From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is run with care, and a big part of that is the incredible bartender, Xander. He works like he truly cares about his craft--always attentive, friendly, and making sure every drink is just right.The food is fantastic, way beyond typical bar fare, with flavors that make you want to come back for more. And the atmosphere? Spot on. Whether you're looking to unwind after a long day or enjoy a night out with friends, Brickhouse Tavern delivers.If you're in Graham and haven't been here yet, you're missing out. Highly recommend!

Best restaurant in Graham Texas. Delicious prime rib. Pizzas are good too.Tiramisu for dessert was awesome. Great atmosphere. Great service.

We did a 17 mile hike in nearby Possum Kingdom and decided to come to Brickhouse for dinner to celebrate a birthday.Service was great and attentive. The dining room is stylish, but be careful! Don't lean back at ALL in the chairs, you'll tip over!The food: it's okay. The prime rib salad was disappointing and expensive for the cold, sinewy and chewy pieces of prime rib on top. The salad quality itself was good, but the quantity of (stinky) cheese + prime rib quality made it almost inedible. My bad for ordering it, I had higher hopes, I guess!The chicken Diane was good, but salty (over salted). If it had less salt, it would have been delicious!The frozen margarita is not good, don't get it. Beer options are okay, probably a safer choice.Generally speaking, it's a bit pricey for the location and quality, but I like what they're doing and believe there's promise!

My husband & I stopped off at this place after looking for somewhere to go for some after dinner drinks. After seeing the dishes being brought out, we were wishing we'd eaten dinner there first! Our bartender was so nice & entertaining and the piano player was the icing on the cake! I was amazed to learn they were fairly new establishment! They had a full house! Love the ambiance too. I plan on trying out the food next time we're down that way.

The atmosphere is friendly, relaxing, and happy! The service is amazing- I'm talking about you, Megan!! The food is unbelievably delicious!! We will be back!

The staff is still playing catch up quite a bit, so be patient. The place is very nice with a super nice bar. The owner needs to invest in a bartender who doesn't do additional tasks.As for the food, I had the pizza ordering well done. They need to learn to bake to order. The pizza was normally cooked, and I like well done. I couldn't eat the center, but anyone who enjoys normal pizza it was very good. Solid New York style dough.It took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the bar, but the staff is clearly doing too much. A manager should be running things up front, or have a hostess and bar tender. Not the staff's fault. I would definitely return. Food is great. Just improve the customer interaction and learn how to do a well done pizza. Solid spot with a great atmosphere

I promised to update once we returned to Brickhouse Pizza and Taproom and let me tell you experience 2 was much much better. The pizza was spot on! Service was much better and our waitress seemed very well trained. The pizza and salad came out quick. We were happy. Beautiful location and I am glad they seem to have smoothed out any wrinkles.

We visited around 6:00 pm on a Saturday night. There were several patrons already eating. We were seated quickly and the waiter arrived in a timely matter, bringing us a carafe of ice water.There was a piano being played behind us. Nice touch, I thought.I ordered up the chicken carbonara and my wife chose the Italian club sandwich. Her beverage was the Sidecar while I opted for an unsweet iced tea. I noted the drink menu was chock full of older drinks like Tom Collins and an Old Fashioned. Somewhat fitting for the historic building, I concluded. Her Sidecar was good, but my unsweet tea didn't seem to be fresh brewed, but maybe from Golden Peak-type machine, I didn't ask. But it wasn't a great iced tea.As I looked around at the tables and recently remodeled interior, I thought back to my time as a young teenager buying a go kart when the building was a White's Home and Auto. Seems like a lifetime ago. It was, I realized.Our food arrived after a little delay. I believe the kitchen was busy knocking out call-in orders as we saw pizza boxes by the dozens leaving.I wish I had taken a photo of the carbonara. It arrived with a mountain of chicken on top. If this was just one chicken breast, well, let's say, it was well fed.As I worked my way though the chicken the pasta below was coated very well with the creamy carbonara sauce. It was one of the better Italian dishes I have eaten.With that said, I offer a constructive comment to the business. I would personally rather have less chicken on the dish with maybe a small side salad and a piece of bread to complete the dish. Perhaps it is just me, but Italian food and some type of crunchy garlic bread/toast go together like peas and carrots. Like Abbott and Costello. Ok, maybe I am showing my age, but not having a piece of bread to sop up the leftover sauce seemed like an incomplete meal to me.

Service was just pitiful! Seat yourself should have been the first clue! We flagged a waitress down who went to check to see who was assigned to our table, then informed us that she was our waitress. We placed our food order with our drink order and thought we were back on track. An hour and fifteen minutes later, we still had no appetizers or food. Our food finally arrived with little or no explanation from our waitress Morgan. She disappeared and we did not see her again and the manager (?) brought us boxes for the left over food. The timing of the meal was completely off and really we never recovered from our initial impression although we tried! Hard to celebrate when the service and communication is so poor. Needless to say, me or my family will be back!

Excellent food choices with Prime Rib and Italian plus bar drinks, great service, and love the music playing while eating!
