They are using ChowNow as a service which lost my order and yet have refund me! Bosses reply was they don't have control over this service even though it's embedded into their website to order delivery!Update... I understand that it was a wrong address but Bosses and ChowNow could not help as I immediately called once the confirmation was texted back so there was time to update the correct address. In fact the address given there is not an house there so the driver should have called but didn't.ChowNow system/App is flawed and will not even use ChowNow to order food!
