it.

This place holds special memories for me. It's gone through several owners throughout the years, but they still offer the same variety as when I first started going and have added some great new treats as well. I enjoy their chocolate chip cupcake, jalepeno rolls, and sticky buns. They'll heat whatever you'd like warmed in the microwave prior to serving!

This is our favorite donut shop! They have traditional kolaches with fruit, regular meat kolaches, and a large selection of donuts. They are always very friendly, and have even put sprinkles on donuts for us if they were out.

I've been to this Busy B's a total of 4 times now ... Usually the staff is really nice and the customers sitting around enjoying their coffee are extremely nice and patient with my daughter who will usually come visit their table once or twice during the time I'm ordering or throwing away trash because there are no strangers in her universe. I had to drop a couple stars because 3 out of 4 times my daughter and I have gone in no later than 9am (My shift starts at 10 ...) and they are out of something common. At least two of those times they were out of plain doughnut holes ... which most hole in the wall doughnut places are giving a few a way with every order to make sure they get rid of 'em all by the end of the day. Another time was I want to say regular glazed which is the only kind I will eat, and the other was regular sausage rolls. Which with the sausage rolls they had at least the jumbo which was a-ok for who I was buying them for. Lucky for mommy they have never been out of my daughters beloved chocolate covered doughnut. Yet now I have said this *knock on wood* that is what they will be out of the next time we come here out of convenience instead of venturing to our usual donuts stop.

I have been going to this bakery for years. I went this morning before work ordered two jumbo cheese Colotchie's and one cinnamon roll.My cinnamon roll was dry I could tell it was old so I decided to call to see if next time I come in if they would replace my cinnamon roll the lady proceeded to argue with me over 99 cents!Ridiculous
