Bleu Bear Sushi

Okay excuse my pictures I've included; because we could not help ourselves digging in before I was able to get good pictures. I heard about Bleu Bear opening about a year ago and made a mental note to check it out, well here we are a year later and we finally got a chance to try it out. First off, do not let the strip mall, suburban location fool you- this is the real deal. They do not use imitation crab meat either. I got their Valentine's Day special menu which included a yuzu cocktail, which I found delicious, I love yuzu. COTUIT Oyster shooter was perfection, crudo was fantastic, the special nigiri was so good as well. I really can't say enough good things to be honest. The way they balanced the flavors of fresh and savory and sweet with all their various offerings was just really impressive. Lamb chops? Omg forget about it. So tasty. As was the sous vide prime NY strip. We got a couple of rolls that were really tasty as well. All in all a 5 out of 5 experience. The matcha tiramisu was balanced perfectly as well with the strong green tea taste and sweetness. Service was amazing as well. We will definitely be back the next time we have a special occasion, this place is worth shelling out the cash for!

While in the area I had the craving for some good sushi and while searching Yelp, I found Bleu Bear. I stopped by for lunch and the ambiance was really nice and chill.I ordered the nigiri entrée which came with 9 pieces of nigiri as well as a salmon roll. The fish was extremely fresh and delicious but the choice of cuts was extremely surprising yet delightful. Along with the pieces you would typically expect like salmon, shrimp, etc, they also included hamachi belly, which was super tender, alongside with pieces of chutoro, which blew me away with how melt in your mouth it was).Highly recommend checking this place out.

I stopped in for a quick visit and this may be a future go-to spot whenever I'm back in my hometown for a visit and craving a nice spot for sushi. The omakase was quite reasonable and came with a miso soup and small salad. My waiter mentioned they just recently dropped this omakase menu so this may change on a regular-ish basis. Service was prompt and friendly enough. The place seemed pretty popular but I was able to get a seat at the sushi bar. The sushi was delicious and there were some moments where I was pleasantly surprised with some of the combinations for the pieces.

What a great place! in the SW corner of Harwood and Central. Lots of parking and really nice interior. My wife started with a house salad. Nancy recommended the Spinach Crispy Shitake salad. Winner! The bowl could have been 2x and she still would have eaten all of it. Miso soup was really good, as was the Shishito Pepper appetizer. We ordered some basic rolls (salmon/spicy tuna) and a special roll called the Spider Maki. That was pretty awesome. Also had the Salmon Tataki. It was on the milder side, but still really good. We will definitely be going back for more! Nancy took really good care of us in addition to the other employees that visited our table to ensure we were having a good experience. We were having a GREAT experience.

Fresh and good quality seafood and meat using to create delicious Sashimi Nigiri Maki sushi including Crudo style as their special dishes. They have full bar with many incredible cocktail that going well with sushi. Excellent service with warm welcome smile.

Been wanting to try this place for a minute after Monica Does Dallas posted about it... $69 omakase pretty good! Think it was well worth the price. Salmon and apple also very good with truffle. Typically not a big roll person but this salmon lover maki.. FIREEEE! Didn't think there was any reason to go to Bedford... It's just a bit far for us but def worth it.We had Frank and Thi as our servers! Excellent service as well!

Very fresh sushi! We have tried multiple places around Colleyville and this is the freshest. I'm not sure I'm going to bother looking anymore. I've found my new favorite spot.

We had an amazing experience at this sushi restaurant! The quality of the fish was absolutely fabulous--I was honestly surprised by how fresh and delicious everything was. The lychee martinis were perfect, perfectly balanced and refreshing.We opted to sit outside, and the weather made it such a pleasant experience. While it was a bit understaffed, and our waiter was clearly weeded, the service was still kind and attentive despite the rush. Our patience was well worth it, and the overall experience definitely exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely be back!

I came here for happy hour and had the best time. The service is attentive, the food is fresh and tasty. The price was good for the quality and quantity. The space was clean and the atmosphere was great. I can see myself being a regular.

New Sushi restaurant in Bedford. Came with Team members to celebrate holidays. Place is cute & cozy. Servers are very friendly & helpful. And most importantly is Foods are delicious. My favorite will be the wagyu dumpling, chirashi, and the lobster rolls. Bleu Bear Sushi coming my favorite place to go if I am craving for sushi now.
