Burger Box

Went on Saturday for lunch and the drive thru had about 4 cars in line. I went inside and placed an order to go. The burgers are old fashioned, 1/4lb patties, made fresh to order. So don't be in a huge hurry. It will be worth the short wait. The burgers come with mustard, lettuce, onion & tomatoes. They take your order, write it on brown bag, give it to kitchen to make. When ready, the girl at the counter placed the bag on the counter and stated the details of the order "box burger no mustard." The guy who ordered ahead of me jumped up, she repeated the order, he said yes, grabbed it and left. I almost thought to say something but thought maybe he ordered the same thing as me. Next up on the counter was a mushroom burger that no one claimed. At that point I told the girl that maybe the guy infront of me took my burger and that was his. She quickly got my order re-made. A suggestion would be to maybe take the order and a name. That wouldn't prevent someone from not paying attention but possibly it would help. Once I got my burger it was delicious and just how I remember. Seasoned well and served on a sturdy bun with plenty of fresh veg. And as ordered with no mustard. The girl working the counter did have hickeys on her neck and didn't represent Burger Box in a professional way which they could benefit from getting back to how it was previously (different owners). I recognize help is hard to get so maybe the owners are reluctant to enforce higher standards for dress and appearance. But I was there for the food and it was good so I am satisfied. :)

Let's just say wow. I didn't expect this burger to be on the side of perfection. Perfect Char along with perfect everything. The onion rings were so crunchy! The girls behind the counter were very friendly ! I am impressed!

I guess the military discount is the incentive because there's no other reason to go to this restaurant... unless you've got the 'munchies'. Food portion is large, but it's junk food. Flavors are basic - McDonald's is just as flavorful.Feels greasy, but it does serve a large amount of foods fried in oil. Needs a remodel. Ample parking & the bathroom was posh (a really nice surprise!) with framed art & nice decor. Once I finished toileting, I was back in the greasy burger restaurant.

They obviously have teenagers at night time, running the place in which are too busy to pay attention to your order or food

I have been a fan of Burger Box for decades, what's not to love about incredible burgers, shakes, and malts? I love their homemade tasting burgers. But my all times favorite are their steak fingers, the rock along with the cream gravy. Yummy especially when served straight out of the fryer, piping hot!!

Live nearby and was curious about trying burger box and I'm very glad I did. My meal was a little pricey but was perfectly cooked and will definitely be back. Can't wait to try more things here!

Doe sit look great when you drive up? No. Does it takes great? YES.And then...Crinkle. Cut. Fries.Go. Eat. Enjoy.

Absolute TRASH.I came to this one because the one on Cooper is perfection, thinking this would be the same. Nope!! Got the #7 with cheese & sweet tea. Tea looked like coffee and extremely bitter. Fries are burnt yet hard on the inside no salt anywhere (just in case they're reading the comments... that means oil is too hot..) Burger is dry and flavorless... Lesson learned. They are not all the same, 0 outta 10. Only positive is the food was hot.. if you look at Google reviews notice where the negative reviews come from.... that's suspicious...

I recently went to their drive through and the teen ager working had several hickies all over her neck. She didn't even try hiding them. Very unprofessional.

Good burgers and tater tot , service is good. It's also clean. Think they've changed hands a couple times but still good. Keep up the good work.
