Bushi Bushi is unique because you ordered through the QR code on your own. There is also a robot that comes out to delivery your food depending on what dish it is. It's nice when you do not want to be bothered and want to have a quiet transaction. The service is there if you need help by actual workers, they will ensure they you are taken care of. It is not your typical dim sum place where they push the carts but the quality does taste good and fresh. The dishes always comes out HOT! I am so happy they have my favorite dishes - steamed spring rolls and then the pork and shrimp dumplings. All can be pretty pricey but its because it comes out fresh and the quality is top notch! Honestly haven't really ordered anything outside of that.

Finally checked out Bushi Bushi while coming across this spot multiple times dining/taking out from nearby restaurants. As you enter, you are greeted by a staff and immediately get seated at the table. Inside has a dark lighting with both regular tables as well as bar tables. You can choose to order through your mobile phone by scanning their QR menu or checking off through their paper menu.I will mention my personal negatives about the place:Maybe because I only eat out 2-3 times a month, but the price was too high for the portion of meals. Their soup dumpling (D2) was not good at all. I did wait for all my dishes to arrive before consuming; so, that has some cause. However, other place still tasted good. Also, lo mein noodle was definitely kept frozen improperly.I also tried their Pan Fried Bun (D8), which I thought was really good - appropriate amount of filling with fluffy buns. Although, their lo mein noodle had a old taste, but other ingredients were fresh and the dish was still flavorful. Lastly, I also tried their Yeung Chow Fried Rice, which was really flavor. Their chili oil made the dish even better for something that loves spicy! Now, their service was really good - multiple check ups by the staff, very friendly, and helpful. Will I be back? Hope so, I need to try some of their other dishes!

Someone born and raised in Hong Kong here. I ordered most of the classic dimsum - charsiu bao, chicken with glutinous rice, chicken feet, chicken & shrimp siumai, carrot cake, hargao, and xiaolongbao. All the dishes were really mid. I could tell none of these dimsum dish was made fresh and all was frozen previously. The siumai had this bitter taste.I probably am not their target audience. I should've checked the yelp page beforehand. No dimsum was featured here, but orange chicken, etc.

My friends and I decided we wanted dim sum and one of my friends had never had soup dumplings and we figured why not here. I've been to the location in Frisco and it was good so I knew this would be just as good. We ordered dim sum and family style. We were so full and had to take some home. It made for a great snack later. Food was fresh, service was great and it was a busy atmosphere. Great for small and large parties. Check it out if you're in the Addison area. Till then, let's eat!!!

This place was pretty good! I came here with 6 other friends for lunch and they were able to accommodate us quickly at a large table. We ordered a few dishes and my favorites were the shumai and the steam rice cakes! The string beans with pork were slightly salty and the peking duck was okay (it was not as crispy as I would like it to be). Overall, I would go here again but it wouldn't be my first choice! The ambiance was pretty nice; it was darker inside but it felt like it would be a good dinner spot!

We tried the flat noodles and the Mapo tofu. The tofu was OK but, the noodles were actually very good. Going back that would be what I would order again. Service was very good.

The atmosphere is extremely calming and relaxed in here. Not only that, but it's easy to order and get everything you want. They have workers walking around helping you get your order figured out, but you can also order it from your phone-- which is super cool to me. There's even a robot waiter delivering your food! The soup dumplings (all of them) and the hot oil wontons are easily my favorite things to get here!

Parking was easy. Service was okay. I didn't like that you have to use a QR code for just about everything. I understand but don't like it. I would say that this place is a dim sum place and not a soup dumpling place. The dim sum is pretty good. The soup dumpling was not to my liking. It was okay. The soup was thick like they had put cornstarch in it. Now back to the dim sum. Everything was pretty good. I am very picky on the rice in leaf and that was eh. I probably wouldn't order again. The noodle wrapped in beef was yummy. It was to my liking not too much noodle like other dim sum places. Oddly the place has lots of wine. I don't know what they have after lunch but thought it was odd because my family has never ordered wine at a Chinese dinner. And this place had a full bar of it. Would definitely come back for more dim sum and maybe try a noodle dish.

I normally have Dim Sum at Kowloon whenever I'm visiting Arlington, but I've been on the hunt for good Dim Sum within Dallas and Bushi Bushi has been on my list for a while now. I finally tried it and found a good dim sum restaurant in Dallas, and I recommend it to anyone craving authentic dim sum. There is a slight wait for food, the quality and flavors make it worth the trip.Food (4.2/5):On my first visit, I tried several dishes:* Pork Soup Dumplings: These were good but mediocre.* Hot Oil Wontons: The wontons themselves were solid, but I wasn't a huge fan of the hot oil sauce.* Shrimp Noodle Rice Roll: I've always enjoyed this dish and it met my expectations. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, and the sweet sauce that came with it was the perfect complement.* Diced Chicken with Spicy Chilis: I've had this dish at a Chinese restaurant in Carrollton where it was overly floral and soapy from too much peppercorn. Here, it was great. The flavors were balanced, spicy, and addictive. On my second visit, I came back with my brother, and we reordered our favorites:* Pork Soup Dumplings, Shrimp Rice Rolls, & Diced Chicken with Spicy Peppers: These dishes still held up as delicious as the first time.* Beef Pan-Fried Udon with Black Pepper: This dish was good but a little too heavy on the seasoning (salt or MSG). It was tasty but excessive in flavor. We also ordered Red Bean Sesame Balls to-go, which my mom loved as a sweet ending to the meal.Service (3.8/5):The service here is standard for a dim sum spot. The staff were friendly, but it wasn't anything exceptiona. Food did take a bit of time to come out, so if you're in a rush, it's something to keep in mind.Ambiance (4/5):The ambiance is casual and laid-back, with plenty of seating and a bar area. It's a comfortable spot for enjoying a relaxed meal with friends or family. The space is spacious, and the vibe is typical of most dim sum places--nothing too fancy but cozy enough to make it a good experience.
