Burger Express

Still hand down best burgers in DFW!! The Cajun fries are .I love this little Bobs Birger shop called burger express.The bread was fresh, the patty was fresh, charbroiled and tasted like an actually burger unlike other places. I can tell this food was made with ! Well seasoned and flavorful.I paid under 13$ for that meal and it was still better quality than restaurant burgers !This is the mom n pop version of five guys n mooyah burger with the Bobs burger feel.Still better than mooyah n 5guys

A good place to eat quality burgers, good fries, friendly service affordable price if you're looking for something fancy this is not your place. If you're looking for just good food. This is your spot.

Health Warning! This place was so gross and dirty on the public customer side. Imagine how it must look in kitchen or inside the coolers. Gross!!! I asked for money back and left.

I'd been waiting a bit to go here. Won't do it again. $13 for a 1/2 lb, fries and drink. They almost seem angry that I placed an order. Good, nice flavor. The place is dirty and outdated. Need a cleaning, fresh paint and more cleaning. As I leave, I made eye contact and say 'thank you' and wave....no reply, just a dead eyed look.

Wow, very surprised at this place. It's a little burger shop in a corner collection of restaurants close to an industrial park. I expected a mediocre Burger at best, but Burger Express came through with a delicious Burger, delicious fries, and a delicious jalapeno ketchup. It's a little divey but the meat is too shelf. I had to half pound burger with a fried egg on top which was delicious. I tried their fried chicken sandwich as well, really really good. The Philly cheesesteak was decent, too many bell peppers and not enough cheese, but again the meat was delicious.Overall for a small strip mall burger joint, fantastic.

Yum! I'm a bit of a burger snob... I have to say , there's nothing like a burger cooked on an open fire ! These are absolutely delicious. I didn't expect much at all , but when I pulled up, I could smell the meat cooking . Size was great ! The ONLY reason it's not a 5 is the price . Everything is sold separate . The burger was $9 fries $2 I believe . But this will be my lunch spot !

This place came as a recommendation from the team I'm visiting who said it was a good, quick place to grab lunch. The portions are quite large, so you definitely get your monies worth. The Cajun fries were good just not crispy. The burger patty did not taste like fresh ground beef, more like a previously frozen patty. I did like the sesame bun. I could return here, but I'm not running back.

Sometimes you find the best food in the most unlikely places. Tucked away in a little strip center at Valwood and Luna is one such place. The place is Burger Express. What they serve is a damn good burger.They have two sizes of burgers to choose from 1/3 pound and a half pound. If you are not in the mood for a burger they have chicken sandwiches both grill or fried. They also have chicken strips and a Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwich. The burgers are flame grilled, which is always something I enjoy. The fries are cooked to order so they are always hot in charge with your burger. And it is in the details that sets themselves apart they even serve their burgers on a perfectly toasted bun. If you order a combo meal you get your choice of crinkle cut fries seasoned fries or onion rings. For a burger with cheese and fries and a drink you will come away spending just under $10. If you want to add some of the add-ons it will be slightly more. Some of the add-ons that they offer are bacon fried eggs grilled onions grilled mushrooms and grilled jalapenos. They also have a bar from which you can get lettuce tomatoes onions pickles and jalapenos to add to your sandwich. The only disappointment in this place is that they do not serve dessert!

This place is great if you're looking for a delicious good ol' fashion burger. But you can also add different toppings if you wanted to get fancy. Bacon, grilled onions, and an egg on top is how I like mine and it came out perfectly! I'll have to try some of the other options next time. The seasoned crinkle-cut fries come out hot and crispy, not soggy like other places. The new owners are friendly and it looks like they're planning on remodeling and changing up the menu. I can't wait to see everything when it's done!

Nothing "express" about this place as you'll be waiting for a bit for your food. The prices are sky-high for a place with the word "express" in it. Based on what I see here, this place had previous owners who did serve a variety of burgers - including the salmon burger, turkey burger, and vegetarian burger seen still advertised on the wall. But judging from the menu behind the counter, with various items blacked out, they just do beef burgers now. The 1/3 lb cheeseburger I got tasted almost exactly like Burger King. At 3x the price. Good, but not worth the expense, or the wait.
